Tony Stark's mind began to race.

He didn't know anything about Harvey Ambellaca's background, but he inexplicably felt that what Harvey Ambellaca said was true.

These were three rare opportunities to ask him questions, and he had already used one to let him know that a great danger would befall him in the next few years.

"So, the second question is, are there any aliens who could become allies of humanity?"

"If so, how can I contact them?"

Tony Stark considered for a moment, then asked another question.

There is an old saying in China: "Those who are not of our race will surely have different hearts."

"Wars between different races among humans have been a common occurrence throughout history."

"But when do you think humanity will unite as allies?"

Harvey did not answer directly but asked a question in return.

"When everyone has a common enemy?"

Tony Stark thought for a moment after hearing this and understood.

"Therefore, before the emergence of such a powerful enemy, the effect of alliance or non-alliance is not significant."

"You'll understand this if you think about it yourself, so this doesn't count as answering your second question."

"So I can tell you approximately when the danger that could affect the entire universe will appear."

"If nothing unexpected happens, that time will be nine years from now. By then, you will naturally unite."

Harvey spoke up upon hearing this.

"9 years from now?"

"Year 2017?"

"Harvey Ambellaca, who exactly are you? How do you know about the future?"

"If there really is such a powerful enemy, then why aren't you afraid or worried at all?"

Tony Stark hears Harvey Ambella mention a precise time and that a powerful enemy threatening the entire universe will appear at that time.

"As for who I am, that's not within the scope of this answer."

"As for why I'm not afraid,..."

"Because fear can't solve anything; what's coming will come."

Harvey spread his hands and smiled as he heard this.

Do you think he's afraid of Thanos? At the moment, Harvey is definitely afraid.

However, this only applies to the present. As long as he continues to evolve, he has nothing to fear.

If Thanos appears close to the time, and he is still not confident of defeating him, he can simply go to another universe.

If he gets more hero templates, even if he can't beat them, can't he at least outrun them?

Of course, Harvey can understand Tony Stark's current feelings; he must also feel that things are shrouded in mystery, but that's exactly what Harvey wants.

"I've already answered two of your questions. You have one last chance."

"You have one last chance to ask a question. After that, it will depend on whether I'm in the mood to answer."

Harvey offered a well-intentioned reminder.

He's not communicating with Tony Stark as Death anymore, but as Harvey, to make Tony Stark more curious about him.

Therefore, Harvey wouldn't mind giving Tony Stark more information.

Tony Stark is cursed with knowledge; the more he knows, the more he will act.

"Coulson thought you were a superhuman and contacted you."

"We hope you'll join the Avengers."

Why didn't you join?

Tony Stark considered for a moment and then asked one last question.

Are you sure this is the final question?

Harvey asked in surprise.

"Just answer this question."

Tony Stark knew he had learned enough information.

Whether Harvey Ambellaca's statement is true or false remains to be seen in the near future.

"Because Nick Fury's initial intention to form the Avengers may have been good, but things often go astray from that initial intention."

"In the end, it will inevitably become a tool of politicians, and they will need to be mindful of the whims of politicians to act."

"And I don't want to be ordered around to do anything."

"I can do whatever I want, so I didn't choose to join."

Harvey thought about it for a moment and then answered.

“It is possible to find ways to deal with the orders of political figures.”

Tony Stark spoke up upon hearing this.

“Tony Stark, you don’t need to think about recruiting me.”

"The reason you and I can sit here and have a friendly conversation is because there is no hatred or other complicated relationship between us."

"So don't try to do things you can't do, or you'll only bring consequences you can't afford."

Harvey gave Tony Stark a deep look and said calmly.

Tony Stark is a man cursed by knowledge, and is difficult for others to understand.

Therefore, Tony Stark's heart may not be as noble as his desire to protect Earth, but he certainly has the thought of protecting the people around him.

Because of this idea, Tony Stark will constantly think and try to take various precautions.

Even if someone is Tony Stark's teammate, as long as they are strong enough, they will be regarded as someone who needs to be guarded against, just in case.

Even now, Tony Stark hasn't officially joined the Avengers.

However, Tony Stark now knows some things about the future, even if he's not 100% certain.

Tony Stark had also begun to consider joining forces with others to prepare for the future, so they wanted to persuade him to join them.

Perhaps Tony Stark wants to find a friend to work with so he won't have to keep his secrets to himself all the time.

It's also possible that Tony Stark felt that if he could join him, he would be the best asset.

Regardless of the reason, Harvey could not possibly join the Avengers.

Tony Stark's gaze at Harvey Ambella gradually shifted from amusement to calm, sending a chill down Tony's spine.

"I won't try to persuade you anymore. I was wrong. Don't look at me like that."

So Tony Stark immediately abandoned his attempt to win him over and apologized.

After speaking with Harvey Ambellaca, he realized that Harvey Ambellaca's mystery might extend far beyond this.

So he wanted to win the other party over to his side, but now he thinks he was being a bit too forward.

"You can tell anyone else about what I'm talking about, whether it's about aliens or the future."

"But don't expose me, I don't want my peaceful life to be disrupted."

Harvey saw that Tony Stark had backed down, so he didn't pursue the matter further, but instead gave him a word of advice.

"Even if you hadn't reminded me, I wouldn't have told these things to anyone."

"After all, even I find it hard to accept that in just nine years, we might face an unimaginable enemy."

"Now I feel more and more that knowing more is not necessarily a good thing."

Tony Stark sighed upon hearing this, slumped into a chair, and spoke.

He created the Iron Man suit and accidentally came into contact with Death, an unknown creature he could not understand.

After learning about it, he directly opened the door to a new world. The world he is now in contact with and the things he knows are unknown to countless people.

"A crisis won't disappear just because you worry about it, so you don't need to worry too much about it."

"And you still have nine years. With your intelligence, you should be able to create quite a few miracles in nine years, right?"

Harvey saw Tony Stark looking like a salted fish that had lost all its dreams and spoke up.

"Nine years is a long time. I wish I had a lifespan of that."

Harvey's words only made Tony Stark more frustrated.

"You mean your light bulb is putting a strain on your body?"

Harvey's eyes flashed upon hearing this, and he glanced at Tony Stark before speaking.

"A light bulb?"

"You call the Arc Reactor a light bulb?"

Do you even understand what the culmination of technology and wisdom truly means?

Tony Stark was initially somewhat frustrated, but the word "third wheel" made him instantly stand up, ready to argue his case.

Chapter 24 is for Tony's treatment.

"Putting its function aside, does it really look that different from a light bulb?"

Harvey, seeing Tony Stark's frantic expression, laughed and said...

"What a convenient way to put aside functionality..."

Tony Stark was amused and annoyed by Harvey's dismissive attitude, as he had intended to have a proper discussion with Harvey about the capabilities of the Arc Reactor.

However, he quickly realized that Harvey Ambellaca was just using those words on purpose to keep him from being so negative.

"Although what you said wasn't very pleasant, thank you anyway."
