"Why did they go upstairs? Where are they going to dance?"

Someone asked, looking bewildered.

Roger, who was dodging Cachini's pursuit, took a moment to answer, "I think they just need a secluded corner to complete their dance practice."

Everyone immediately exchanged knowing glances and burst into laughter.

The celebration party ended amidst laughter and merriment.

The next morning, Scott received another "paper" from George.

It is the method of brewing pure malt whisky that they have collected.

After receiving the "paper," George sent another message.

“That’s all we’ve collected,” he said. “The rest you’ll have to do on your own.”

Scott said, "Thank you for your hard work, this should be enough."

He wasn't very confident in brewing, but he was confident in the competition.

Even if his partner isn't very cooperative, he feels he can still win the game.

George, on the other end, had already started giving him bad advice: "Maybe you could sabotage the other two warriors and make their drinks worse than yours."

Scott chuckled and said, "Great idea, but unfortunately it can't be done."

The brewery hut is separate, and only he can go inside, so even if he wanted to cause trouble, he couldn't.

After ending the communication, Scott looked through the single malt whisky brewing guide that George and his team had collected.

Brewing single malt whisky requires four major steps: malting, mashing, fermentation, and distillation, each of which is quite complicated.

"The first step is to produce malt."

Fred and Roger also came over to take a look, muttering to themselves.

"This step consists of five processes: selection, soaking, sprouting, drying, and root removal."

"First, the wheat needs to be carefully selected and impurities removed. Then, it needs to be soaked in hot water to allow it to sprout. This process takes one to two weeks."

"After the wheat sprouts, dry it by baking or smoking it with peat."

"After they cool down, they are stored for another month before the sprouting process is complete."

"Finally, the roots are removed."

Scott nodded. "Let's get this step done first, but it's taking a lot of time."

“Think about it,” Roger said. “What spells will be needed to complete these processes?”

Fred thought for a moment, "Hmm... Hurricane Charm, Water Charm, Fire Charm, Drying Charm, Cutting Charm?"

Scott said, "I think we need to do some hands-on testing to be sure."

“But the amount of wheat you have is fixed,” Roger cautioned. “If you waste too much, you won’t be able to brew enough finished product.”

“This is also a challenge,” Scott said.

But no matter what, we have to give it a try first.

"Let's go, I'll give it a try."

Since he couldn't bring anything else into the forest, Scott had to memorize the steps, then left his shapeshifting lizard skin bag in his dorm room and went out with only his wand.

After leaving the tower, Fred and Roger accompanied him to the grove of trees.

"Then I'll go in first."

Scott waved and walked into the woods.

"I'll give it a try."

Fred followed behind him.

Then, Scott watched helplessly as he wandered around like a headless fly for a few moments before emerging from the woods.

"I'm out?"

Fred, back outside the woods, looked at his surroundings in surprise.

“Scott!” He bent down to pick up a branch. “You pull me!”

Scott shook his head. "Forget it. According to Mr. Jolly, the magic they set up will record our violations."

"They're so boring."

Fred threw away the branch in his hand with a regretful expression.

Scott waved again, then turned and walked deeper into the woods.

When he arrived at the cabin, he found that two other warriors, Fleur and Krum, were already there.

The two were doing the same thing in front of the cabin—trying to use a transformation spell on the felled trees to make brewing tools.

"Good morning," Scott greeted him. "Have you all learned how to brew?"

Fleur waved her wand and turned a piece of wood into a large wooden barrel.

"Brewing wine, I really don't know who came up with that idea. Heaven knows how picky those horses are about single malt whisky!"

She complained with dissatisfaction.

"I have a feeling that what we'll get isn't three well-matched teammates, but three troublemakers!"

"You're not good at brewing either?" Scott said. "Looks like this competition is set up quite fairly."

"I already said that!" Furong glared at him unhappily.

Scott smiled and turned to look at Krum.

This world-class Quidditch star is using the Cutting Charm to cut a wooden board.

"And you, Viktor."

Krum turned to look at him and shook his head. "I have no confidence at all."

“I thought you would know something about whisky,” Scott joked. “After all, Durmstrang is located in cold Northern Europe, and people living in cold regions are said to enjoy drinking whisky.”

Krum said seriously, "I don't drink alcohol. Alcohol would affect my Quidditch career."

"That's a real shame, we're all beginners."

Scott sighed and then took action.

He took a few steps away, drew his wand, and used a cutting spell to cut down a large tree, then cleared away the branches and leaves.

Then, he waved his wand and transformed the entire tree trunk into a giant wooden barrel.

"I'll go in first."

With the barrel floating behind him, Scott pushed open the door of the cabin.

“Your wooden bucket is too big; it won’t fit through the door,” Furong commented from behind him. “Besides, the wheat can’t be taken outside.”

"Shrink quickly."

Scott waved his wand.

"Using a spell on an object created by Transfiguration?" Fleur said again, "It will explode..."

Under her astonished gaze, the barrel shrunk smoothly and was led through the door by Scott.

"Thanks for reminding."

Scott smiled amicably and went inside.

The door to the wooden house closed automatically.

Immediately afterwards, Scott heard Fleur's cold snort.

Scott ignored it, restored the barrel to its original size, and turned to look at the pile of wheat on the floor.

"The first step is careful selection, which means removing impurities..."

He muttered to himself.

After thinking for a moment, he opened the window at the back of the cabin.

“Try this first.” He waved his wand at the pile of wheat and cast a hurricane spell.

A small whirlwind appeared at the tip of the wand.

Scott controlled his magic, gradually enlarging and moving the whirlwind to pick up some of the wheat grains.

"Next..."

He controlled the whirlwind to fly and spin, flinging the lighter impurities in the wheat out the window.

After a while, seeing that no more impurities were flying out, he controlled the whirlwind to roll the remaining wheat into the large wooden barrel.

"Um……"

Stopping the spell, Scott walked to the large wooden barrel, bent down, grabbed a handful of wheat, and examined it.

It was cleaned fairly well, but not completely clean.

There were still some wheat grains that didn't look very appealing.

To brew a truly delicious whisky, you must carefully select the plumpest barley grains.

Let's leave it at that for the first step.

Scott poured the wheat in his hand into the barrel and continued to use the Hurricane spell to clean the remaining wheat.

However, this is not easy; it requires very precise manipulation of magic power and is quite mentally taxing.

Halfway through the cleaning process, Scott came up with another idea.

He walked to another corner of the cabin and waved his wand again.

"Armor protects the body."

He first set up a magical barrier in front of himself.

then……

"Wheat is flying in!"
