"Is this your intuition?" Scott asked again.

“You could say that. My dad said Fudge won’t last long.” Luna’s tone became uncertain again.

When Luna's father, the editor-in-chief of The Quibbler magazine, was involved, Scott was almost incredulous.

Judging from the style of that magazine, this Mr. Lovegood was far too whimsical and rather unreliable.

"But... Luna, how did you come to think of changing the Minister of Magic?" Savannah asked Luna, puzzled. "Most people would think of the New Year."

"Really?" Luna was even more puzzled than her.

She didn't seem to understand why most people would think that way.

"In short, this prophecy tells us that Thestrals will return," Scott quickly concluded. "You don't need to worry too much about that little guy."

"Yes."

"Hopefully they can come back soon."

Both girls were delighted to hear what Scott said.

Scott, however, was pondering the phrase "the resurrected witch will face a crisis."

He wondered whether it was Dumbledore or Voldemort who would bring crisis to Medea.

Just then, they arrived at their destination, the territory where the Thestrals roosted in the Forbidden Forest.

However, by now, some people here were already taking care of the little guy.

She is Assistant Teaching Assistant Glapland.

She stood in front of the shed Hagrid had built, draping a thick blanket over the little Thestral that was standing inside.

"Good evening, Miss Glapland," Scott greeted her.

Hello!

Grapland turned her head, a pipe still dangling from her mouth, and spoke somewhat indistinctly.

The rising white smoke obscured her face, and under the light of the magic lamp hanging above her head, she didn't look as approachable and charming as usual.

Chapter 316 She's just teasing you

When Grapland turned around, reached out and took the pipe from his mouth, a bright smile immediately appeared on his face.

Good evening, students!

She smiled as she looked at Scott and the other two.

“Very good. Three Ravenclaw students broke into the Forbidden Forest at night. You should know that even though I am just a teaching assistant, I can still deduct points.”

As she spoke, she stepped forward, patted Luna on the shoulder, and asked softly, "In this situation, how many points should I deduct from Ravenclaw House?"

At this moment, Savannah, who was standing to the side, took a step back in fear, while Luna simply looked up at Grapland without saying a word.

Scott raised his wand, which was still holding the illumination charm, and glanced at Luna. He noticed that Luna's eyes were vacant and her expression was blank; she was clearly lost in thought.

“You can decide how much to deduct,” he said to Grapland with a smile. “Of course, it would be even better if you could go easy on him.”

Upon hearing this, Grapland asked Scott with amusement, "You think I'll go easy on you, Mr. Trollope?"

“Of course,” Scott said, not hesitating to say a few nice words. “After all, Miss Grapland is kind and gentle.”

Just then, Grapland raised his pipe and took a puff, and upon hearing this, he immediately choked.

She coughed several times, then burst into laughter.

She put one hand on her hip, laughing heartily, and it took her a while to stop.

Throughout the entire process, Scott maintained a smile.

“You certainly know how to talk, Mr. Trollope,” Grapland said with a chuckle, giving a thumbs-up. “No wonder you can date two lovely girls at the same time.”

Scott sensed that Savannah, who was hiding behind him, had quietly taken several steps back.

"You're joking," he said helplessly to the teaching assistant.

Grapland walked up to Scott and put a hand on his shoulder. "I'm not kidding."

She seemed to move closer on purpose, and Scott could clearly smell the sage scent on her.

The teaching assistant looked at Scott with a half-smile, "If I were still in school, I'd love to date a boy like you!"

Scott smiled and then calmly replied, "Thank you for your compliment."

"This is really boring."

Seeing Scott's indifferent expression, Grapland rolled his eyes in boredom.

"I thought boys your age would be more shy in these situations."

She turned back to the little Thestral and reached out to affectionately stroke its head.

The little guy rubbed against her affectionately, making sweet, whiny noises.

"You've come to see this little guy, haven't you?" Grapland looked at the little Thestral with affection. "Don't worry, Professor Hagrid and I will take turns looking after it."

At this moment, Luna seemed to finally end her daydream.

"Oh! Yes, we've come to see the little one!"

She ran up to it, reached out and patted the little Night Steed's head, then took out a piece of beef wrapped in parchment from her backpack and fed it to it.

Little Nightshade must have already gotten to know her, as it affectionately rubbed its hand against hers before starting to eat heartily.

“The little guy is growing very fast,” Grapland said to Luna. “He’s much stronger than before.”

Luna nodded in agreement.

Scott looked at the Thestral's thin, bony body and couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, wondering where they got the idea that the little guy had become so strong.

Before long, Savannah joined in, and the three women—one adult and two children—started playing with the Thestral.

Scott simply stood by and watched, showing no intention of getting involved.

He heard Luna suddenly ask, "Miss Glapland, did you graduate from Ravenclaw?"

Instead of answering her question, Grapland asked her curiously, "Why do you say that?"

“I think so,” Luna said.

“Too bad you guessed wrong, lovely girl.” Grapple said with a chuckle, reaching out to pinch Luna’s cheek. “I graduated from Gryffindor!”

Luna covered her face, which had been pinched, and looked at the teaching assistant in surprise.

“I think so,” she murmured.

“Unfortunately, no.” Grapland shrugged. “Wilmina Grapland graduated from Gryffindor in 1986.”

Scott, standing to the side, watched this scene and narrowed his eyes slightly.

When Scott and his two companions left the Thestral habitat, Grapland remained where he was.

“It needs protection.” The teaching assistant stroked the little Thestral’s head. “I’m worried that other creatures might hurt it.”

After saying goodbye to her, Scott and his two companions walked back along the same path out of the Forbidden Forest.

Along the way, Luna seemed a bit out of sorts and almost tripped over a tree root, but Scott reached out and grabbed her arm.

"Can't figure it out?" he asked.

Luna said in a soft, ethereal voice, "She is Ravenclaw."

“Don’t think about it. Maybe she’s just teasing you. She’s just a Ravenclaw.” Scott let go of her hand.

Luna nodded in sudden realization, and then began to concentrate on walking.

But Scott glanced at the dim light deep in the Forbidden Forest and felt that things were probably not so simple.

He tends to believe Luna.

However, the crows had been monitoring the teaching assistant for a long time but had not found anything unusual, so he could not easily draw conclusions.

After leaving the Forbidden Forest, the three of them, still feeling the chill, returned to the Ravenclaw common room and chose to sit by the fireplace to warm themselves.

"Good evening, Scott, Luna, Savannah," Jacob, who was doing his homework next to me, looked up and greeted them.

"Good evening." Scott glanced at the paper he was writing. "A history of magic?"

"Yes, I often wonder if Professor Binns will remember to look at our assignments."

Jacob said it in a somewhat quirky way.

"Perhaps it's just put away and left there. After all, ghosts can't touch physical objects, and our Professor Binns simply can't separate a stack of assignments."

"This kid's much more lively now," Scott thought.

In his perception, Jacob's magical "color" had undergone a significant change.

No wonder Dumbledore mentioned him.

“Maybe he can get the house-elves to help,” Scott said with a laugh.

“If that’s the case, Professor Binns is far too dedicated!” Jacob shrugged.

"By the way, have you all finished writing your papers?"

He then started discussing their assignments with Luna and Savannah, who were in the same year.

Once he felt a little warmer, Scott returned to his dormitory.

Scott, you're back!

Milton was the only one in the dormitory at that moment.

When Scott entered, he stood up and handed Scott a letter.

“There’s a letter for you,” he said. “An owl just delivered it.”

Chapter 317 Letters of Unknown Origin

"Thank you."

Scott reached out and took the letter, glancing at his own name on the envelope.
