The Wind and the Wings of Hogwarts

By this time, Fred had successfully climbed the second step.
But when he stepped onto the third step, he became stiff and motionless again.
Immediately, it was as if he had been shoved hard from the front, and he staggered back down, landing on his backside.
George's cheers came to an abrupt halt.
"Hahahaha..." Lucio burst into laughter, "Aging potion, we've been on guard against you using this kind of magic potion for a long time!"
Fred stood up, patted his backside, and then shrugged at Scott.
"Fred, everyone saw how you fell and got a swollen bottom!"
George on the other end of the [magic mirror] had composed himself and began to laugh loudly.
Fred steals the Magic Mirror and starts arguing with George.
"Oh, it was all your terrible idea!"
"You're just too stupid!"
Scott ignored their argument from afar, placed his hand on the stone again, and closed his eyes to sense it for a while.
Now, many people started whispering that he might be faking it.
The mockery only stopped when the rest of the Hogwarts group arrived.
“It seems you’re not doing too well, Scott.” Cedric walked over to Scott.
Scott laughed. "Isn't that more interesting?"
"I knew you wouldn't give up so easily."
Scott replied, "Next, I need your help, Cedric."
“No problem,” Cedric readily agreed.
“Are you sure you’re okay?” Scott raised an eyebrow. “I’m competing with you for the title of champion of Hogwarts.”
Cedric simply smiled and shook his head.
“Then I’ll leave it to you.” Scott pulled out his wand.
Cedric nodded again. "What should I do?"
"Stand still."
Scott pressed his wand against his heart.
Although Cedric looked at him with suspicion, he didn't actually move.
Scott closed his eyes.
After a long while, he opened his eyes, turned his wand around to face himself, and began to chant the Transfiguration spell.
"What are you doing?" Cedric looked at him in shock.
A burst of white light enveloped Scott's body, then vanished in an instant.
Discussions resumed.
What is he doing?
"Using body shapeshifting to adjust age? How is that even possible?"
"Hasn't nothing changed at all?"
“I was overthinking it,” Scott said with a smile. “No matter what kind of problem I face, I should use my strengths to solve it.”
He pressed his wand against Cedric's chest again, mimicking Cedric's magical fluctuations with his own, until their magical fluctuations became identical in his perception.
Having done all this, he put away his wand, turned around, took a few steps up the stone steps, and successfully arrived at the stone platform.
Then, he took out a piece of parchment with his name and school written on it from his pocket and threw it into the Goblet of Fire at close range.
Bang!
Sparks erupted, and as the blue-white flames turned red, Scott raised his hands.
"He did it!"
"He really did it!"
At that moment, cheers and applause erupted together.
Students from all schools cheered for Scott's performance.
Scott turned and bowed, then steadily stepped down from the stone platform.
"Congratulations, Scott."
Cedric said very generously.
"Thank you for your help."
Scott also sincerely thanked him.
Cedric patted him on the shoulder. "Even though you successfully registered, I don't think I'm bound to lose."
Scott turned to look at the leaping blue-white flame. "Then let the Goblet of Fire decide."
At that moment, Lucio squeezed through the crowd excitedly, "Can you tell me, Scott? How did you do that?"
His question silenced the crowd, and everyone stared at Scott with curiosity.
Even the proud Hibiscus was no exception, craning her neck to look at him.
"The answer is Transfiguration."
Scott pointed his wand at himself again and chanted a spell to remove the human transformation that had been placed on him.
Upon hearing this, Lucio's face scrunched up. "How is that possible! Your appearance hasn't changed at all!"
Scott laughed and said, "The Stone Tablet will test our age, but it refers to magic and bone age, right? I just changed my own based on Cedric's bones, of course, I didn't change my bone structure."
"You can actually do something like this?" Lucio was greatly shocked. "Although I always knew that you were good at Transfiguration, I never knew that your Transfiguration could be done to this extent."
Scott shrugged. "Because it was just an experiment, I didn't know I could do it."
"Incredible, absolutely amazing!"
Lucio looked at Scott with admiration in his eyes.
Fred and Roger then approached.
"Quick, Scott, change my bones too!"
"I also want to try it."
Not only the two of them, but also many young wizards in the crowd stared at Scott with eager eyes.
Scott shook his head. "As I said before, simply changing bone age is not enough; we also need to change the magic."
Of course, Scott could manually adjust the frequency of their magical fluctuations, but that would require him to accompany them onto the stage.
“Unfortunately, the stone platform doesn’t allow two people to go up together,” Scott said, shrugging.
“That’s right.” Lucio nodded. “It’s forbidden for the two of them to be together.”
"Oh, it seems I'm out of luck with the 1,000 Galleons prize."
"let it go."
Fred and Roger were only doing it for fun, so they quickly accepted the reality.
Fred handed the Magic Mirror to Scott so he could receive the congratulations and blessings from his friends on the other end of the line.
Chapter 461 Chosen Warrior, Auditing Courses
Scott chatted briefly with his friends on the other end of the Magic Mirror, then had breakfast in the banquet hall before leaving Beauxbatons Castle and returning to their tower.
Upon arriving at the tower's common lounge, Scott connected the magic mirror to the large mirror hanging there.
Soon, the image of Hogwarts Great Hall appeared in the large mirror.
Students would occasionally walk up to the "camera" and greet the members of their delegation.
Scott and his team spent most of the day this way.
That evening, when they entered the banquet hall again, they found that the decorations had changed once more.
The once bright and magnificent atmosphere has disappeared.
The walls were covered with opaque black curtains, and the dazzling crystal chandeliers were replaced with dim yellow pumpkin lanterns and black candles.
Besides, there were white skeletons everywhere, as well as terrifying pumpkin-headed scarecrows.
Even the group of shimmering fairies were gone, replaced by a group of black bats with red eyes.
Everywhere you look, there are Halloween elements, creating a strong festive atmosphere.
It's clear that the students and teachers at Beauxbatons put a lot of thought into all of this.
From the moment he entered the banquet hall, Fred raised the Magic Mirror so that the Hogwarts teachers and students could see what was happening there.
The image reflected in the Magic Mirror shows the Halloween dinner at Hogwarts.
"After the banquet, the warriors of the three schools will be chosen!" Fred said to the [Magic Mirror].
As they spoke, they returned to their usual seats and sat down.
Lucio quickly ran over and sat down with Scott.
This time, he finally noticed the [magic mirror] in Fred's hand.
"This doesn't seem to be a two-way mirror."
His eyes were fixed on the mirror in Fred's hand.
“This is the [Magic Mirror], my alchemical creation,” Scott said. “The magic rune circuits are simplified from the ‘Knowledge Bank Core (Alchemy Section) Construction Record’, which you should know.”
Lucio's eyes widened upon hearing this.
"Impossible, absolutely impossible," he said, somewhat agitated. "You mean the book Nicolas Flamel left in the Knowledge Bank, the one that can be redeemed for just one credit?"
“That’s the one,” Scott said definitively.
