The Fallen Consort

After it was enough for one incense to burn, Xiang He finally stopped coughing. In front of him, there was blood everywhere. Some of them were chucky and dark colored. The whole time, Elder Zhen felt like dying. He felt bad not able to do anything for the Crown Prince.

Yi Ling stared at her magnificent experiment, she couldn't help but feel joy. If the mixed concoction didn't work, she can always just give him the green vial to heal him. She decided to add the red with the green, so that not only will it heal him up but also bring him back instantly to his peak. Having the Eternal Oak, Spiritual Herbs and Spiritual Water did brought her triple results. If she didn't have the Eternal Oak, it will probably take a month to heal Xiang He and three more months to gain his health back. It just shows how much powerful the Eternal Oak's leaves are. She couldn't help but look at Linyu.

" Your awesome Yu'er! " She sent a telepathic message to Linyu. She would've given him a hug if it were just them around.

" uhmm.. Thanks? " Linyu already guess everything. He suddenly felt shy when he got complimented by his master. Even though he had a master before, they had never communicated. He scratched his head, a faint blush was on his cheeks. Good thing he was wearing a mask.

The Viridis sensed Linyu's mood changed, his brows crossed. He didn't said anything and we're just observing. Even though he could sense that Linyu was his King, he doesn't know what kind of Herb was he nor his capabilities.

"Whaa..What is all these blood?" Xiang He was shocked at the sight in front of him. All he knew was he couldn't breath very well earlier and felt like he was choking on something.

"Stand up." Yi Ling threw him off-guard. Elder Zhen and Xiang He was wide eyed.

"Doctor Yi?" Xiang He wasn't sure if he heard it right. He had been in bed for almost 4 years now. One wouldn't be able heal someone that quick! No matter a strong that person is!

"Elder Zhen, help him up." Yi Ling looked at them both. Elder Zhen was about to say something when Linyu spoke.

"If you don't believe in my master, you don't deserve to follow him." He said this mockingly. Though he hasn't been with his master for so long, he was confident in her capabilities. One that can make Mu Xin on his toes, is bound to be something in this Land.

Xiang He looked at the masked man who just spoke behind Doctor Yi, both of them haven't spoken the entire time. At first, he was hesitant but then again might as well try it. He looked at Elder Zhen and said, "Can you help me up Elder Zhen?". He was still scared of falling down, his muscles shouldn't be able to handle this weight anymore considering how long he had last used them. But he already made his bed. If he wanted to get his revenge, he needs to stand up for himself.

Looking at the Crown Prince' resolve, he nodded. The Crown Prince slowly moved his legged towards the edge of the bed. He felt wonderful that he could sense his legs again. Before, all he could feel was numbness. He took a deep breath before he set his foot to the ground.
