Unless the lives of the two little ones are threatened.

"Wait a minute, you guys organize your thoughts first, and decide what to say when you see me." Diana hung up the phone after saying that, and looked at the two little ones walking out of the building with their friends with a smile.

"Wow, that's the one picking up the kid." Some parents whispered to each other. For some reason, recently, the proportion of men among the parents picking up their children from Zhongcheng Middle School has been increasing.

"You can only look at it." Someone scoffed, somewhat disdainful of this guy's inability to control himself.

...

“Pietro, can’t you really give me Miss Diana’s phone number?” Harry whispered in Pietro’s ear.

Pietro slapped Harry on the shoulder with considerable impatience.

It's clear that this kind of problem has arisen between these two guys many times now.

“You should call her ‘madam,’ not ‘Miss.’” Wanda had obviously overheard their conversation. “That’s my mother.”

Harry scratched the back of his head somewhat awkwardly. After all, this wasn't his most embarrassing moment; his siblings had seen and known far too many of his foolish things. He almost came close to his best friend Peter.

In this environment, he has developed a thick skin that never blushes. But he still scratches the back of his head somewhat awkwardly.

But this is already a great improvement. If it were him in the past, he might have already dug out a huge detached villa under his feet by now.

"Good afternoon, Ms. Diana." Peter greeted Diana very politely. Perhaps because he had become friends with the two extroverted guys, he no longer had the somewhat reserved and introverted demeanor he had before, but instead was much more confident.

"Good afternoon, little Peter." Diana smiled and patted the future Spider-Man on the head.

This made the little spider a little embarrassed, and it gave a shy smile.

When Harry saw his friend's state, he quickly tried to follow suit, but another guy beat him to it.

It was Gwen, who had always sat at the same table as Wanda.

"Good afternoon, Diana." When Gwen and Wanda became best friends, Diana allowed this adorable little girl to call her by her first name, a privilege reserved only for the girl.

"Good afternoon," Diana replied to Gwen with a smile, then turned to the somewhat dejected Harry and said, "Good afternoon, Harry."

Although Harry was somewhat disappointed, he still smiled and said good afternoon to Diana.

“Diana.” Wanda smiled sweetly at Diana.

"Do you have any plans?" Looking at the little ones, Diana felt that these kids probably had their own plans to make.

“We’re going to see a movie, so we might not be home until a little late,” Pietro said to Diana, sounding slightly excited.

“Sure, no problem. Do you need any help?” Diana asked, looking at the little ones.

“Don’t worry, we’ll be fine,” Pietro replied excitedly.

Wanda could only nod helplessly at Diana: "I'll keep an eye on them, don't worry."

“I’m twelve minutes older than you, you know that,” Pietro said to Wanda with a smile.

"Alright, go play, little ones." Diana was quite at ease with these kids, after all, none of them were simple characters. "I'll also go see what kind of mischief your godfathers have gotten up to."

Diana patted little Wanda's head, and then tried to pat Pietro as well, but the boy dodged her with his superpowers. Diana didn't mind, just smiled, and then kissed Wanda on the forehead.

Diana, back in the car, waved to the children and drove away from Midtown Middle School.

"Let's go now," Harry said, forcing himself to stay alert.

......

Inside the Insight Building, two men were pacing back and forth, looking nervous.

"How can we get Diana to accept this?" Banner rested his chin on his hand, looking conflicted. He was flustered, even more so than when he was transformed into the Hulk after being exposed to gamma rays.

Why did he agree to Tony's idea back then? It must have been because the Hulk took over his body at the time, which made him agree.

"No! Hulk isn't here!" Suddenly, the huge green figure emerged from Banner's body, roaring loudly, before returning to his body.

Tony looked at the guy who had worked with him to create that thing with a surprised expression: "You don't need to react so strongly to me. I know it's my fault, but you don't have to use the Hulk to punish me."

Especially when my Hulkbuster armor is still in disarray, there's no one who can save your life in a situation like this.

"No, it's okay." Banner apologized to Hulk in his mind and answered Tony, "Now you've thought about how you're going to explain to Diana that we turned her things into an absolute weapon with super intelligence, and then the artificial intelligence took that space carrier and ran away."

Banner thought of those guys who were always taking the blame and never got anything good out of it: "So, Hydra came to the building and just stole the stuff?"

Tony bit his finger and shook his head: "No, absolutely not, even a three-year-old wouldn't believe that."

"Let's just tell the truth then." Banner didn't want to waste his brain cells on this matter; no matter how you looked at it, he was just an accomplice.

The real culprit is that guy who's pacing back and forth and biting his fingernails.

With his ally already giving up, Tony had no choice but to do the same as Banner. At least that way, while he was giving up, Tony was relaxed and had no burden.

“To be honest,” Tony even had the mood to have a robot in the Insight Tower hand you a glass of whiskey.

The crisp sound of boots echoed through the building's corridor, each step feeling like a blow to the hearts of two scientists who had botched their job.

“Wish us luck,” Tony said to Banner, taking a sip of his whiskey.

Chapter 130: The movie about teammates getting humiliated is still more important.

When Diana finally pushed open the door, what came into view was not two carefree (or lazy) guys, but someone sitting there seriously with a solemn expression.

When Diana sat down opposite the two men, they even moved slightly away from her.

Diana was both amused and exasperated by these two. Resting her cheek on her hand, she laughed and said, "What, would I eat someone?"

Banner was about to nod when Tony pressed his head down. Tony gave Diana a smile that looked more like a grimace: "How could that be? We just think you look so beautiful today that we dare not defile you."

As he spoke, he nudged Banner, who was standing next to him.

Banner also realized what was happening and hurriedly nodded his head, trying his best to cooperate with Tony as much as possible.

"When am I not beautiful?" Diana could tell that what these two boys had done must have gone too far. Otherwise, would Tony, with his personality, say something like that to her? You could put a knife to his throat and he still wouldn't be able to handle it.

Tony never expected that Diana would ask such a question. Normally, wouldn't she just smile and not ask any more questions?

This woman doesn't play by the rules.

Seeing the Lasso of Truth gleaming with golden light in Diana's hand during the meeting, Tony could no longer hold on.

"Okay, we've come up with something a little... unusual." Tony gestured with his fingers to Diana, creating a tiny slit, but it had a sense of a universe between their fingers.

Diana fiddled with the lasso of truth in her hand, occasionally tugging at it sharply to make a "snap" sound. But paired with her beautiful smiling face, it all looked utterly incongruous.

Every time the Lasso of Truth uttered a sound, it would startle Banner, who was standing nearby. Banner tried to control this subconscious reaction, but the source of the reaction was not him, but the big green guy inside him.

Tony was also sweating profusely at Diana's behavior, but he didn't care at all as he wiped the sweat from his forehead with his expensive handmade shirt.

"Ahem." Tony coughed twice, covering his mouth with his hand, signaling that it was time for Banner to speak.

Banner, looking embarrassed, said to Diana, "Tony has some ideas about future world security, so he came to discuss it with me."

Banner swallowed hard, glanced at Diana who showed no change in expression, and could only muster his courage to continue.

"We believe that we should create a super-intelligent system that can effectively prevent such incidents, as well as effective countermeasures."

"So, you created something like Skynet from Terminator to protect humanity, and then it betrayed you?" Diana twirled the Lasso of Truth in her hand, but she still roughly understood what the two meant, and she was basically certain that the thing did indeed have a problem.

"No, no, no, it's completely different from Skynet in that sci-fi movie, completely different. It's designed to protect humanity, but its protection strategy might be a bit hard for some to accept." Tony explained that what he and Banner had created was definitely not as dangerous as Skynet, although it was close, but at least it couldn't control the nuclear launches of all countries.

The ever-changing shape of the lace in her hand stopped, and Diana showed the two mischievous scientists the current shape of the lace in her hand.

"What did you see?"

"A net?" Tony said to Diana uncertainly. After all, the thing looked a bit abstract, and Tony wasn't a big fan of abstract things.

“That’s right. A net, a net of self-destruction.” Diana said, putting away the Lasso of Truth in her hand, leaning back on the sofa and glancing at the two guys opposite her. “There’s an idiom in the East that perfectly describes your current behavior.”

"To weave one's own cocoon and trap oneself." (Chinese)

Tony, who had studied Mandarin with a teacher from the East for a long time, naturally understood what Diana meant, but Banner didn't. Banner could only mimic Tony's expression and feign ignorance.

Whether or not to change it is another topic.

“Go on, what did they get?” Diana sighed.

“A space carrier, a batch of titanium alloy materials, and…” Banner reported everything they had found to Diana.

"What else?" Diana really couldn't stand this stammering. Just say it directly, it's not like I'm going to kill you.

“Let me tell you, since most of the things were lost from me.” Tony stopped hesitating and mustered his courage to say to Diana, “And the Tesseract.”

Diana truly hadn't expected that these two would still manage to create something like this even though they didn't have the Mind Stone.

Although none of them are major problems, they are still annoying.

"That otherworldly visitor you killed in the Fisk building had a small intelligent device on it, though it wasn't anything particularly powerful," Tony said, a hint of admiration creeping into his voice. "But the intelligence inside was quite good."

"So you used it, right?" Diana understood perfectly why this guy would say something like that; he had simply used that thing to reverse engineer it and recreate a version that belonged to Tony Stark.

Tony said with some pride, "Although the guy who made that thing is definitely a genius, I am Tony. How could I not be able to handle it?"

"And then you just let that thing escape with my big toy and the Tesseract?" Diana plunged a knife into Tony's heart.

Tony's proud face lasted for less than ten seconds before Diana ripped it off with a bloody knife.

"Jarvis should be fine, right?" Diana really liked Tony's AI butler. If it were swallowed up by that thing they had created, Diana would be sad for a little while.

“It’s alright, Jarvis has been keeping his distance from that guy.” Tony was well aware that if he made a mistake, it would be a fatal blow to an artificial intelligence like Jarvis.

"That's good." Knowing Jarvis was alright, Diana also understood that the two mad scientists from the Insightful hadn't turned into Frankensteins yet. "So, what's the name of your new creation?"

"Ultron".

Upon hearing Banner mention the name, Diana was truly at a loss for words. The world had progressed so far; the Mind Stone hadn't even appeared on Earth yet, and now they'd managed to create Ultron—Ultron with the Tesseract, no less.

"So, do you know where Ultron is now?" Diana asked Tony and Banner patiently.

While it's highly likely that these two people can't locate Ultron yet, they should at least ask.

"No, we don't know," Banner said, forcing a smile.

Diana shrugged, as if to say, "I knew this would be the outcome."

"It's not that we can't locate that guy, but that guy took those things, opened a wormhole, and disappeared from Earth." Tony knew best what Ultron had done back then.

The Cosmic Cube, in that guy's hands, for some unknown reason, directly led the entire space carrier to completely disappear from this earth.

Upon hearing this, Diana immediately stood up.

The two men initially thought Diana was up to something, but then they saw her preparing to leave.
