Hogwarts: Me? Fight Voldemort?

"My only good grades are in Herbalism," Neville said, scratching his head a little embarrassed, as he rarely received praise.
"Let's go. It seems Snape has already crossed this place. Let's go inside and take a look."
Harry didn't want to linger here any longer, so he took the lead and headed toward the only stone archway, with the other three quickly following behind.
The closer you get to the next checkpoint, the clearer you can hear the rustling sound of elytra flapping, somewhat like the sound of countless golden thieves flying around together.
Soon, the four arrived at the next room, where they saw a swarm of keys with dragonfly wings flying around overhead, and a flying broom hovering in the center of the room.
On the other side of the wall opposite the entrance, there was a locked wooden door. They tried to push it but couldn't budge it. Since the four of them didn't know any unlocking spells, they had no choice but to find a way to get through.
"There are thousands of keys here. Which one are we looking for?" Draco was dazzled by the thousands of keys and couldn't tell which one was the right one.
Ron bent down to examine the wooden door closely, then said confidently, "We need to find a large, antique-looking key, probably silver, shaped like a doorknob."
With a target in mind, the four of them split up, their eyes searching among the keys that were slowly flying overhead.
Finally, Harry, the up-and-coming Seeker, was the first to spot the target. He pointed to the unusual key and exclaimed, "Look there! That key with broken wings!"
“How are we going to catch it?” Ron said, his gaze fixed on the flying broom in the center of the room.
The others gathered around, looking at the broom, and then at Harry.
Without a word, Harry flipped over and jumped onto the broom. As a result, the keys in the room suddenly flew at an increased speed and flew around haphazardly, making the situation much more difficult.
"There it is! Pot! It flew right above your head!"
"Quick, grab it, Harry!"
"careful!"
The three below kept cheering him on, and Harry finally grabbed the key. But the keys flying everywhere underwent a terrible change; they were like a swarm of short arrows, chasing after Harry and trying to stab him.
"Throw the keys down!" Neville shouted, jumping up.
Harry turned around and saw the swarm of keys chasing him. Terrified, he circled the room a few times, and then, taking advantage of a passing moment, threw the large key to Neville.
Neville caught the key and immediately opened the wooden door.
"Come in quickly!"
The three of them went into the next room, and one of them waved to Harry.
Harry flew into the room on his broomstick, and the others quickly closed the door, the keys clattering against the wooden door with a sound as dense as rain.
They arrived at the next room without incident. The third room was large and dark, but after they stood in the middle, all the braziers around the room lit up.
The four of them stepped back slightly and looked at the surrounding scene, which seemed strangely familiar.
Ron exclaimed, "Isn't this Wizard's Chess?"
Draco wanted to pass through the enemy's huge stone pieces to reach the other side without playing a game, but he was frightened back by the white flag soldiers who drew their long swords.
Faced with the opponent's aggressive stance, Harry said helplessly, "It seems we have to win the game to get through."
This time it was Ron's turn to shine. He puffed out his chest proudly, glanced at Draco, and said, "Although I haven't played chess in a long time, my skills haven't declined at all!"
Ron then began to arrange the troops and assign positions to the four men.
Harry replaced the bishop of the Black Faction, Neville replaced the castle, Draco replaced the knight, and Ron replaced the king himself.
The pieces began to move. Ron was better at counterattacking with the second move, so he let White move first.
The white team's second soldier moves forward two squares, and then Harry, under Ron's command, moves four squares to the right front...
The first capture soon occurred on the chessboard. Ron, for the sake of the battle, sent one of his knights to his death. The white queen moved forward, raised her longsword, and stabbed the knight to death.
The knight was not only blown to pieces, but also swept away from the board game by a sword.
All four were terrified. Draco, sitting on horseback, was especially horrified. He stared blankly at the pile of knights' rubble and screamed at Ron in terror, "If you let me get eaten, you're finished! I'll tell my dad, Weasley!"
Ron, who was initially terrified, suddenly stopped being scared. His eyes darted around, and he gave Draco a knowing smile, which made Draco scream.
"You damn Weasley, what are you laughing at!"
"I wasn't laughing!" Ron immediately stopped smiling, clearly having picked up bad habits from Jimmy and keeping his wicked thoughts to himself.
The game of chess continued, while in the room of the three-headed dog above them, Gryffindor's lion cubs had already crowded in.
The group of audacious young wizards surrounded the three-headed dog, cautiously reaching out to stroke its fur. The bolder ones even pinched its three noses, practically risking their lives.
The three-headed dog did not wake up because the harp had been enchanted by the older students and was now playing soft music.
Chapter 85 Even with drums and gongs, no one came.
"Do you want this?"
"I want it! I want everything, including this table!"
"But this table should belong to the school, right?"
Jimmy and Hermione had been rummaging through the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor's office for a while now, and had gotten quite a lot of stuff.
They found not only several bottles of magic potions and more than forty books, but also several alchemical items and some magical materials stored in a box.
With some clothes, shoes, socks, and furniture added, they can barely sell for a couple hundred gallons.
Quirrell didn't just arrive at Hogwarts this year; he had been teaching Muggle Studies at the school for a long time, so it's not surprising that he has more wealth.
Books in the Wizarding World have always been expensive; those books alone can sell for seventy or eighty Galleons.
With a batch of magical materials and a few useless alchemical items, the total value of the items in the Dark Arts office should exceed one hundred Galleons.
But this little bit of belongings is really not as much as what was given to Gallon before. Jimmy was immediately anxious after taking stock. This little bit is barely enough to make up for the broken bone in his ankle.
There's still no compensation for the chest injury and the most costly psychological trauma!
By the way, how could he possibly keep money in his office? Every time Quirrell gives him money, he takes it from his person. He must have money on him too!
The money is definitely still hidden on Quirrell!
Jimmy asked Hermione, who was tidying up, "Hermione, did you send Percy to call the professor?"
Hermione, who had just put down a book, slapped her forehead and said in annoyance, "I forgot about you after I saw you. Should I go and call you now?"
“No, help me to find Harry and the others. They could be in danger at any moment. I can’t just stand by and watch them take risks!” Jimmy said righteously.
However, Hermione rolled her eyes. "I think you just want to go and get 'compensation' from Quirrell."
Jimmy immediately put on a grin again. "I never expected you to know me so well. You'll help me, right? I know you're a kind and brave girl!"
Clearly, Hermione wasn't much better at dealing with flattery than Hagrid. She suppressed the urge to smile and said insincerely, "Even if you say that, I won't be happy."
"Whee!"
Jimmy put his hand on Hermione's shoulder and limped up to the fourth floor. Halfway there, he suddenly saw Rocket squatting at the bottom of the stairs.
He suddenly recalled a bad experience, and the tip of the wand on Hermione's shoulder lit up with a white light.
Fortunately, there was no professor next to Rocket; it was just sitting there eating beef ribs, which it probably got from the house-elves.
"Rocket, come help me with this box." Thinking about how Rocket had done so much dirty and hard work for him without ever getting any enjoyment, Jimmy immediately started making promises, "When summer vacation comes, I'll find you a female raccoon to breed with."
Hermione's face turned bright red, and she reached out and pinched his waist. "What are you saying!"
She's not some clueless little girl; she's well-versed in the Encyclopedia Britannica and knows a little about everything!
"vulgar!"
Rocket didn't find it vulgar at all. Upon hearing that there was a female raccoon, he swallowed the beef ribs whole, wiped the grease off his fur, and eagerly came forward to take the suitcase.
"You didn't get all that shine from rubbing your fur like that, did you?" Jimmy looked at Rocket rubbing oil on his body and muttered with a disgusted expression, "I need to give you a bath before the holiday."
The two people and the raccoon continued upstairs, entering the corridor on the right side of the fourth floor.
Looking inside, the trapdoor had been removed, and the three-headed dog, Luwei, had woken up, barking wildly at the area below the trapdoor with its head down. Laughter and taunts from the students could be heard from below.
Hermione and Jimmy stood at the door, unsure whether to go in or leave.
The dog on the left twitched its nose a few times, raised its head to look at the door, and then started barking at the two of them.
It was fierce, but neither the two people nor the raccoon were afraid because the entrance was small. They were like people standing outside a cage looking at a roaring tiger inside.
Jimmy raised his wand and said to Lou Williams, "Fall unconscious."
The curse struck Louie, but it didn't even blink, and its barking never stopped.
“Looks like this won’t work…” Jimmy pulled his hand away from Hermione’s shoulder, bent down and plucked a tuft of hair from Rocket, turning it into a suona (a traditional Chinese wind instrument), and started blowing it.
The shrill sound made Hermione cover her ears in discomfort. "This thing is too loud! You'll attract the Professor and Filch!"
Jimmy stopped playing and replied firmly, "No, no, believe me."
If the professors wanted to come, they would have arrived long ago. Dozens of people were out in the middle of the night, and Filch and Mrs. Lorris didn't see a thing. It must have been Dumbledore who gave the order.
He continued blowing, and sure enough, Lu Wei's eyelids slowly drooped again, his barking grew softer and softer, until he lay on the ground and fell fast asleep.
Jimmy blew with increasing enthusiasm, swaying his head as he walked into the room.
Hermione's face was full of disbelief. How could this ferocious dog fall asleep to such an unpleasant and jarring sound? Was it magic?
The two people and the raccoon struggled to push away the dog's paws and jumped directly into the hole.
Jimmy warned Hermione and Rocket, "There's a devil's net down there, don't struggle."
After a brief feeling of weightlessness, Jimmy and Hermione fell onto the Devil's Web, with the sounds of several Gryffindor lion cubs echoing below.
Who's here?
"What was that piercing sound? Could it be the professor?"
Then the two students saw two little wizards and a raccoon fall down.
"It's Jimmy!"
Below the devil's net were Andrew and Jack, second-year students. Jack excitedly shouted into the tunnel, "Guys! Jimmy's here!"
The same exclamations came from the room where a large number of flight keys were stored, and then spread to the third chessboard room.
More and more Gryffindor students emerged from the passageway, crowding around Jimmy as he headed deeper into the checkpoint.
Jimmy waved to the enthusiastic fans, and like a commander inspecting his troops, he walked into the passageway with Hermione's help.
Hearing the noise, George and Fred also came out. They had fewer fireworks and dung bombs on them because they had made it to the fourth level, fought a giant that had awakened, and were now stuck on the fifth level.
"You guys haven't gone in yet?" Jimmy had thought the older Gryffindors would easily pass through all the levels and meet Quirrell, but he didn't expect them to get stuck in the end.
