The girl, the white horse, and the green dog have become a brand new scenic spot on the grassland.

Mr. Potter was exhausted; the work Snape had assigned him had worn him out. The work was physically tiring, but the lack of pay was mentally exhausting.

He had just lain down on the bed and hadn't even had a chance to rest when he heard his little cousin calling him.

"Harry! Harry!"

He struggled to sit up in bed and shouted at the top of his lungs, "Coming!"

Hermione next door banged hard on the wall, making a loud thud, followed by the girl's muffled voice: "Harry, be quiet! I'm studying!"

Mr. Potter felt wronged. Snape's double standards were one thing, but Hermione, with your thick eyebrows and big eyes, are starting to play the double standard too?

Didn't you hear that my cousin Bobby shouted much louder than I did? I even suspect she used a booming voice!

Bobby called "Harry" twice more, and Hermione grew even more annoyed: "Harry! Get down here right now!"

Mr. Potter skillfully put his unhappy thoughts aside and hurriedly went downstairs.

Harry learned how to manage negative emotions from infancy; if he had been angry about everything, he would have died of anger while he was still with the Dursleys.

"Harry, look! What did I find?"

Bobby, as if presenting a treasure, stepped aside, revealing Sirius Black, the Green Hat, sitting there very obediently.

“This is a green hat, I came across it while I was running the race today,” Bobby said with a grin. “Green-haired dogs are not common. I even suspect it has magical animal blood.”

"Fantastic Beasts?" Harry looked at the green hat curiously. Indeed, he had never seen a green dog before. "Why is the name so strange? Its hat is obviously black!"

"It's not surprising. I originally wanted to call it Green Hair and Black Hat, but that name was too long, so I just took the first and last two words and called it Green Hat."

Sirius nodded repeatedly, saying that a green hat sounded much better than any green-haired black hat.

Harry nodded. "Oh, I see."

As he approached the big dog, he had a feeling that the dog's gaze was very gentle, conveying a range of emotions including affection, happiness, and relief.

Harry thought to himself: I must be crazy. It's just a dog, how can it have so many emotions? And what's with this "soothing" thing? I'm not its puppy!

It must be because Snape gave me too much work that I went insane!

“I’ve never seen a green dog before, maybe it really is a magical creature!” As soon as Harry walked in, the big green dog came up to him and kept rubbing against him. Sirius Black, whose fur had been cleaned by Bobby, looked very clean, although his fur was a little dull.

It was summer, and Harry was wearing shorts. The green hat and furry body were rubbing against Harry's legs, making him feel a little itchy, which made him chuckle.

He smiled happily at Bobby and said, "Cousin Bobby, did you see that? He likes me."

With Harry's goofy expression, Bobby seemed to see a smaller version of Rubeus Hagrid.

"That's right, Harry, anyone can see he likes you. Since you two get along so well, then I'll leave the green hat's daily life, including eating, drinking, and toileting, to you, my dear cousin!"

After giving his instructions, Bobby went upstairs.

The big green dog, panting, stared eagerly at Harry.

Harry felt the kindness and was delighted, so he asked, "Are you hungry? I'll find you something to eat!"

He turned and walked towards the kitchen, shook his head, and muttered to himself, "I must be crazy to ask the dog if it wants to eat. How can it understand human speech?"

There happened to be half a bowl of spicy pork ribs left over from last night in the kitchen refrigerator, so Harry brought them all out. These ribs were originally meant to be washed with warm water to remove the spiciness and then left as a snack for the sheepdogs on the ranch.

"Green hat, come here, this is spicy pork ribs, it's delicious."

Sirius hesitated for a moment when he saw a plate of ribs on the ground. He had just eaten a whole pot of dragon meat, and his stomach was still bulging.

Even so, how could he betray his own good intentions in educating his son? Sirius gritted his teeth and, like a martyr about to be executed, launched a desperate charge towards the spicy pork ribs with tragic steps.

The half-bowl of ribs had gone cold, but the aroma of pepper was still strong. Although it couldn't compare to the dragon meat we just ate, it was still better than most dishes in British restaurants.

Sirius, you can do it!

He picked up a piece of pork rib, took a big bite, and crunched—it was delicious!

The only problem is that the dried chilies used in this dish of spare ribs are Seven Star Chilies from Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province! They're incredibly spicy.

The pungent smell hit Sirius's head, and he couldn't help but sneeze loudly.

"sneeze!"

A burst of sparks shot out of the dog's nose, startling both the man and the dog.

This was a side effect of eating Peruvian fanged dragon meat. Bobby hadn't expected Harry to feed Sirius pepper ribs, let alone that Sirius would sneeze.

To ensure she could retain her green skin, she added only half the normal dose of antidote to the soup. As long as she could prevent swine fever, she was fine. As for complications like spitting fire from her nose, she left that to fate.

"Ah!" Harry exclaimed, then shouted upstairs, "Cousin Bobby! Cousin!"

A door was flung open with a loud bang, followed by a rapid, angry thud of footsteps. Then, a soft cushion flew down from the second floor, landing squarely on Harry's head. Harry knew this cushion all too well; Hermione had brought it from home, and it was said that with this cushion, her study efficiency could increase by 20%!

"Harry Potter! Could you be a little quieter? Could you be a little quieter? I'm studying!"

Bobby came out of her room when she heard the noise, carrying clean clothes. She was about to go downstairs to take a shower so she could comfortably relax on the sofa and watch TV.

"Hermione, what's wrong? Why are you so angry?"

With a flick of her finger, the cushion flew up, adorned with a lifelike and adorable cat head. Sirius's eyes narrowed. The 20th century's most outstanding user of the Levitation Charm truly lived up to his reputation!

Bobby handed the mat to Hermione. "Don't push yourself too hard. You need to have a balance between tension and relaxation."

She looked up at Harry through the stair railing and asked, "Why are you calling me so loudly?"

Harry was stunned by Hermione's face-smearing cushion and her outburst. It took him a while to recover, and he pointed frantically at the green hat, "Green hat, the green hat really seems to have magical creature blood! It just spit sparks from its nose!"

Sirius: ...

Poppy: ...

Hermione: Huh? What a green dog.

Chapter 78 Pets

With the start of the school year approaching, Bobby and her friends made plans to go shopping together at Diagon Alley.

The Granger, Indigo, and Weasley families will all be invited to a gathering at Evans Ranch.

Bobby hadn't seen Jady all summer and missed her terribly.

When the day arrived, Bobby, Harry, and Hermione arrived at the Leaky Cauldron under Snape's escort, with Harry's new pet dog, Green Hat, naturally following closely behind.

Poppy, now in her new form, nestled comfortably in Hermione's arms. Ever since Hermione learned that her second Animagus was a cute cat-like creature, Poppy had been following her around every day, wanting to hold her 24/7.

Hermione's cat-lover nature is evident, so today, Bobby is determined to buy Hermione a pet cat, no matter if it's Crookshanks or not, as long as he can escape Hermione's clutches.

Upon entering Diagon Alley, seeing Harry and Hermione heading straight for Flourish and Blotts, Snape asked, "Bobby, aren't we going to the wand shop first?"

The little shrew in Hermione's arms spoke in human language: "No, Papa Snape, the applewood wand we bought last time is quite sturdy and hasn't broken yet. Besides, I've already found a better wand replacement."

Snape nodded. "Then take care of yourself. I'm at Boyd Potions Shop. Come find me if you need anything."

Harry and Hermione both breathed a sigh of relief as soon as Snape left.

They waited for a while in front of Flourish and Blotts Bookstore, and then they saw a group of red-haired men and women walking towards them. Behind them were the tall and handsome Li Xiaoxiang and the gentle and lovely Jie Di.

"Aunt Molly, why isn't Uncle Arthur here?"

Bobby leaped from Hermione's arms and jumped into Molly's.

Mrs. Weasley caught the petite Fei Fei with a delighted expression: "The department has been busy hunting down Sirius Black lately; he and Forrest have been practically running around like headless chickens."

After she finished speaking, she looked at Jady and the newly appointed deputy director of the Auror office behind her.

Jady walked up and naturally took Feifei from her, holding her in her arms. "My parents are indeed busy, but they won't miss the gathering tonight."

Bobby glanced at the green-hatted man panting heavily beside Harry and said, "I see Sirius Black wanted posters everywhere, still no leads?"

Li Xiaoxiang said calmly, "There are too many mediocre people in the department. You can't expect them to accomplish anything."

"Then may I ask, Mr. Deputy Director of the Auror Office, with the department so busy, how did you find the time to accompany Jady shopping?"

Li Xiaoxiang snorted: "Everyone in the department says that Sirius Black broke out of prison to avenge Voldemort and kill Harry Potter. So when the department heard that Mr. Potter would be shopping in Diagon Alley today, they specifically ordered me to bring people to protect him."

Bobby almost burst out laughing. Voldemort protecting Harry? The purpose being to prevent Sirius Black, who loved Harry the most, from killing him…

"Hey, Harry," Ron exclaimed as if he'd discovered something amazing. While everyone else was still exchanging pleasantries, he darted over to Harry's side, staring intently at the green hat. "What breed of dog is that? It's so unusual, with green fur!"

“This is a green hat, it must have magical beast blood,” Harry said, looking at the green hat. “Come on, show Ron how to breathe fire.”

Sirius: ...

Just then, in the photo of Sirius Black's wanted poster on the wall, the man with a ferocious expression, Black, opened his mouth wide and made a terrifying grin, which startled Ron and made him take two steps back, thus helping the cuckold escape an embarrassing situation.

Scabbers poked its head out from Ron's arms and was spotted by the sharp-eyed Green Hat. He immediately arched his back, his fur standing on end, and immediately assumed an attack stance.

Before Banban even noticed the strange big dog, Feifei's petite body broke free from Jiedi's embrace, leaped onto the top of the green hat's head, transformed back into human form, and raised her hand to deliver a big punch.

"What are you yelling about? Quiet down!"

The green hat was slapped to the ground, the strong impact instantly clearing his mind. He then remembered that he and Bobby had a three-point agreement.

“Ron,” Bobby began, “how old is your big rat?”

Ron was taken aback, not understanding what Bobby meant.

"I recently developed a life-extending drug and want to test its effects on Banban."

“But…” Ron was still hesitating when Bobby’s words hit the bullseye.

"Don't you want an owl? Give me Spotty, and I'll buy you an owl."

To be honest, with Bobby's interference, the Weasleys' quality of life had long since moved beyond mere poverty. But the least favored son was no ordinary child.

Ron nodded repeatedly, pulled the large rat out of his arms, and handed it directly to Bobby: "Deal!"

Scabbers tried to struggle, but once she's in Bobby's hands, what can she do? She'll treat Sirius the same way she treated Little Pettigrew a few days ago.

Poor Banban was unable to move and was put into the Seamless Stretch Bag by Bobby.

Banban felt a blur before his eyes and found himself in a space that resembled a giant warehouse. Beside him lay the corpses of four or five Peruvian venomous dragons, their bodies imbued with a preservation spell, making them appear as if they had just died.

Beside the corpse were a pile of cooking utensils and a mountain of various ingredients and seasonings.

Not far away, a pile of dazzling golden artifacts was haphazardly stacked there, like miscellaneous goods in a two-dollar store.

Is this... the world of the super-rich? Maybe... I should just side with Miss Evans? Dark Lord, it's not that I'm not loyal enough, it's just that she's richer than you!
