At first glance, Mike does seem to be attracting a lot of attention.

"Humph~"

Just as Mike was greeting the female elves along the way, he suddenly heard a soft, cold snort.

Looking up, bathed in the morning light, a beautiful female elf draped in a blue gauze dress was frowning as she gazed in this direction.

Behind her followed two female elves who seemed to be her guards.

“That’s King Elrond’s daughter, Arwen, our Elven princess. She usually lives in the Golden Forest, where she is cared for by her maternal grandmother, Queen Galadriel…” The female elf beside Mike kindly introduced the Elven princess to him, while also revealing, “She also came to Rivendell with Queen Galadriel this morning.”

Arwen has sapphire-like eyes and a figure that is no less impressive than that of the half-elf Sophia. She truly deserves to be called an elven princess.

The other woman's beauty was enough for Mike to overlook her previous rudeness, and he nodded and greeted her.

"Humph~"

However, this elf princess seemed to have a bad temper; upon seeing Mike's smile, she actually turned her head away.

"What's wrong with your princess? Has she ever raised pigs?" Mike naturally wouldn't try to be friendly with someone who was cold to him, even if she was very beautiful.

His sudden witty remark caused the female elf beside him to burst out laughing.

Then, the female elf realized that her behavior was very impolite, so she quickly led Mike up the mountain, and did not forget to whisper to defend the elven princess: "Princess Arwen has a rather aloof personality, perhaps she is not used to the lively scene in the square just now."

"I don't think she's just aloof; she seems to have a problem with me." Mike shook his head and then stopped cricketing at the elf princess.

However, Mike's sixth sense was correct; Princess Alwin did indeed have a problem with him.

This elven princess had come here overnight to follow her grandmother after hearing that a human hero had arrived in Rivendell.

As it turned out, meeting him was not as good as hearing about him.

Although this hero has a handsome appearance, his behavior is very flamboyant and his personality is very frivolous, which is far from the image of a "hero" that Arwen imagined.

Of course, Mike had no time to care what the fairy princess was thinking, because he had already arrived at the crystal palace on the mountaintop.

[Ring of Water* Energy +500w]...[Nature* Energy +1500w]...[White Magic* Energy +900w]...

Upon entering the palace, Mike continuously received a large number of attribute light orbs.

This harvest was arguably the most lucrative since arriving in Middle-earth.

This is more than what I gained from Gandalf and Elrond alone.

"Humph~"

Just as Mike was counting his spoils, he heard a soft, cold snort again.

This time, however, it wasn't a beautiful woman who spoke, but an old man with a white beard wearing a white wizard's robe.

It seemed that Mike's lateness had upset him.

"A sore throat is an illness, and you need to get it treated as soon as possible." Facing the gloomy old man, Mike carried forward his tradition of respecting the elderly and caring for the young.

"Nonsense~" The white-robed wizard clearly didn't accept Mike's concern.

With an air of superiority, he gathered a powerful aura and pressed down on Mike, as if he wanted to embarrass the young man in front of him.

Unlike the gentle temperament of other wizards, Saruman's white magic carries a sharp edge.

Unfortunately, this powerful white-robed wizard has messed with the wrong person this time.

On the other side, two balls of holy white flames instantly appeared in Mike's eyes, and with one glare, he almost made the white-robed wizard fall off the bench.

“You…” Saruman, caught off guard and embarrassed, showed obvious anger on his face, as if he wanted to continue arguing with Mike.

“Alright, Saruman. There are no enemies here…” Just then, Queen Galadriel, who was standing with Gandalf at the window, turned around, stopped the white wizard, and then smiled at Mike, saying, “Welcome, human hero. Your abilities seem to be stronger than we thought.”

"Thank you. You are even more charming than I imagined, Your Majesty the Elf Queen." Mike greeted the Elf Queen with a smile.

Although she wasn't the most beautiful of the female elves, she was certainly the most elegant.

After Mike demonstrated his abilities and the Elf Queen spoke, the tense atmosphere in the palace immediately disappeared.

Clearly, everyone acknowledged Mike's strength and also gave the Elf Queen face.

"That descendant of the Durin dwarves has left with his companions. Now it's time for us to discuss some serious matters." With everything in order, Queen Galadriel signaled to her son-in-law, King Elrond, that the meeting could begin.

The dwarves' departure can be considered a voluntary withdrawal from this council meeting, which means the required number of participants has been reached.

“Hmm~” As the host here, King Elrond cleared his throat and said, “I believe everyone is aware of the resurgence of the dark forces in Middle-earth, so I won’t go into too much detail.”

"The reason for convening this council today is that Gandalf has made a new discovery."

At this point, King Elrond stepped aside, gesturing for Gandalf to come up and recount the story of the cursed sword and the Dark Lord Sauron.

“This cursed sword was obtained from Rudolf Highlands by the brown-robed wizard Redagast and Mr. Mike. As one of the parties involved, Mr. Mike might be able to share with us the circumstances at the time.” Gandalf took the leather-wrapped black sword out and placed it on the stone table, then gestured for Mike to come to his side.

"This...this ominous sword...it's the sword of the Witch-King of Angmar, I can't be mistaken. How did it end up here?..."

Upon seeing the black sword, everyone present became serious, and Saruman even stood up excitedly.

“Calm down, Saruman!” Galadriel was the first to regain her composure. After calming the agitated white-robed wizard, she turned to Mike again and said, “Human hero, can you explain to me the origin of this cursed sword? It’s very important to us.”

“Of course,” Mike said as he walked to the stone table. “About a month ago, I went to Rudolf’s Tomb with Redagast, who lives in Rossober, to track down the forces of darkness.”

“There we encountered the Ringwraith Witch-king of Angmar, and it was from him that we obtained this cursed sword.”

"Then, we also saw the phantom of the Demon Lord Sauron."

The matter is not complicated and can be easily explained; what is important is the information revealed in this series of events.

The successive appearances of the Ringwraiths and the Dark Lord are not a good sign.

"How is that possible? The Demon Lord died more than a thousand years ago. And if you really encountered the Demon Lord, how did you and that good-for-nothing brown-robed wizard survive?" Saruman demanded sharply.

It's clear that the white-robed wizard has been driven mad by the news of Sauron's resurrection. It's also evident that he harbors deep resentment towards Redagast, who spends his days with small animals.

“Redagast wouldn’t lie about something like this. According to him, the Dark Lord Sauron who appeared wasn’t strong and was easily defeated by Mr. Mike,” Gandalf clarified for his friend, the Brown Wizard.

"The Demon Lord Sauron has been resurrected and defeated by a human? What an absurd joke!" As he spoke, Saruman glanced at Mike out of the corner of his eye, his contempt evident in his eyes.

As the most powerful white wizard in Middle-earth, Saruman only believed in himself.

"Again and again, can I take that as you provoking me?" Even a clay figure would get angry if he was repeatedly targeted, let alone Mike.

He immediately flashed in front of Saruman, the flaming holy sword in his hand pointing directly at the other's nose.

The powerful flames caused the few strands of white hair on the white-robed wizard's forehead to curl up from the heat.

“Calm down, Mike. That’s just his nature; he didn’t mean to offend you.” Galadriel was startled by Mike’s sudden burst of power and immediately spoke up to explain for the white-robed wizard.

“Queen Galadriel is right. Saruman did not mean to offend us. Moreover, the dark forces are watching us closely, and we should not fight amongst ourselves at this time,” Gandalf also advised Mike.

At the same time, everyone present reached a consensus: they had underestimated the power of the humans before them.

It's important to know that the power Mike just unleashed was no less than anyone else present.

“Alright, I’ll give Gandalf and the Elf Queen some face and let you off this time.” Mike sheathed his flaming sword and stared at Saruman, warning him, “Next time, remember to think before you speak.”

Saruman the White Wizard, though the most powerful wizard in Middle-earth, did not have a very close relationship with the other powerful figures present due to his personality.

This led to Mike suddenly attacking him, and while the others present tried to mediate, no one actually stepped in to help Saruman.

“I still have reservations…” Saruman said with a dark look in his eyes, “Of course, I will personally investigate the resurrection of the Ringwraiths and the Dark Lord Sauron later.”

Although the white-robed wizard did not believe that the human before him was stronger than himself, he did not deliberately cause any more trouble.

After all, his mission was to protect the peace of Middle-earth.

Next, with the shadow of the [Cursed Sword] looming over them, and after sharing some news from Middle-earth, the [Holy White Council] came to an end.

"Mithrandi, you've had a tough time these past few days." After everyone had left, Queen Galadriel accompanied Gandalf to the window again and whispered, "Helping the stubborn Durin dwarves reclaim Lonely Mountain won't be easy, but I want to tell you: wherever you are, whenever you need me, I will be by your side, fighting alongside you."

Gandalf is a very responsible Maiar who has been working tirelessly for peace in Middle-earth, but he also experiences moments of confusion.

For example, he helped the dwarves so much along the way, but when they left today, not one of them came to inform him.

Going back a little further in time, Gandalf was standing right where he is now, watching helplessly as the dwarves sneaked away.

It was at that moment that he realized the dwarves had other plans for the day.

"Thank you~" Gandalf said wearily to the Elf Queen.

He was grateful to the other party for giving him a haven where his soul could rest.

Gandalf decided to leave the dwarves to their own devices for a few days, as they were being presumptuous. As for the wizard himself, he could use this time to recuperate in Rivendell.

Meanwhile, as Mike walked out of the Crystal Palace, he saw a familiar figure as he passed the Elf Palace.

After all, there was only one person in the main hall, so it was hard not to notice.

"What's so interesting about a few broken sword fragments?" Mike walked to the elf princess's side and looked at the fragments of the King's Sword displayed in the hall.

“What do you know?” Alwin looked at the human beside him, a hint of dissatisfaction in his eyes, and explained, “This is the sword of Isildur, the former king of mankind. It once accompanied the human king to defeat the demon king Sauron.”

Indeed, worshipping "heroes" is in the nature of female elves.

When talking about the achievements of Isildur, the human king more than a thousand years ago, Arwin's expression became solemn.

"The King's Sword? It's famous, but it's just a pile of junk now." Mike shook his head speechlessly.

This broken sword of the king is at most comparable in quality to those three ancient elven swords. Its fame largely stems from the symbolism it represents.

To be precise, this king's sword is unworthy of its name, or rather, it's all show and no substance.

"Why are you so annoying~" Princess Arwen said impatiently when she saw Mike's disgusted expression. "Don't bother me here. Go find some female elves who are willing to keep you company."

"Oh, that's exactly what I was thinking. Goodbye!" Mike waved nonchalantly and walked toward Rivendell Square, where the female elves were gathered.

He's decided to stay in Rivendell for a couple more days to see if he can hook up with a few elven girls.

After all, the female elf really smells good.

The elf princess, watching Mike's nonchalant departure, gritted her teeth in resentment.

She didn't know what was wrong with her. She knew that after Mike finished his meeting with his father (King Elrond) and grandmother (Galantelle), he would pass by the Great Hall, but she inexplicably ended up here.

The imagined "chance encounter" didn't happen; instead, it left me feeling very angry.

Chapter 603 Moria Mines and the Rock Giants

I'm so happy here, I don't even miss home!

During his stay in Rivendell, Mike rediscovered what it meant to have multiple wives.

The female elves appeared aloof, yet their hearts were surprisingly "fiery".

Moreover, those who pursue Platonic love are more concerned with their own "feelings" and will not demand that their partner be loyal to them without reason.

This view on relationships is similar to: caring only about having had it once, and not caring about forever.

Or for them, giving means receiving.

In Mike's eyes, they were absolutely the "perfect lover" choice.

However, Mike's "unruly" behavior during this period also caused Princess Arwen's attitude towards him to worsen.

Two days ago, the other party, unable to contain her anger, returned to the Golden Forest with her maternal grandmother, hoping to avoid seeing her and getting annoyed.

……

On this day, at the entrance to Rivendell, King Elrond, accompanied by a host of elves, escorted Mike and Gandalf out of the Noldor elven lands.

After a period of rest, Gandalf had recovered and was ready to catch up with the Durin dwarves. Meanwhile, Mike, whose route to the Gondorian defenses was on the same route, also chose to set off today.

"By the way, Lord Elrond. I met Aragorn in the Northern Highlands, and he asked me to give you his regards." Before leaving, Mike conveyed [Bigfoot's] greetings to the Elvenking.

“Aragorn is a good boy.” Elrond smiled and nodded, acknowledging the greeting, then looked at Mike and Gandalf and said, “Well then, I wish you a safe journey too!”

Every gathering must eventually end in parting, and the Noldor elves have their own mission in Rivendell.

Mike turned back and waved to several beautiful elf women in the crowd, promising to meet again next time. Then he mounted the half-breed horse provided by the elves and continued south with Gandalf along the Misty Mountains.

As for the fledgling eagle Guan He, he had already returned to the northern highlands several days ago.

I wonder if I'll get beaten up when I get back.

"At the speed of the adventure team, they should be almost at the Moria Mines by now. Hopefully, they haven't run into any trouble before then..."

Gandalf, concerned for the safety of the dwarves, had been riding at full speed all day and was now leaning against a small hill, eating his dry rations.

Judging from his expression, he seemed to be planning to travel overnight.
