The Abandoned Hunter

"Damn... Dammit..."

Jay's hands and legs, in fact all of his body was trembling after all he was standing in front of one of the greatest predators.

"Calm down Jay... calm down"

He was trying to be calm by saying himself and repeating the saying 10-15 times.

What worse could he do? He neither had any power, nor was his luck the best in the world.

His fate to live or die now lied in the hands of the Black Dragon that was present here.

"Kekeke human... how do you want to die?"

The dragons intimidating aura leaked throughout the the Room.

Jay was affected and horrified by the aura and understood that this was similar to blood lust!

He didn't want to turn back and see the the dragon but now he had nothing else to do! In fact he couldn't do anything else.

He slowly tuned back to look at the dragon.

His head was lowered from the start and when he turned he was gazing at the dragon's feet.

The nails on the dragon's leg was even bigger than himself.

Slowly he started to look up by raising his head as he gulped a large amount of saliva each second.

"Wh-what do you want? You can eat me directly! You are the strongest. Why ask me?"

Jay shouted and he said this. His legs had already given up and suddenly he fell on his knees but despite this he had asked the dragon a question as if both were on same level.

The dragon took this as a taunt and said, "You mere human... wants me to answer those puny questions?"

The dragon's anger had peaked. It was glaring at Jay quite fiercely.

Jay flinched for a second then said, "Haha... I am just a human, equivalent to an ant in front of your eyes. You can kill me as you please but... before I die, can you fulfil my last wish?"

Even though it was a predator among predator, the greatest hunter, THE BLACK DRAGON, it also had some conscience.

"Very well... tell me human, what is that you wish for?"

Jay with a pitiful eyes as if he had lost all his will to live, or survive answered by saying," Well... I wanted to be the strongest hunter if this era... but seems like that isn't possible... so my last wish is..."

The black dragon suddenly spoke in between.

"Wait..."

"Eh? What happened?"

Jay's voice was breaking as he asked this since he was already engulfed in fear.

"You want to be the strongest hunter of this era? The strongest being? Is that your last wish?"

The Black Dragon asked with a dominating Aura.

Jay was Suddenly surprised when he heard what the black dragon asked him.

"Well, ya that's what I wanted to be...but I don't think that is possible anymore..."

The black dragon suddenly started to laugh.

"Kekeke hahahahaha"

"Uhh... ya... this is just a joke... I'm sorry.."

Jay was on the verge of death and hearing the dragon laughing further demotivated him and theft all the remaining desire to survive.

"You should have told that earlier human! Very well then... your wish..."

"Huh?"

Jay wasn't able to understand what the dragon tried to tell.

"I will make it come true!"

"Ha? Haaaaaa...!!!!!!"
