Sophie took out a handkerchief and wipe her tears off. But the pungent smell of tobacco stung her smelt sense out. So, she hurriedly put down the white handkerchief. Jessica saw her action reached out her hand and took the hankie from Sophie's hand.

After a close check, Jessica gave the item back to Sophie. Alvin saw his wife indifference afterwards but kept his silent. Vincent on another hand started to talk on Sophie's engagement annulment. To help them out, Sophie also gave them information that she gathered on David to support their claimed on the breaking an engagement pro bono.

Vincent took her gathered information and shocked how much in deep the details were - where and when David spend his time with Lily and how much he spend on Lily. He positive that even his Genbu unable to gather such precise information. He took a second look at Sophie, this sister of his have a side he didn't knew and he truly worried for her.

After the discussion, Sophie stayed of a night. After dinner, Alvin went to his bedroom and found his wife still muddleheaded. He settled at his side of the bed and reached out to hold her hand.

"What's on your mind, love?"

Heard Alvin voice close to her brought her attention back. Jessica found herself on bed, holding hand with Alvin. She could see concern in his eyes.

"Alvin, did you noticed Sophie's handkerchief earlier?"

"The white one, yes. Anything wrong with it ?"

Jessica hesitated. Alvin noticed her hesitation gently wrapped her to a hug and gave a sense of security. He trusted Jessica with his life, his heart. So he would never force her to do or say anything against her will. He prefer to wait until she willing to tell him about it.

It took her awhile to weight her decision, her assumption.

When she did, Jessica lifted her head up, looking Alvin straight at his eyes.

"Darling, I think Shawn is alive."

Alvin shocked with her statement caused he knew which Shawn was Jessica referred to - Shawn Edward, son of Daniel and Violet.

"What make you think so, love?"

"That handkerchief. There were monograms stitched on it - S.E."

"But love, that can be someone else, right. Anyone could be S.E, not Shawn Edward only. Plus, there is Shawn Edward in EDEM, an orphan who grew in monastery, hardworking young gentleman that working his hard to become a chief department."

"But darling, I recognised those stitches. I helped Violet with that so I knew it was her needlework when I see one."

"If that the case, I'll ask Vincent to check it out. Will that do, love?"

"Yes, thank you darling."

"Well, I don't need your thanks but you can help me with something else…"

"What is it, darling?"
