One was the tattered wooden box she initially found in Frozen Bear Town, which she had used to store wild boar meat and herself. The other was a box she dug out from the Thundercloud Worm, which looked extremely high-end. Moreover, this was a box that contained a pocket watch and a Time Sprite.

"for you."

"Huh...you, how did you come to possess such a precious divine material!"

"Hmph, who am I?"

She pouted her nose, then proudly crossed her arms, suddenly realizing the timing was perfect.

"I also have to tell you something: the so-called masters are no longer a problem."

"Do you know anyone? Do master tailors exist in this world?"

Sen nodded.

Since the identity of the coffin carrier has already been exposed, there's no point in keeping a low profile anymore. It's better to follow one's heart and do something shameful but high-profile—it's time to reveal one's identity! Otherwise, the Ancient Demon King will go crazy with worry.

Mori Toki was also a master tailor.

When the title is activated, an indescribable aura of a master overflows from every cell of Sen Shi.

The eyeball in the book, filled with astonishment, seemed about to leap off the cover.

"Prepare the parts, and as for the work of weaving the world? Leave that to me."

Volume 1, Chapter 348: Clues Gather

The enormous problem of lacking a master to make the final decision was solved with the smile of the coffin bearer. Mori naturally shared this good news with the still anxious Ancient Demon King, who, upon hearing it, seemed to turn to liquid and slumped onto the table, a sign of relief.

All the necessary prerequisites have been met.

A considerable amount of materials has arrived, and more will continue to arrive; there are enough people to make the parts; and the designers are willing to fully assist with the design. If they can outrun time, they have a chance to be rescued.

The book and the mimosa were the only two people present who truly understood the master's temperament.

“For those who carry coffins, it seems nothing is impossible…” After saying this, Shu went back to direct the craftsmen to continue their work.

Various tools began to operate in people's hands: sawing wood, hammering, burning things... all sorts of activities progressed in an orderly manner, accompanied by a mechanical roar. Perhaps it was the proper guidance of the design drawings, or perhaps the craftsmen were simply skilled, but these sounds, which should have been a nuisance, instead became a cleverly choreographed musical.

Before Mori appeared on stage, she waited for her opportunity backstage.

"Sen Shi, you are a true god... I can barely understand, but what exactly is the divine power you possess?" Mimosa's tone was filled with awe, no longer just the intimacy between ordinary compatriots.

"My divine authority?"

"Hmm... this isn't a secret to the true god, is it?"

Sen Shi silently sat back down in her chair, looking quite composed, but inwardly she kept sighing. Damn it, what kind of bullshit divine authority is this? She had no idea either.

Controlling wealth? After all, she obtained her divine status by throwing money around, but it doesn't seem like... nor is it said that she has hundreds of millions of gold coins at her disposal.

So, does it mean she controls nature? Because after entering the state of a true god, the surrounding nature always develops rapidly, even her strawberry vines begin to grow wildly. But at most, it's just a high-grade fertilizer, nothing more.

"No, it's okay if you don't want to answer... I'm just curious whether your divinity governs craftsmanship?"

"Oh, that's definitely not my responsibility. Blacksmithing, sewing, and such are just my personal hobbies."

"A personal hobby? Yet he's mastered it to the pinnacle of a master?" Mimosa looked at Mori in disbelief, and couldn't help but whisper, "Could it be that Mori is already several thousand years old? Wow, and he's still pretending to be a teenage strawberry to fool people..."

Upon hearing this, Sen Shi put on a stern face and decided not to talk to his compatriot anymore.

As luck would have it, a guy overheard these words as well.

"Coffin bearer, since you are such a senior figure, why haven't I met you before?" the Ancient Demon King asked.

"I am still very young, very young."

"Oh... okay, then let's say that's how it is."

The ancient demon king gave a knowing look, nodded, and didn't press the matter further. Mori had initially wanted to retaliate immediately, but then thought that once he truly rescued Yuan, he could simply turn the grievances he suffered into a price to be paid by taking it from its treasure vault.

Rather than letting it sit in the vault and go numb, it's better to use it as a tribute to the all-powerful coffin maker.

For the next half hour, the craftsmen seemed to be making good progress, frequently exclaiming in amazement at the design of the pocket watch parts. They worked with exceptional efficiency, and before long, the materials from the boxes were almost used up.

Fortunately, a calamity dragon with a stronger presence than the thundercloud worm arrived from the sky at the right moment.

It was Fernanda, the ancient guardian of the Chaos Lands, who arrived as promised, bringing with her ten boxes made of different materials.

Some of them were still covered in fresh soil and blood, clearly snatched from some unfortunate souls; others were unearthed during the exploration of the Chaos Land and have survived to this day; still others were donated by private individuals. It seems that there are one or two of these strange boxes in the private sector.

Mori was also busy, studying how to open the iron box brought by the Pope.

That was an incredible thing.

The numerous magical structures inscribed upon it weren't meant to hinder those who sought to open the treasure chest; rather, they seemed to describe something—a bottomless labyrinth. Only upon reaching the end could it be opened.

But time was precious, so Senshi invited the ancient demon king, who spent half an hour corrupting its magical structures. As expected of the primordial evil, he was quite adept at lock picking.

Upon opening—it exudes a sacred aura, possessing an aura unlike any other treasure chest.

Those auras were poison to the ancient demon king, but Fufu absorbed them all. The little guy is chatting with Shan right now. It seems that after the evil god who usurped divine power dissipated, Fufu's divine nature is slowly awakening. Sen Shi is actually quite hoping that this little guy will become powerful.

That way—she could learn from Senior Fufu how to be a true god.

Unfortunately... that's probably not very realistic.

In short—after Fufu licked the sacred aura clean, the contents inside were revealed: a set of tools. Sen Shi handled them for a while and concluded that they were tools needed for making clocks.

The tools had peculiar appearances, and even the oldest craftsman couldn't recognize them, but Mori could figure out how to use them after a little handling. She understood immediately that these complete sets of nameless tools were the key to repairing the Clock City.

"Did the Pope bring this to you?" the ancient devil king asked.

"Correct."

At this moment, Master Woodpecker flew over as well: "This box is a relic left by the first Pope—in his bedroom... well, that place can't really be called a bedroom."

Mori played with these strange tools, recalling the locations she had given. One of them was in the current capital of the Holy Coffin Kingdom... and this location was not one she had personally explored during her game days, but rather one she had learned about from some side quests.

That's the necessary side quest that lets players learn about the "Gravekeeper's Legacy" series of hidden chests.

The gravedigger's legacy...

A gravedigger?

The highest-grade chest unearthed from the Thundercloud Worm revealed a pocket watch in need of repair—essentially a clock city. Surprisingly, the First Pope also left behind a chest, part of the same series as the Gravekeeper's legacy, which happened to contain a tool for repairing the pocket watch?

And—the one who turns the clock.

Mori's heart pounded, and he felt as if he had figured out something incredible.

As for the origin of this title... that hidden quest! It was during the game era that Mori obtained and opened a treasure chest from the legacy of a top-tier gravedigger... and she did indeed respond to the invitation to that quest.

My thoughts seem to be gradually becoming clearer.

Following these clues, numerous memories from the gaming era flooded back. Moritoki suddenly narrowed his eyes and spotted Fernanda, who had reverted to her beautiful auntie appearance and was about to look for food nearby—Moritoki called out to her.

Volume 1, Chapter 349: Only Discussion Allowed

"What are you doing? Fighting? Forget it, there's no way you'll get that cloak from my treasure." Fernanda's attitude remained unfriendly, still holding a grudge about their past encounters.

"Damn it, that invisibility cloak, you gave it to me... Oh no, that's not what I came to talk about." After clearing his throat, Morishi asked, "I think I also have a very important amulet, I wonder if I still have it?"

Then, Mori described the amulet in detail.

The gravedigger's legacy is divided into many different tiers. The highest tier contains a broken pocket watch and a treasure chest with a hidden quest for her. During the game era, Mori opened two of these highest-tier chests... the other one yielded a truly amazing amulet.

The large size has been used for a long time and has never been replaced.

Perhaps... as a gift from the same gravedigger, this amulet might also be a clue.

As Fernanda chewed on the jerky she had bought from a resident, she listened to Mori describe its appearance. She then squinted, but shook her head, indicating that she didn't remember... She really didn't remember such a thing.

Melia's parents were among the most powerful beings in history, possessing far too many treasures for Fernanda to remember—she couldn't even keep track of everything in her own treasury.

Sen was somewhat disappointed.

Saving the city requires more than just repairing the Clockwork City; according to Mimosa, the gravedigger must also be found to bury the curse. She had hoped to gain more clues through this, but it seems she must finish everything and then make another trip to the Chaos Lands to personally search for her legacy.

Even the other part of her soul, transformed from pessimism, is still the real her.

But Senshi must have been happy, right? At least he had that affectionate banshee by his side, and little Melia...

They were all the same soul, yet one lived a happy and peaceful life, while she? Not only did she become a member of the bizarre race of Seasonal Beings, but she also had a fellow Seasonal Being who was plotting to impregnate her, threatening to turn her into a demon if she refused, and possibly even uprooting her plants. It seemed her life was over.

"Sen."

"You've agreed to give me the invisibility cloak?"

"I just want to ask, you want so many of the tomb keeper's belongings and even brought in the blueprints, is it because you want to restore the Clock City?"

As she asked the question, Fernanda opened a sliver of her eyes, trying to see through Mori's every move. Mori nodded calmly, for this was the last resort to ensure the safety of the father and daughter; nothing could be more important.

"But the gravedigger is probably no longer alive."

"Do you know the gravedigger?"

“I don’t know if we can be considered acquainted, because the gravedigger is a very strange individual. We can only talk about the gravedigger, but we can’t do anything else.” She spoke haltingly, and her words were quite peculiar.

Mori tried to understand, but to no avail. As her thoughts delved deeper, hoping to find even a sliver of information about the gravedigger, she felt as if she were blocked. Only then did she understand the meaning of being able to talk about the gravedigger but not do anything else.

In any case, finding this strange fellow will be a difficult task.

But she had many clues at her disposal.

"Master! The Four Seasons True God Master! Stop chatting, if you want to make it on time, get to work!"

“I’m calling you. Go now, Sen.” Fernanda waved with a light laugh. “I hope you live a healthy life.”

"Ah."

Mori returned to the book.

After she left, Fernanda raised her head and looked up at the thundercloud worm perched high up.

The incredibly powerful creature carried out Sen Shi's orders, protecting Yuan. And it wasn't the only one; Melia had arrived earlier as well. But knowing the priorities, she didn't dare disturb Sen Shi, quietly setting down a few boxes before staying with Yuan on the clouds.

More than anyone else, she longed for her best friend, who had grown up with her, to have a happy ending.

……

Mori could no longer remain uninvolved, shaking hands and talking with believers as if nothing had happened, or chatting with acquaintances about the plot developments. She didn't even have time to go and meet Dandelion; the responsibility had already fallen on her shoulders.

The design plans for the Clockwork City need to be clearly explained, outlining exactly how it should be repaired.
