In the game: I stole Groudon at the start.

Attacked by the Dream Eater, Diancie's face showed pain, and her eyelids twitched slightly. (Haohao Zhao)

Above Mengmengshi's head, a wisp of pink smoke slowly rose—this was the dream it had eaten.

"Is he about to wake up? It's happening much faster than I expected."

However, Gadria didn't seem happy, because Diancie didn't appear to be very weak.

The dream-eating incident didn't cause Diancie much harm, and she seems to be waking up soon.

"One more Dream Eater!" Without much hesitation, Gadriya shouted to Dream Eater again.

"We can't push our luck, Gadria, Diancie, Diamond Storm!"

Dream Eclipse conjured another shadow, preparing to descend, but Diancie suddenly opened her eyes.

The shadow passed through Diancie's body, but had no effect on her whatsoever.

Instead, the pink diamond storm instantly engulfed Dreamy Eclipse!

The pink diamond storm erupted the moment Diancie awoke. Having just used Dream Eater, Dream Eater had no chance to dodge and was almost instantly engulfed and swallowed by the diamond storm. "This really is..."

Gazing at the dazzling storm of diamonds, Cattleya's brows furrowed slightly.

The original plan was to use the success of this hypnosis to severely damage Diancie.

But Diancie's stamina exceeded her expectations, considering that Diancie has no resistance to psychic types.

And Diancie woke up way too quickly.

While there's a chance that taking an attack could wake up a hypnotized Pokémon, Cattleya's control over dreams is extremely refined.

?小!说""资;源!:分.享'（?!6";!;8;:.2'5;8".5,.0;）一般而言，梦梦蚀使用食梦，根本不会让沉睡中的精灵察觉到异常。

However, no matter what, the situation is not looking good.

A diamond storm swept through, and Mengmengshi was heavily blasted away, crashing directly to the ground.

Mengmeng Shi stood up with some difficulty, her body covered with countless wounds, all inflicted by the diamond storm.

"Mengmengshi, are you alright?"

Cattleya asked Mengmengshi a worried question.

Mengmengshi let out a soft cry and floated up again, indicating that she could still hold on.

"Dianci, the power of the moon."

Bakura glanced at Mengmengshi; this guy wouldn't last much longer.

Taking down 337 in one fell swoop would also save some of Diancie's stamina.

Diancie floated up, her two small hands outstretched, and a bright, illusory moon appeared behind her.

The next moment, a pink beam of light tore through the air and shot fiercely towards Mengmengshi.

"Dreams erode the spirit, but the will remains strong!"

Mengmeng's eyes flashed with a deep, superpowered blue light, and a seven-colored shockwave reverberated forward.

Strong mental focus!

A powerful conflict between mental focus and the power of the moon!

A strong wind howled continuously, and as the blue light in Mengmeng's eyes grew brighter, her strong mental will withstood the impact of the moon's power!

boom!

The stalemate exploded.

"Excellent, Dream Eclipse, foresees the future!"

Seeing this, Gadriya took advantage of the smoke and dust generated by the energy explosion to continue giving instructions to Dream Eclipse, who was maintaining her balance with her superpowers.

Blue light flashed again in Mengmeng's eyes, and mysterious superpowers spread out.

Predict the future!

Foresight is an extremely powerful psychic-type move; however, attacks based on foresight have a time delay.

It will take some time before it appears.

At that moment, countless sharp rocks pierced through the smoke and dust, striking Mengmengshi directly.

It's Diancie's Rock Blade attack!

The sharp stones kept hitting Mengmengshi, and pain appeared on Mengmengshi's face.

He couldn't maintain his balance and fell towards the ground.

"Diamond Storm!"

Upon seeing this, Bakura did not hesitate to order Diancie to finish her off.

Diancie stretched out her small hand, and a dazzling storm of pink diamonds surged forth, once again engulfing Dream Eclipse.

boom!

The diamond storm exploded violently, and when the smoke and dust cleared, Mengmeng Shi was found with her eyes spinning, unconscious on the ground.

"Dream Eater is unable to fight, Diancie wins!"

Lillie dutifully observed Dream Eclipse for a while, then raised her right hand and announced.

"Tianci is amazing. She's so quiet and gentle, but she's so powerful when she fights."

Lillie, who then stepped back to stand beside Lusamine and Cynthia, looked at Diancie in amazement.

She and Diancie have spent a lot of time together these past two days. Diancie is usually very elegant and gentle, but in the two battles just now, she was so strong and aggressive that she was practically a completely different elf.

"Although the battle styles of Pokémon vary, they are based on the direction of Pokémon training and the battle strategies of trainers."

"Bakura is mostly an aggressive trainer, which is why Diancie's fighting style is also aggressive and forceful."

Lusamine gently patted Lillie's head and explained to her daughter with a smile.

Lusamine is also an excellent trainer, so she can see more than the average person.

"That's right. According to the data, Diancie was originally supposed to be a Pokémon that favors defense and counter-attack, but in Bakura's hands, it's completely different."

Cynthia nodded in agreement, then her beautiful eyes flickered slightly, based on the available Diancie documents (beeb) and the information observed in the recent battle.

Diancie is a high-defense, high-stamina Pokémon that is not very agile or quick in movement.

But Bakura managed to make it so aggressive.

"My brother told me, emmm, that offense is the best way to seize opportunities, and sometimes offense is the best defense."

Lillie pondered these words, her slender index finger tapping her chin as she recalled some of the knowledge Bakura had taught her.

It's roughly like, "Just go for it!" That should be the meaning, right?

……

"Although Dream Eclipse's hypnosis was a bit unexpected, it still didn't defeat Diancie."

Bakura called Diancie back to his side, took out another Poké Ball, and smiled at Cattleya.

Well, I'm also giving Gadria some face, after all, she's my Pokémon's sparring partner.

Actually, Diancie was in pretty good condition at this moment. Although she had taken some attacks, her physical strength was not greatly depleted.

But after two consecutive battles, it's good to take a break.

Moreover, Bakura had a much deeper understanding of Diancie's strength.

"From now on, let it be your opponent."

"Nihilego, prepare for battle!"

Bakura threw a Poké Ball with a backhand motion, and the white Nihilego floated in front of Bakura, its tentacles swaying unconsciously, its posture strangely resembling that of a young girl.

"A familiar opponent."

Gadriya blinked her beautiful eyes. It was indeed very familiar. When she first met Bakura, during their first battle, Bakura was using this very Nihilego.

"What kind of spirit is this?"

Cynthia was taken aback when she saw Nihilego; she didn't recognize the elf.

"Nihilego, our Alola's Ultra Beast."

Lusamine stared at the Nihilego, completely unaware that Bakura had chosen an Ultimate Beast as his weapon.

"This is the Ultimate Beast."

Upon hearing this, Cynthia immediately became interested and carefully observed the Pokémon. It was an Ultra Beast, which was the main reason why Alola did not form a league.

Cynthia was naturally quite curious about Ultra Beasts.

"The artificial cell egg, that's it."

After thinking for a moment, Gadria controlled a Poké Ball to fly out and open it, and a light green Pokémon floated in front of Gadria.

Its entire body is covered by a layer of green cell membrane, and its cell nucleus has a head and limbs like a human, but in reality, the head is larger than the body.

Psychic-type Pokémon artificial cell egg from the Unova region!

"Although I don't know how much your Nihilistic Ability has improved, if it's only at the level it was back then..."

Gadriya finished speaking with a smile without saying anything more, even though this battle was nominally just for sparring.

But after losing two matches in a row, Cattleya didn't want to lose again!

(Please give me flowers, votes, and subscriptions! This is the fifth update. Diancie is indeed a defensive Pokémon. According to its base stats, it is slow, has high defense, and average attack. However, after Mega Evolution, it becomes an offensive Pokémon, with much of its defense being converted into attack.)
