"Am I really back to normal?" Leopold asked Bruce Banner.

"At least you won't turn into a werewolf during the full moon."

"What has preserved your werewolf superpowers is the effect of the Super Soldier Serum. You are still in the process of the serum adjusting your genes; your previous werewolf transformation allowed the serum to record and retain this genetic predisposition," Banner replied.

“You’ve hit the jackpot, bro,” Wade said to Leopold.

“I used to have a very clean-cut face, but now I look like a wild man if I don’t shave for a day,” Leopold said, stroking his cheek.

"Wade, are you no longer required to keep a close watch on me?" Leopold asked Bruce Banner.

“But you need training; you don’t have very good control over your body right now,” Banner said.

"Whose training will you receive?"

"Liqun".

"That child?"

“In terms of pure hand-to-hand combat ability, none of us can beat him,” Banner said.

"Including Wade?" Leopold asked.

"I really can't beat them," Wade said.

"He's so young."

“In reality, every morning Li Qun is fighting against a powerful being from another world, a god who has practiced martial arts for thousands of years,” Banner said.

“I accept his training,” Leopold said.

The two walked out of the gates of the Holy Sanctuary and strolled toward Li Qun and his family's apartment.

Leopold finally breathed a sigh of relief, but ordinary life was now a thing of the past.

Leopold found a job as a theatrical actor at his father Adrian’s Broadway theater, and outside of acting, he would attend community college to fill his brain with the knowledge he had missed over the past century.

While passing by a supermarket, Wade took Leopold inside to buy some groceries.

Li Qun once told Wade that the tradition of Aurora is that one should not visit someone empty-handed.

“They finish class at six in the evening at the latest. Tonight we can celebrate, celebrate you becoming human again. Brother, you’ve tasted Li Qun’s cooking, it’s truly amazing,” Wade said.

“Most of the food in this era is better than what I used to eat,” Leopold said.

On Columbia University's campus, Li Qun sat on a bench, engrossed in a book he had borrowed from the university library, "Sports and Health," while waiting for someone to finish class.

People come and go on campus in groups, each student hurrying along, busy with their own things.

"Hey, how long have you been waiting here?"

Dr. Otto sat down in the empty seat next to Li Qun, carrying his briefcase, and took out a written letter from his briefcase and handed it to Li Qun.

“Dr. Banner is particularly busy this month, so a reply may have to wait until next month,” Li Qun said to Dr. Otto.

"What is he busy with? Does he need help?" Dr. Otto asked.

“Dr. Otto, you may not be able to help. Dr. Banner’s problem is very complicated, and it’s something only he can solve on his own,” Li Qun said.

A few minutes later, Harry walked over quickly.

"Why did Dr. Otto contact you?" Harry asked.

"They asked me to help deliver a letter to Dr. Banner. They were pen pals back in high school." Li Qun stood up; the person had arrived, and it was time to go back.

“Wade texted me; Leopold is back to normal,” Li Qun told Harry.

“The most urgent matter is over, now I can focus on dealing with my dad,” Harry said.

"This way."

Liqun led Harry into the dark alley, where they slipped through a portal back into the apartment.

"Hi, welcome home. Come on, we've been waiting for you two."

"Hot pot? That's great!"

Li Qun and Harry put down their bags, washed their hands, went into the kitchen to make dipping sauces, and then returned to the dining table.

“Wade suggested it,” Gwen said.

“Wade and his dad have eaten hot pot many times. As long as there’s hot pot broth, Wade can make a hot pot meal by himself,” Li Qun said.

"Quick, raise a glass! Let's celebrate Leopold turning back into a human!" Wade stood up and raised his beer high.

"We are ready!"

Li Qun and Harry popped open their beer bottles and stood up to celebrate Leopold's victory.

"Thank you, thank you everyone."

“Harry, I also hope your father will change back soon,” Leopold said to Harry.

Harry nodded and smiled.

After Walter White became acting CEO and Norman Osborne could not be found, various rumors circulated in the tabloids, and the Osborne Group's stock price fell for several days.

Many people came to the school looking for Harry, hoping to get information about Norman from him, which annoyed Harry greatly.

Harry prayed silently that Norman would recover quickly.

Chapter 403 Using Magic to Defeat Magic

“Dr. Banner, Leo’s body has permanently retained some of the werewolf’s abilities. Shouldn’t we also consider that Uncle Norman may have permanently retained some of the changes that vampires have brought him?”

Peter Parker shared his concerns with Bruce Banner.

“I have considered that, Peter.”

"What's most worrying isn't the physical changes, but the mental ones."

“I plan to use a memory-erasing spell to make Norman forget his memories of the time he spent as a vampire,” Bruce Banner said.

“Erase my memory. What are we going to say when my dad asks about what happened during this time?” Harry asked worriedly.

“After we all discussed it together, we gave him the same answer. As long as this answer is consistent in all aspects, the truth will not be discovered,” Li Qun said.

“My dad will be the biggest weakness,” Stephanie said.

“No,” Bruce Banner said.

"Can we come up with a sufficiently self-consistent explanation in three days? I'm going to start the ritual in three days to turn Norman back into a human." Bruce Banner looked at the group.

“We’ll start discussing it tonight,” Harry said.

“Next time, please don’t all come, okay? There are too many people,” Bruce Banner said.

Li Qun turned around and looked at Harry, Peter, Gwen, Stephanie, Leopold, and Wade.

Everyone is very concerned about Norman's situation.

Gwen's concern wasn't solely due to Osborne Industries' stock.

Li Qun opened a portal, allowing everyone to return to the apartment, and the New York Sanctuary became quiet again.

Time keeps moving forward, and it's been two weeks since Leopold turned back into a human. Today, as soon as they heard that Dr. Banner had found a way to turn Norman back into a human, they all came over and surrounded Dr. Banner, bombarding him with questions.

"Why are you still here?" Bruce Banner turned to look at Wade Wilson.

“I’m going back to my dad’s place, not Li Qun’s apartment,” Wade replied.

"I'll take you back."

Banner raised his hand, causing the portal to rise from beneath Wade's feet, and Wade fell back into his father's pawn shop.

It took Bruce Banner almost a month to gradually resolve the issues between Leopold and Norman, and he recalled the evaluation of him by his teacher, the Ancient One.

Banner himself was not the most talented or the most outstanding, but he was the most resilient and the hardest to be defeated.

Even if the world is destroyed, he will be the last person to live.

"I hope it will succeed."

Dr. Banner didn't tell Harry that his magical ritual would be 100% successful; he himself was somewhat worried.

If it fails, Banner plans to turn back time, returning to the point before the ceremony began, and erasing all the effects of the ceremony.

Three days later, Li Qun and Peter arrived at the Sanctuary to assist Dr. Banner in his magical rituals.

Banner needs the superpowers of Lich and Peter to keep Norman, this "vampire," under control.

Banner put magical chains on Norman's limbs, and had Li Qun and Peter pull Norman to the center of the magic circle by holding the chains.

Banner, dressed in his robes and holding the Book of Darkness, was in the sanctuary's basement, and Peter's spider-sense kept ringing.

“Dr. Banner, I have a bad feeling,” Peter said.

"I know."

"This book is what gives you a sense of danger."

“The Dark Book is the source of almost all dark magic, and even I am somewhat afraid of this book,” Dr. Banner said to Peter.

“Only magic can defeat magic. Peter, we must trust Dr. Banner,” Liqun said.

Li Qun and Peter gripped the magic chains from either side, both exerting their full strength, rendering Norman Osborn, bound by the chains, completely immobile.

Dr. Banner opened the Book of Darkness and began to chant aloud from it.

Whispers that Peter and Li Qun had never heard before began to echo in the basement, whispers that seemed to penetrate their very souls.
