Pokémon: Starting with Lucario and Gardevoir

This meal wasn't cheap.

In a high-end hotel like the one in Watervein City, it would cost at least 20.

However, one of them is a champion, and the other is a dojo master who has made many outstanding achievements. Neither of them is short of money.

I didn't pay any attention to it.

... ...

"Director Haoyan, I have a request," Zhulan said to Haoyan after finishing her 'meal'.

"Miss Zhulan, please speak."

Haoyan turned his gaze from the beautiful scenery outside the window to Zhulan.

"Although the Gold Poaching Gang has been severely weakened, their leader, Hunter J, is still alive."

"If we don't take advantage of their current weakened state and completely wipe them out..."

"Then it is very likely that they will make a comeback."

"Therefore, I request the assistance of Master Haoyan to find and capture Hunter J."

As Zhu Lan spoke, a gentle, mechanical female voice echoed in Hao Yan's mind.

[Mission Objective]: Assist Yi Zhulan in finding the whereabouts of Hunter J.

[Task Reward]: 3000 reward points.

[Punishment for mission failure]: None.

... ...

Even if the system didn't issue a task, Haoyan wouldn't let Hunter J go.

Firstly, it was to allow Xiao Chenglong and his family to live in peace.

Secondly, Haoyan has no tradition of letting the enemy go unpunished.

Since the two sides have become enemies, they should eliminate the other side completely, otherwise they will only leave themselves with hidden dangers.

"Okay, no problem." Haoyan agreed readily.

"Thank you, Director Haoyan!" Zhulan was clearly pleasantly surprised to receive Haoyan's affirmative reply.

Capturing Hunter J and maintaining peace in the Sinnoh region is Cynthia's job.

Hirohime is the curator of the Hoenn region.

I have no obligation to help her.

Even so, Haoyan agreed without hesitation.

In Zhu Lan's mind, Hao Yan's evaluation rose even higher.

... ...

Chapter 281 Haoyan and Zhulan Exercise

Because Zhu Lan's hometown is in Shenhe Town, she has no residence in Shuimai City.

So, like Haoyan, he stayed at the Water Vein City Grand Hotel.

The next morning, Zhu Lan got up early.

"I ate too many desserts yesterday and consumed a lot of calories."

"I need to run an extra five kilometers this morning."

Women from all over the world love beauty.

Naturally, they will also strictly manage their figure.

Zhu Lan tied up her long hair, changed into sportswear, and went for a morning run on the beach in front of the Water Vein City Hotel.

At seven o'clock in the morning, most people are still asleep.

But when Zhu Lan arrived at the beach, she saw a shirtless boy running on the sand.

Perfect abs, glistening with sweat.

The appearance of a handsome young man.

In addition, he has a calm and composed personality.

Every move he made was full of youthful spirit and the composure of a mature man.

"Director Haoyan?"

Zhu Lan recognized Hao Yan at a glance.

Haoyan was drenched in sweat, having fully replenished his energy after yesterday's meal.

The day's routine training began.

"Good morning, Miss Zhulan."

Haoyan stopped and wiped his sweat when he saw Zhulan's attire.

Cynthia is very well-known in the Sinnoh region.

Besides being a champion with great strength.

Also because of her beautiful face.

But Haoyan didn't expect that she also had a great figure.

Her long, blonde hair was styled in a bun at the back of her head, giving her the appearance of a charming young girl.

Her form-fitting sportswear hugged her slender figure, perfectly embodying the beauty of the term "mature woman."

The girl's innocence and the mature woman's appearance blend together seamlessly.

It's like a jar of aged, new wine with a strong aroma.

"Director Haoyan is up so early." Zhu Lan was a little surprised that someone was up even earlier than her.

Judging from the sweat on Haoyan's body, it's easy to guess that he has been exercising for a long time.

"I'm used to it."

Haoyan smiled.

"Why don't we go together?"

"You can also chat with Curator Haoyan about the gold poaching gang."

Zhu Lan was warming up when she casually extended an invitation to Hao Yan.

"Alright." Haoyan took a sip of water and then went for a morning run on the beach with Zhulan.

Zhu Lan clearly exercises regularly.

However, in order to take care of Zhu Lan, Hao Yan has deliberately slowed down.

... ...

"Director Haoyan, although the Golden Poaching Gang has been severely weakened..."

"But capturing their leader, Hunter J, is not an easy task either."

"Because so far, we have not found their base."

"I'm running," Zhu Lan said as she ran.

"Ah."

Haoyan agreed, as he had anticipated the situation Zhulan mentioned.

The gold poaching gang must have something unique about them to have grown so large.

After a moment's thought, Haoyan said, "Perhaps we can start our investigation from the perspective of oil."

"Perhaps we can follow the clues and find their base."

"Oil? What kind of oil?"

Zhu Lan couldn't keep up with Hao Yan's leaps of thought.

Haoyan continued, "Miss Zhulan, do you still remember the sunken hunting boat?"

Zhu Lan nodded, waiting for Hao Yan to continue.

"The hunting boat of the Gold Poaching Gang has several cannons on its hull."

"Ships modified like this cannot possibly sail to port to refuel."

"Because if you get too close, you'll be discovered and reported." Haoyan nodded at Zhulan.

"So how did they refuel and resupply?" Zhu Lan immediately asked.

Hao Yan analyzed, "It's very likely that the gold poaching gang had another ship, filled with fuel, and then sailed back to their base to transfer the fuel to their poaching ship."

"Miss Officer Jenny can retrieve refueling information from major ports."

"There is also port entry and exit information."

“If a ship refuels at the port but has no record of entering or leaving other areas.”

"Then those ships are very likely refueling ships controlled by the Gold Poaching Group."

"Next, we just need to follow the clues to find the poaching gang's hideout."

After Haoyan's insightful and easy-to-understand analysis, Zhulan felt as if her Ren and Du meridians had been opened.

They had never considered this issue.

Now that Haoyan is singled out, it gives her a feeling of seeing the clear sky after the clouds have parted.

"By the way, focus on gasoline, not diesel."

"From my observation, the hunting boat is very fast, so it's very likely that the original diesel engine has been converted to a gasoline engine," Haoyan continued.

Cargo ships generally use diesel fuel because diesel fuel provides strong power when burned.

It can pull some heavy cargo.
