"You mean, Xiaoyu separated her yin and yang sides? She actually managed to do that without the Tiger Talisman?" Chen Long held his head in disbelief.

"I see!"

Xiao Yu, who had a yang fish pattern on the back of her left hand, suddenly grabbed the clothes of her other self and cried out, "You are my dark side, aren't you?"

"What? You're my dark side!" Xiao Yu, whose right hand had a Yin fish pattern, grabbed the collar of the person opposite her and cursed viciously.

"I feel that you are all Xiaoyu's dark side."

The little snake chuckled and asked Jiang Liu, "If we combine the two of them, will two negatives equal a positive? I mean, will yin generate yang?"

"There is an even simpler way."

Jiang Liu pointed to the line in "Journey to the West" that reads, "[Sun Wukong couldn't help himself, swung his iron cudgel, and killed her with a single blow to the head]," and said quietly, "Xiao Yu's situation is not the simple and brutal separation of yin and yang that you all talk about, but rather the birth of two minds."

Furthermore, by reciting incantations to harmonize the five energies within her chest, and through the effect of the surrounding celestial energy, she created a self identical to herself.

Seeing that Chen Long, Little Snake, Bull Warrior and others did not understand, Jiang Liu changed his explanation and said: "Simply put, when you order Xiaoyu to do her homework, two thoughts will arise in her mind. One is to do the homework, and the other is to play. The two are constantly fighting against each other."

Xiaoyu's situation stemmed from these two completely different thoughts; she split herself into two: one to do her homework, and the other to play.

"I see."

Chen Long suddenly realized, staring at the small jade with the Yin fish pattern on the back of his right hand, and said seriously, "So you're a fake?"

Yin Yuwen Xiaoyu: "???"

# Chapter 849 Indecisiveness

Boom!

Before Chen Long could finish speaking, his father tapped him on the forehead with his finger and scolded, "Didn't you hear what Jiang Liu said? Both of these Xiao Yus are fake! And they're both real!"

"Uncle Long, you can't judge me as a fake just because I didn't listen to you this morning, can you?"

Yin Yuwen Xiaoyu crossed her arms and said with dissatisfaction, "If you ask me, the one who obediently goes to school is the fake one! Or, Uncle Long, what you really want is an obedient puppet niece?"

"Hey, don't talk nonsense. I might not listen to Uncle Long completely either! I'm a rebellious kid too!" Yang Yuwen Xiaoyu was unhappy that the "imposter" opposite her called her a submissive niece.

In an instant.

The two women clashed once again, showing no fear, and the light and shadow soldiers behind them also glared at each other, unwilling to back down.

"So what's the simpler way you mentioned?" the Bull Warrior asked.

"Didn't I point that out in the book?"

After saying that, Jiang Liu slapped his forehead, "I almost forgot, you and Little Snake don't understand Chinese characters... Simply put, when you want to do something, like: take off your mask—"

"Bull Warriors never take off their masks!"

Before he could finish speaking, the bull warrior blurted out the words as if by reflex, his head held high, hands on his hips, and a confident look in his eyes.

"What if you have to take off your mask to save someone?" Jiang Liu asked.

"Then I will not hesitate to take off my mask."

After pondering for a moment, the bull warrior spoke with a determined and extremely serious expression.

"So, why could you say 'I will never take off my mask' without hesitation just now, but now you say 'take off my mask' after thinking for a little while?" Jiang Liu asked again.

For a moment, the Bull Warrior was speechless, but he also understood the key point in his heart—to accomplish something, one cannot be half-hearted.

Therefore, neither of these two thoughts is inherently good or bad; both are for oneself. However, whether accomplishing a great undertaking or doing a trivial matter, one must be single-minded.

That is, one thought must completely overcome another.

In other words:

These two little jades simply cannot coexist!

Chen Long, Old Man, Tru, and the others also understood and realized the cruel truth behind Jiang Liu's words, which were "both true and false"—

If you kill one of the Jade girls, the remaining one will naturally become real!

Whichever one it is!

In the past—

Chen Long was split into two, good and evil, by the Tiger Talisman. Although they initially disliked each other, neither truly intended to kill the other, and they were eventually able to cooperate to fight the Black Hand Gang and the Demon Little Dragon...

While fighting the Mountain Demon, Xiaoyu used a copying spell, accidentally creating hundreds of clones of herself. These clones were able to cooperate and coexist harmoniously, together controlling Bogang and giving Chen Long the opportunity to strike the drum three times…

But what about now?

Upon careful recollection, the moment these two Xiaoyu met, there was absolutely no sign of harmony between them; their first thought was to fight! It gave them the impression that they both wanted to kill each other!

"No! No, no! That's too cruel! We... we can't do this to Xiaoyu, they're still children! And even if they were adults, we can't kill one of them! That's too much!"

Chen Long denied it immediately.

"That's why I told you to recognize them both as your nieces," Jiang Liu said with a smile.

"Can't...can't we just let the two of them merge?"

Chen Long had a headache and was questioning his life. Was he going to go to the school and tell Miss Hammond that Xiaoyu had a twin sister?

"There's nothing I can do at this stage."

Jiang Liu sighed helplessly, “Two minds are disrupting the universe. The universe refers to a person’s mind and body; two minds refer to having two thoughts.”

What is a six-eared creature?

True mind gives rise to false mind, false mind gives rise to two thoughts, and both thoughts are false mind. One mind and one person have two ears, three minds have six ears. This is what is meant by being two-minded.

As in the example I gave earlier:

Should I do my homework first?

Should we play first?

If these two thoughts run parallel, she will only sit there, wasting her energy without taking any real action, thus losing her potential and possibility for growth.

in short.

Within this cycle, Xiaoyu developed two minds and used incantations to harmonize the five energies within her body, causing her two thoughts to separate and transform into two people.

Just like the true and false Monkey Kings, putting aside the plot and story, if we only talk about the meaning of cultivation, both of them are Wukong and both are Six-Eared Macaques. As for why the "Six-Eared Macaque" jumped out after the Buddha revealed the root cause in the end.

Although the deluded mind gives rise to two thoughts, the true mind is only one.

Two false hearts: one desires for master and disciple to cultivate together as one, and the other seeks fame and eternal praise. Both are for the sake of the journey to the West, but the former is clearly more determined.

The latter?

Seeking only "fame and fortune" distances one further from sincerity. When this is exposed, one naturally becomes flustered and will proactively back away.

This is because most people in the world who do wrong know that what they have done is wrong, and they will panic if they are even slightly exposed.

This has been the case since ancient times.

And having done something wrong, yet not believing that one has done anything wrong—

That is the devil!

They must be wiped out!

This is one of the reasons why Buddha felt regret when Wukong killed Liu Er. Although Liu Er was a hypocrite, he could still recognize his mistakes and correct them.

If he could achieve unification without dying, Wukong could attain the ability to see all things ahead of time. He might not immediately reach the Bodhisattva level, but he would at least possess an ability similar to a Bodhisattva's ability to see the entire universe...

But right now, we can't expose Xiaoyu's true feelings, lest the feigned Xiaoyu, who doesn't agree with our intentions, panic and start to have second thoughts.

Even those who have two hearts can have two hearts again!

Six ears means more than just six ears.

"Not at this stage?"

Duanmu Ying grasped the key point: "So it will take some time?"

"almost."

Jiang Liu didn't hide anything. Seeing the growing surprise on Duanmu Ying's face, he said speechlessly, "But it's not what you think. I'm still far from the level of Shakyamuni."

I need to figure out how to make their bodies merge into one.

This is the most troublesome part...

Who could have imagined that in this time and space where the connection between heaven and earth had not yet been severed, a magic that was used externally to make strawberry jam and internally to remove the repressed emotions accumulated within oneself would actually split into two parts after being used by Xiaoyu for internal refinement, and form a real and identical physical body?

This is fundamentally different from copying magic.

The so-called copying is nothing more than using a magic potion to connect with the Zhouqi Bureau and copy the existing information to form a copy with the original's appearance, weight, and even intelligence, but this copy has no quality.

It has weight, but no mass.

It's just a mass of energy fixed under the Zhou weather pattern.

Xiaoyu's use of internal cultivation of the Five Qi to cast this magic is equivalent to completely evolving into another version of herself by taking advantage of the Zhou Qi Qi Bureau.

Especially when a divided mind arises, it completely "replicates" its own memories, soul, spirit, and innate Qi.

Every person's life is unique...

That's in the normal world!

Within the space of the Earth-Moon system, which is connected end to end in the distant past and far future and has been separated out, it is extremely easy for two individuals with the same innate Qi and identical souls to coexist at the same time.

For example, Da Yu, who came from the illusory "future" to this real "present," has the same innate Qi and soul as Xiao Yu, only more mature...

# Chapter 850 Color and Emptiness

"Besides physical fusion, what other troubles are there?"

Chen Long wanted to get to the bottom of it.

"We need to find a way to get them to agree on something."

Jiang Liu replied without hesitation, "A mental illness requires a mental cure; this is not a problem that can be solved by magic or Qi cultivation."
