America: A Prodigy of Stereotypes

"also."
"Can I design my own combat uniform?"
"You think my design is bad?" Dr. Banner asked.
“I’m a little worried,” Wade said.
"Draw it first, then we'll talk."
Wade found something to do: he picked up Li Qun's notebook and started designing his own battle suit. He drew it quite well and even carefully colored it in.
"Is there anything wrong with my taste?"
Wade proudly showed his "masterpiece" to Dr. Banner.
“Red? That’s too conspicuous. You’ll become a target,” Dr. Banner said.
“I’m not like Peter, who’s timid and hesitant. I’m going to make sure everyone notices me,” Wade said.
"It seems to be suspected of plagiarism," Li Qun commented, examining Wade's combat uniform design.
"What do you mean by plagiarism? All 'beautiful' designs have something in common; it's just that Peter and I thought of a bit too many similarities," Wade explained to himself.
Dr. Banner retrieved Wade's bulletproof trousers, used magic to disassemble them, and obtained a pile of vibranium alloy fibers.
"When will it be ready?" Wade asked with concern.
“I don’t know. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this material,” Dr. Banner replied.
“How could this be the first time you’ve encountered this? Dr. Banner, didn’t you see this kind of bulletproof material when you were working in the military?” Wade asked, puzzled.
"If it weren't for the power of magic, no one could remove these alloy fibers from the clothing. Do you understand?"
"This is the strongest shield, and you need the strongest spear to break it."
"There's no magic involved in separating these alloy fibers from clothing, right? What chemical or physical methods could be used?" Wade began to use his imagination.
Dr. Banner shook his head at Wade.
"Liqun, come with me to the lab."
"It's starting again."
Dr. Banner opened a portal, and Li Qun followed him into the laboratory.
“I suddenly have a feeling that I’ve been tricked,” Wade said, turning to his father.
"Dad's going to rest now, Wade, turn off the TV," Dad said to Wade.
"Peter, your live TV broadcast isn't engaging at all; the viewers have all left," Wade teased Peter through the television.
Peter, fully dressed as a "superhero," was active in the Queens late at night, his "superhero" behavior unknown to anyone.
Chapter 293 Is there a risk of being cured?
"The world shouldn't be like this."
At lunchtime, when Li Qun heard Peter mutter these words to himself, his chopsticks stopped in mid-air, and he was stunned for a moment.
Is there anything wrong with this statement?
Sensing Li Qun's strange reaction, Peter snapped out of his daze and turned to look at Li Qun.
“This doesn’t sound like something you would say,” Li Qun said.
“Yes, Peter,” Harry agreed.
"You seem to be playing hard to get. Have you fallen for Mary Jane? Trying to attract other girls before graduation?"
Harry looked down and around.
As graduation approached, the female classmates in the same year began to apply makeup to their faces, each one more adept at dressing up than the last.
“No, I didn’t,” Peter denied.
“You do.” Harry just thought Peter was being stubborn and smiled at him.
“What do you think, Li Qun?” Harry turned to Li Qun and asked.
“Peter is right, the world shouldn’t be like this,” Li Qun said earnestly, looking at Peter.
"I often think about this question and want to change the world."
"Huh?" Harry looked at Li Qun and Peter in confusion, feeling that he was not on the same wavelength as these two, nor did he seem to be in the same world.
“They’re about to talk about national politics, the world order, and the fate of humanity,” Gwen said calmly from the side.
"What the hell?" Harry frowned.
“You’ll understand when you grow up,” Gwen said.
“How can we change the world?” Peter asked Liqun.
“The first step is that we need money. We need to raise a lot of money,” Li Qun replied.
“Gwen, how much money do we have left?” Peter turned to Gwen and asked.
“More than at the beginning,” Gwen replied.
"What do you mean?"
Li Qun and Peter looked at Gwen.
“I might have some luck in the stock market, that’s all. We’ll have to calculate the exact amount,” Gwen whispered to Li Qun and Peter.
“We’re still pretty lucky,” Li Qun said to Peter.
“I was planning to tell you about this after I graduated,” Gwen said.
“Should we get a suit made for each of you so you can make a good impression at the prom?” Gwen asked.
“I’m not really in the mood for the prom,” Peter said.
“That won’t do,” Gwen said.
“I will go to the prom. I won’t miss it,” Peter said.
"That's good."
"Could it be that Mary Jane has a boyfriend?" Harry wondered.
Peter shook his head.
"It's very hot today too."
Summer seems to have arrived.
“What will the future of Earth be like?” Peter asked.
“Liqun, it’s all your fault for giving Peter those books at Christmas. They turned Peter into a philosopher,” Harry said to Liqun.
“Peter didn’t become a philosopher; rather, he was in a philosophical moment,” Li Qun said.
Peter sighed as he ate, turning the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere of lunchtime into a somber one.
"At that moment, when Peter saw the food on his plate, he would involuntarily think of the children in the world who were going hungry."
“How long will he last?” Harry asked Liqun.
"do not know."
How can we turn Peter back?
"do not know either."
“Maybe he’ll be back to normal once Mary Jane goes back to New York,” Gwen said.
“I’m listening.” Peter turned to look at the three people discussing him.
“We’ll be more careful next time,” Li Qun said to Peter.
"Stephanie, how is Uncle Walter's health?" Li Qun changed the subject.
“My dad is fine, thank you for your concern,” Stephanie replied.
“But you don’t look very happy?” Harry said.
“It’s something else that’s making me unhappy,” Stephanie said.
“Tell us, and maybe we can help you,” Harry said.
Stephanie slowly shook her head.
"A family crisis for a middle-aged man?" Gwen guessed.
"Like in the TV series? Mr. Walter is having an affair?" Harry's mind raced with thoughts.
“No, no.” Stephanie quickly shook her head.
"Could it be that little Walter was bullied at school?" Li Qun guessed.
“No,” Stephanie said.
“I have a feeling it will, but it’s not obvious,” Harry said.
"Stop guessing," Stephanie sighed.
“We’re all friends, shouldn’t friends help each other?” Harry said.
“My dad says he has a way to cure little Walter, but they need to be treated in a closed environment. I’m very worried that my dad has come into contact with some kind of cult, that he’s been bewitched,” Stephanie whispered.
"Oh!"
The group looked at each other, realizing that Stephanie had indeed encountered a major problem.
"Is there any possibility that Little Walter can be cured?" Harry asked, looking at Lillian.
Harry's perception of Li Qun seemed to be that he knew everything.
"Did they tell you the location, Stephanie?" Li Qun asked Stephanie.
“In New York,” Stephanie replied.
“This is even more terrifying than being in the countryside,” Harry said.
"Did they tell you whether it was surgery, medication, or... a ritual?" Li Qun asked carefully.
