"Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!"
Chen Long understood this sentence: in the uncertain future, he really would have to find a way to "take care" of his two little nieces...
Actually.
Setting aside the physical body and focusing solely on the unity of mind and body, the Buddha in Journey to the West has actually already provided a solution:
There is nothing within existence, nothing within non-existence. There is no form within form, no emptiness within emptiness. It is neither existence nor non-existence. It is neither form nor emptiness. Emptiness is emptiness, form is form. Form has no fixed form, form is emptiness. Emptiness has no fixed emptiness, emptiness is form. Knowing emptiness is not emptiness, knowing form is not form. This is called enlightenment, and only then can one attain the wondrous sound.
This method originates from the "Supreme Supreme Mystery Elimination and Life Protection Scripture".
However, this concept was not created by Taoism, but originated from the Buddhist monk Sengzhao's "On Non-Emptiness"—the fusion and borrowing of Taoism and Buddhism has existed since ancient times!
In terms of doctrine, it aims to help practitioners recognize the principles of existence and non-existence, form and emptiness, thereby relinquishing attachments and attaining liberation.
Ultimately, it all comes down to the idea that nirvana is the true reality.
which is:
When the mind is troubled, all sorts of demons arise.
When the mind is extinguished, all demons vanish.
What if one has two minds in life?
When the mind is extinguished, thoughts also cease, and afflictions naturally vanish without a trace.
But Jiang Liu was unwilling to seek this method of annihilation.
If we redefine color and emptiness—
Color is transient, concrete, and fixed.
Emptiness represents permanence, abstraction, and fluidity.
Viewing the Buddha's smile while holding up a flower in this way offers another interpretation:
Ordinary Arhats and Bodhisattvas see the color of the flower, that is, the scene when the flower is in full bloom.
The Buddha saw the entire process of this flower, from seed to bloom, to its future withering, and then to the formation of seeds again—that is, emptiness.
Both are the essence of the world.
Using this definition of emptiness and form to discuss the true and false Wukong:
The true Wukong sought to cultivate in oneness, attain enlightenment, and was attached to emptiness;
The fake Wukong wanted fame and fortune, and the worship of all living beings; he was obsessed with lust.
Since both are attachments, they are both false. It's just that the one who is attached to emptiness is more in line with Wukong's true desire, that is, his yearning for the truth on his journey to the West, and thus overcomes the one who is attached to form.
But in fact?
Form and emptiness are not actually opposites or contradictions, but can be coordinated and unified. Just like if the journey to the West to obtain the scriptures is successful, Wukong can cultivate along the way, understand Bodhi, and attain the position of Buddha. His deeds in the West can also be spread in Jambudvipa, be remembered in the hearts of all beings, and be sung for all eternity.
Is there a conflict?
There is absolutely no conflict!
Form is the fleeting moment of emptiness; emptiness is the eternity of form!
Similarly, Xiaoyu is the same.
Although Jiang Liu previously used "doing homework first" and "playing first" as metaphors for having two minds, the reality is more complex, especially after Xiaoyu split into two—
What Xiaoyu truly seeks is to participate in adventures and enjoy life; what she clings to is emptiness.
[False] Xiaoyu's desire is to gain freedom and resist being controlled; what she is obsessed with is [lust].
Ultimately, the two are not in conflict.
But the problem is-
Xiaoyu really split into two!
Not just two thoughts!
of course.
If we consider this Earth, completely covered by the Zhou Qi Bureau, as a cultivator practicing Qi cultivation, then these two Xiaoyu might indeed be two separate "mind monkeys."
When a practitioner's scale becomes so vast as to reach the level of the Earth-Moon system, the need to reconcile the two minds...
No wonder Sun Wukong chose to kill the Six-Eared Macaque!
A thought popped into Jiang Liu's mind.
Simple and rude!
No need to put in any effort!
Even if one does not truly eradicate the dualistic mind, one can still temporarily stabilize one's mind and gradually cultivate it through subsequent trials, thereby completely controlling the dualistic mind and using it for one's own benefit!
but--
Using such a simple and brutal method to eliminate disloyalty is no different from Sun Wukong's cultivation method of eliminating the six thieves behind the Two Realms Mountain in the early stages of Journey to the West.
It is easy to defeat the bandits in the mountains, but difficult to eliminate the bandits in one's heart.
After eliminating the six thieves, Sun Wukong ran away after being scolded by Tang Sanzang for a few minutes. He didn't seem like someone who had broken free from the six thieves during his cultivation. Compared to ordinary people who hadn't entered the path of cultivation, he only possessed supernatural powers such as immortality, seventy-two transformations, and somersault cloud.
It was precisely because they only eliminated the bandits in the mountains but not the bandits within themselves that their journey westward was fraught with difficulties. The master did not trust his disciple, and the disciple looked down on his master.
at the moment.
The real and the fake Xiaoyu are both physical entities, and are real, but they are separated because Xiaoyu has developed two minds, and are also fake. Since one cannot be eliminated in a simple and crude way, we must find a key point, that is, something that both are willing to do, in order to reconcile "form" and "emptiness".
Jiang Liu had already determined that one crucial point—adventure and cultivation.
Two hearts originate from one heart; they share the same memories and are of one soul.
Therefore—
A thirst for adventure is ingrained in their very being.
And cultivation...
Initially, Chen Long taught Xiao Yu kung fu, enabling her to sense the qi within her body, giving her a basic understanding of cultivation, and making her willing to practice kung fu in her spare time.
After the river flow arrives, one understands that "qi" is "qi". Even though the process of cultivating the foundation method and circulating qi through the body is quite tedious, one still finds it enjoyable.
Therefore, in Jiang Liu's view, the two originated from the same heart. Although they did not like each other at first, as long as they had real bodies and the two had the same souls, and were not separated by distance, and experienced the same education, training and adventures, they could gradually get along under the baptism of time, so as to achieve mutual understanding and make form and emptiness one.
on the contrary!
How can we, after reconciling their spiritual pursuits of "form" and "emptiness," achieve physical fusion of their bodies into one?
This is actually a major headache for Jiang Liu!
These two little jades are made of flesh and blood!
The goal is to overlap and fuse the muscles, bones, skin, internal organs, spirit, and brain of both entities into one unified whole...
Jiang Liu possesses the spiritual light—Huiyuan—which allows him to designate an object, including a person, to undergo destruction and rebirth. However, during the rebirth process, he must also reorganize the two entities—he needs to understand the knowledge related to quantum superposition.
In addition, one can also utilize the Qi formation.
The two little jades, one with a yang fish pattern on her left hand and the other with a yin fish pattern on her right hand, are exactly one yin and one yang. If they can coordinate their personal energy and achieve unity, they might be able to open up an eternal mental landscape at the moment of unity!
[Though it was an accident, it was also an opportunity!]
Jiang Liu regained his focus and turned his attention back to the eighteen light and shadow soldiers and dark soldiers whose figures were almost identical to Da Yu's, lost in thought.
"That's right!"
Seeing that Jiang Liu had noticed the eighteen light and shadow soldiers, Chen Long asked, "Do you have a way to make these eighteen guys disappear?"
"Staying by Xiaoyu's side all the time isn't a good idea."
"That's simple."
Jiang Liu looked at Shi Yin with eyes that seemed to bloom like lotus flowers, but he saw through the true nature of these eighteen people. He was slightly surprised, but still agreed.
But this doesn't mean dealing with the eighteen "Fish Talisman Soldiers" and "Dragon Seal Soldiers"...
# Chapter 851 Qi Refining Cheat Device
To deal with the two legions summoned by Xiaoyu, we must first understand their form of existence.
This is because Xiaoyu entered the Shadow Kingdom and, through the Nine Aperture Seal, connected with this world, transforming Tara's mark into the Yin Fish Pattern, thereby completely controlling the Shadow Kingdom and gaining even greater authority than Tara.
But Tara is ultimately the master of the ninja soldiers. As long as she is not sealed, the Shadow Legion will still obey Tara's orders when they are far away from Tama.
When Tara and his nine generals were completely sealed away, the Shadow Soldiers lost all contact with them and became completely connected to Jade's life. Therefore, their appearance and abilities would naturally change according to Jade's situation.
Furthermore, during this process, the fish-dragon talisman that Jiang Liu left in her body also became involved, resulting in the ghost soldier's appearance as wearing fish-scale armor and a dragon-head mask.
It was precisely because of the connection with the Fish-Dragon Talisman that these nine ghost soldiers became one with Xiaoyu's nine orifices, sharing her life and death.
The same reason.
Another Xiaoyu, due to close contact with Xiaoyu who had taken control of the Ghost Shadow Soldiers first, had her innate Qi stimulated. Since the two were originally the same person, she instinctively opened her nine orifices and condensed the Yang Fish Pattern corresponding to the Yin Fish Pattern.
If the Yin fish pattern represents shadow, summoning shadow soldiers empowered by dark energy; then the Yang fish pattern represents light, summoning light and shadow soldiers protected by righteous energy.
but.
Since both are influenced by the Fish-Dragon Talisman, Jiang Liu prefers to call them Fish Talisman Soldiers and Dragon Talisman Soldiers.
"So, how do we get them back?"
Hey! Don't mimic me!
X2
The two girls spoke in unison, but then started arguing again.
Jiang Liu squatted down and separated the two, saying, "Now, don't make a sound. Listen to my command, adjust your breathing, inhale once and exhale twice... and feel the rhythm of the Qi circulating in your body, coordinating it with your breathing."
This is the foundation of the Primordial Chaos Method.
The two girls followed suit, imitating Jiang Liu's breathing, closing their eyes to sense the circulation of Qi throughout their bodies and the flow of breath, harmonizing the rhythm of the two.
In an instant.
