He didn't really have much confidence.
"They're back!"
From afar, Scott saw Fred standing in front of the tower's gate, shouting.
Soon, the other companions also ran out of the tower, welcoming Scott back to the team with cheers and applause.
"Go on, don't worry about the second competition today, just celebrate enthusiastically." Dumbledore chuckled and nudged Scott in the back.
Scott nodded and strode over to his companions.
The crowd surrounded him, chattering amongst themselves.
"That's great, Scott!"
"You're already in the lead, you're the best!"
"Your performance was absolutely incredible!"
"I think your performance absolutely deserves a perfect score!"
"That's right, that damned Hartman! He gave Krum a 10, but only gave you an 8!"
"Krum is nowhere near as good as you!"
"By the way, what's the second competition?"
"Do you need any help?"
Tell us quickly!
Scott was momentarily at a loss for words.
At that moment, Fred jumped up the steps and shouted, "The party is ready! Let's welcome the warriors into the hall first!"
"Oh!"
The crowd responded and escorted Scott through the gate.
Where is Professor Dumbledore?
Scott glanced back and found the lawn empty; Dumbledore had already left.
"Never mind, let's celebrate first!"
Roger patted him on the shoulder.
"Oh, and Fred has recorded the performances of the other two warriors. You can take a look, though of course, their performances are far worse than yours."
"Let's look at it tonight."
Scott laughed, looking at the abundant food piled on the long table, temporarily putting everything else out of his mind.
"I'm so hungry I could eat a whole cow! Let's start the party!"
Chapter 465 Scott Begins Brewing
The celebratory banquet began, and Scott ate until he was half full before telling the others about the general situation of the second competition.
"Aerial competition?"
"To be a racing partner with a Pegasus?"
"cool!"
Everyone found the format of the competition novel.
Fred, in particular, stared wide-eyed, his envy evident in his eyes.
“Oh, that was absolutely a fantastic match,” he said. “How come I never thought of this kind of game before?”
Roger's attention was on something else, though: "But they banned Scott's Animagus, which is unfair."
Scott shrugged. "They banned flying brooms too."
“Beauxbatons are scared. They’re scared that you and Krum will easily defeat Fleur with your strengths!” Angelina shouted.
Kacchini also said, "This is their trick! After all, Furong's points are already behind!"
Their statement was agreed upon by everyone, and no one was particularly happy about it.
Ethan calmly replied, "But Dumbledore has already agreed to these conditions, and we cannot change them."
Cedric reminded everyone, "What we need to do now is help Scott with the brewing process."
“Single malt whisky.” Fred looked at everyone. “Has anyone tried that kind of whisky? Does anyone know how it’s made?”
The group looked at each other and shook their heads.
"I've only ever drunk butterbeer."
"Me too."
"Single malt whisky, my dad drinks it often, but I don't know much about it."
"I never thought about trying to brew wine."
Clearly, everyone present was completely unfamiliar with winemaking.
Angelina said anxiously, "What should we do? It seems like no one can help with this."
"In that case, we have no choice but to ask for help."
Fred took out the Magic Mirror and tried to connect to George's Magic Phone via communication.
When George's face appeared in the mirror, Fred quickly explained the situation.
“Oh, leave this to me.” George immediately accepted the task. “We’ll definitely get the best brewing recipe.”
“Then it’s up to you, George,” Scott said, leaning closer.
"Do not worry."
George gave an "OK" sign.
"By the way, Scott, you had a fantastic game today. This morning, Professor McGonagall gave us a day off from class so everyone could watch your match..."
"Is that Scott?"
As he spoke, a bunch of heads crowded into the camera lens.
"Scott, you're awesome!"
"Your match..."
Everyone was smiling and talking to Scott.
Scott chatted with everyone for a few minutes.
Finally, George said with a grin, "Oh Scott, you can start designing your own signature now. You've become the most popular person at Hogwarts, and all the girls are smitten with you."
Scott promptly hung up the call.
"Oh, are you shy, Scott?"
Roger, sitting next to him, patted him on the shoulder and teased him.
"You're almost 17, almost an adult, and a sweet romance is exactly what you need right now."
“That’s none of your business,” Scott said irritably. “Mind your own business.”
Roger, shameless as ever, said, "Oh, of course I can take care of myself. The pretty girls in Beauxbatons all have a great time talking to me."
Cachini gave Roger a disdainful look and said to Scott, "Oh Scott, without your knowledge, this guy has already had two French girlfriends and broken up with them, and now he's looking for a third one."
Scott looked at Roger with some surprise.
“If I remember correctly, we’ve only been in Beauxbatons for a little over twenty days.”
"There's no way around it, girls just can't resist my charm."
Roger shrugged, a smile he thought was charming spreading across his face.
Several girls present made vomiting expressions.
Kachini turned to Angelina and said, "Look, that's my ex-boyfriend. I suspect I was blind before."
Angelina laughed. "Maybe you've been drugged, Cachini."
"It must be an exceptionally strong aphrodisiac to have made me lose my mind," Kachini said helplessly.
Everyone couldn't help but laugh.
Scott couldn't help but remark on how much Kacchini had changed.
Having changed her image, she was much more carefree than before, and could even joke about her past relationship with Roger without any restraint.
Roger couldn't help but say, "Oh, Cachini, I must say, you're much more charming now than before."
"Thanks." Kacchini rolled his eyes. "But you've already missed your chance."
Roger winked at her. "Who knows? Of course, you'd better grow your hair out first, otherwise anyone who's with you will look like a lesbian..."
"Mind your own business! Get lost!"
Caccini grabbed a hard, long baguette and hurled it at Roger.
Roger quickly turned and ran, and Cachini chased after him with his baguette.
“Oh…” Angelina watched the two bickering meaningfully, “Could it be…”
"A rekindled romance?" another girl added.
"Maybe... we shouldn't..."
Angelina's expression was like she'd just eaten a Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Bean that tasted like booger.
“Oh, never mind them, Angelina.” Fred walked up to her, bent down and held out his hand. “Christmas is coming soon, maybe we can practice the dance in advance.”
Angelina looked up at him, "You..."
She smiled sweetly and placed her hand on Fred's.
"Okay, that's a good idea."
The two of them left hand in hand.
