The Adventurer System

Chapter 141 - Let's Duel At The Draven Sea

Yumiro directly pitched the flower vase into the wooden door, and unexpectedly each piece of it was shattered.

"How much you can sell Chirla from me?" Yumiro asked him in a high tone. As he was quite upset after he has seen how Orlan treated her.

Orlan whirled around, eventually glared at the young man woman who had long white hair. "Kid, you should stop. Before I forgot that you're one of my customers here."

Yet, Yumiro was persistent to take over Chirla from his owner. Although his main plan was to have a peaceful conversation with Orlan, however, his idea was easily faded when he saw Orlan trying to abuse her by using his physical strength.

"Then forget it, I don't care. But, the only thing I want for now is how much you will sell Chirla from me?" He asked the same question.

Orlan chuckled with annoyance after seeing the confident face of Yumiro. "If you really want a slave, go get in the black market. A big auction happens there twice a month, so if you hurry you could get there a slave."

In the auction, the adventurers could see different slaves that came from different races. The NPC the usual slave in the VR world, and 30% of them were broken adventurers.

"Cut the crap! That's not what I asking!"

After he said those words, Yumiro cast two skills at the same time.

[Dash!]

[Physical transmission!]

By using those skills, Yumiro successfully took back Chirla to him in an instant. It was enough reason for Orlan to didn't make any move even an inch.

"Inventory!" Yumiro took one hundred gold out of his inventory. "This is one hundred gold coins, this is how much I can offer for Chirla."

Chirla's eyes were widened, as she discovered Grim spent too much money just to save from Orlan.

"It's too much, adventurer Grim. That's a lot of money, I couldn't accept that if you used it because of me." Chirla said with the trembled mouth.

However, Yumiro didn't respond to any kind of her words. He just fetched the brown pouch to Orlan.

"Here..."

Then suddenly, Orlan laughing out loud as he thought this young man was completely dumb. "HAHAHA! Are you kidding me? You can buy two slaves with these gold coins." Orlan said while tears formed in the corner of his eyes.

"I don't care with that gold coin." Yumiro was started to calm down.

Orlan slowly lifted his head along with his hand. "500 gold coin, if you can give it to me right now. I will sell Chirla from you, and if you won't give leave this place at once."

"What the heck 500 gold coins?! Where we could find that huh!" Asarki yelled as she knew the price was too much for them to acquire.

"Why you can't give? Chirla isn't an ordinary slave, she has the strength and power to manipulate mana. So it is a big lost for me if I sell her in just 100 gold coins." Orlan explained, then smirked at them. Knowing that based on the level of those adventurers, he could easily say they didn't have enough gold coins to buy Chirla out.

"You should shame, Chirla. They want you to buy for a high price that even me couldn't afford. Come over here, then checked them out so that they could leave this place."

Chirla turned around, then hold Yumiro's hand. "Adventurer Grim, I'm so glad that I could come along with you even it's just a glimpsed. I'll cherish all the memories inside my head, however, this is the right time to give up. Thank you for all your help!" She cheerfully bowed her head.

Yumiro grinned, then slowly patted Chirla's hair. "Don't worry we will going to add some memories, inventory!"

Then suddenly Yumiro took the remaining 50 gold coins inside his inventory and the two rare items he had.

One red knife and a blue sword appeared in front of Orlan's eyes. Which made him take a glance at it for a couple of seconds with blinking eyes.

"Why the two elemental weapons are gathered here, did you have these items?" Orlan unexpectedly showed eagerness to hold them.

Despite Orlan's reaction, Yumiro swifts away his two blades. Then smiled at him maliciously as he made a new plan inside his mind.

"I have an offer?" Yumiro said with a weak tone, then lifted the weapons that were in his grasps.

Orlan took off his cowboy hat and knitted his forehead. As the young man in front of him caught his scrutiny.

"What is i..." Orlan couldn't complete his words as he commenced to notice who was this young man that not terrified to have a conversation with him.

'Yeah, I know him. He's the KS specialist Grim Draigh. Now, I understand why he's overconfident with his power.' Orlan uttered his mind with a stunned expression on his face. As he saw the mana circulated all over in Grim's body wasn't the right mana that he should have in his current level.

"Let's have a duel, Orlan?" Yumiro invited him with persuasive eyes. Since he pierced into his mind, once Orlan accepts the duel match he won't hold back. He was going to use all his powers.

Orlan chortled. "Are you kidding me? I'm ahead 17 levels against you and you're confident to invite me in one duel match?"

However, Orlan would definitely accept the invitation since those items had big benefits for him. In his mind, he could sell them at a high price and earn real money, but his second option was to use those blades since it was suitable for his rogue class. Nevertheless, he knew there was a hidden condition about it.

"If I accept this, then what is the condition behind this? Orlan asked.

"If I win, we will take Chirla from you. And if you win against me, you will have these." Yumiro swayed his hand, to show what was the trade of this duel match.

150 accumulated gold coins, Kariki Knife, and Grete sword were on the bet. The items Orlan could get if he wins.

"That's all you want is Chirla?" Orlan turned to Chirla. "Looks Chirla I never expect that you're so expensive, slave."

"Sorry, Adventurer Grim. I don't think it's going too far." Chirla said with a sorrowful tone.

"So, you're going to accept it or not?" Yumiro asked him.

Orlan placed his hand under his chin, then nodded to Grim a few times. "If you insist, let's have a duel match."

Orlan gazed around and seeing the place wasn't good for them to have a battle. To be exact, this place wasn't enough to move and cast their explosive magic skill.

"Where do you want to fight? I don't want to destroy my business here?" Orlan pointing the inn he builded. Since by doing this, the coins he collected could change into currency in the real world.

But those functions were just limited for those adventurers who were applied for the business permit. So the possible way for Yumiro to earn real money was to sell his rare items from the other adventurers in the real world.

Yumiro snickered to him as he seems already predicted this scenario. "Don't worry about it, I know a certain place where he could have a good battle."

Orlan looking at him suspiciously. "Where is it?"

"Let's fight at the Draven sea, that's an open place. So we do not bother to all-out our powers there." Yumiro said in a low voice.

Orlan took a glance at the window, seeing the sunlight was still strong. Which means it could affect his movements and drained his fatigue in an instant.

Seemingly Orlan wouldn't fight him carelessly, as he was still clueless about what kind of zexel Grim had. So he quickly made a new plan that popped inside his mind, just secure that he could win this duel.

"Okay, let's fight went to the Draven Sea. But, not now."

Yumiro frowned his brows. "But why? It's better if we fight right now."

"Don't rush the things, Kid. Let's meet up there that exactly 5:00 PM where the sun is about to expire." Orlan suggested. "Then, it's also good for you to gather some audience since I know you are eager to have some audience for them to watch since your popular adventurer."

Even though Yumiro wasn't expecting his decision. He still couldn't let the chance to save Chirla from him, so he agreed.

"Okay, this is all settled. But, don't worry I'm not seeking other attentions. So let's meet there, just you and me."

As soon as Yumiro said those words, Orlan attempted to leave the place as he was about to prepare himself. Yet, at the very last moment, he took a glimpse at them.

"Oh, I forgot. I'll leave Chirla here in the meantime. So cherish the moment she's here because, after this duel, she will serve me for her entire life until she died!" His face was serious and also scary made Yuki hide behind Yumiro's back.

"Leave everything to me, Chirla. I promise after this, you can remove the title of being a slave in the VR world."
