"What happened?"

Pepper saw that he had only gone down to the lab a short while ago, but immediately came back up and sat on the sofa on the first floor, looking somewhat uneasy. She asked him with some concern.

Tony Stark paused for a moment upon hearing this before speaking.

Jarvis?

Upon hearing this answer, Pepper immediately asked Jarvis.

"Sir is preparing to entertain a friend."

Jarvis's voice rang out in response to Pepper's question.

"What friend? Just a guest."

Tony Stark immediately retorted upon hearing this.

"What friend?"

"How come I didn't know?"

Seeing that Tony ignored her reaction, Pepper's curiosity was piqued, and she continued to ask Jarvis questions.

"It's Mr. Harvey Amberaka, he's on his way."

Jarvis answered honestly.

“Jarvis, those two really do look like friends.”

Although Pepper couldn't go down and couldn't hear clearly, she saw that Tony and Harvey Ambella hadn't gone down to the underground research lab yet, so they started chatting.
