The Dimensional Tavern of the Alien Mefilas Author: Dang Ming

As the owner of a monster tavern, the alien Mefilas has two dreams: one is to have more customers at his tavern, and the other is to have some fun. To this end, he specifically captured a Bruton to renovate his tavern in order to attract more customers.

Thus, a tavern connecting multiple dimensions came into being:

In this bar, Jamila, abandoned by her hometown, became a waitress, busily serving food to Luffy and Goku, who were having a contest of eating prowess.

In a corner, Naruto and Agumon ate ramen and discussed the possibility of humans and tailed beasts fusing and evolving.

Not far away, Sakurai Keikazu humbly asked Godai Yusuke and Himeya Jun how to become a hero.

Amidst the clinking of glasses, the cosmic swordsman Zamsha and the rogue Kenshin discussed their insights into swordsmanship.

Homura Akemi, a former magical girl and now a shopkeeper, keeps trying to sell her strange rabbit dishes to the customers.

Chapter One: The Bar, Bruton, and the Guest from Another Dimension

"This is the final modification!"

The Mefilas alien stared solemnly ahead.

Although as an alien, he didn't need to breathe, he still subconsciously took a deep breath at this crucial moment. It was a long-buried habit from the depths of his memory, which he unintentionally unearthed at this important instant.

"start!"

The Mefilas alien lowered his eyes slightly, uttered a soft whisper, and then his hands flew up and down, rapidly modifying the door in front of him.

Yes, he was clearly on high alert, seemingly preparing for an invasion of Earth. But in reality, he was just modifying an ordinary door.

This is a monster-themed tavern, and he, a Mefilas alien, is the owner and manager of this establishment.

"nailed it!"

After a long time, the Mefilas alien wiped non-existent sweat from his forehead and looked at his accomplishment with delight.

"Surely we won't be without any customers this time!"

The Mefilas aliens looked at the gate in front of them with hope.

Although it may appear unchanged, he has actually fused a Bruton with this tavern and further enhanced it. Any guest, regardless of the distance (light-years), can now travel here directly through a portal.

This level of skill and technique is not just his boast; there are very few people in the entire universe who can achieve it!

Perhaps only the director of the Land of Light who always loses things, and the crippled emperor of the Dark Legion, have this level of skill? However, one of them is researching life solidification technology, and the other is painstakingly devising a revenge plan, so they certainly won't come here to compete with his small tavern for business.

Therefore, the corners of the Mefilas alien's mouth turned up higher and higher, and he truly felt that he could rest easy now.

However, time passed by, minute by minute.

The Mefilas alien, who had been standing behind the counter full of anticipation, looked increasingly dejected.

So much time has passed, and there still isn't a single customer in the shop.

The alien from Mefilas looked up at the sky and sighed, "Could it be that pride comes before a fall? But my business here has been dismal for so long. Shouldn't we be in the stage where a desperate army is bound to win first?"

In this vast universe, countless races exist. Among them are powerful monsters and highly evolved aliens.

While many aliens are consumed by the desire for power, spending their days either fighting or invading planets, there are also many aliens and monsters who simply want a peaceful life.

In this context, various shops catering to both aliens and monsters emerged. Monster bars, therefore, became a highly sought-after entrepreneurial project among aliens.

The Mefilas aliens thought that with their intelligence and strength, opening a monster tavern would be a piece of cake.

To this end, he specifically occupied an uninhabited asteroid located near an interstellar route. Many aliens and monsters would pass by this place when traveling through space, and he believed that opening his tavern there would surely make him a fortune.

However, he overlooked one point.

Running a monster-themed tavern requires exceptional culinary skills and bartending abilities. Even with his remarkable strategic acumen, the Mefilas alien's culinary skills were only mediocre. This level of skill would normally have been sufficient. But who could have foreseen the Magma alien expeditionary force's deployment, leading to the closure of this interstellar route? With his culinary and bartending skills not particularly refined, why would anyone risk their life to patronize his establishment?

Although the Magma expeditionary force was soon wiped out, the Covenant, for security reasons, did not immediately resume the route. However, the Mefilas people had already poured all their savings into drinking and gambling, leaving them with no capital to even start over elsewhere.

Left with no other choice, he had to rack his brains and came up with this solution.

But now it seems that everything was just a dream.

Am I supposed to go find Brother Yong? But that's across dimensions!

Long-forgotten memories resurfaced from the depths of his mind, and the Mefilas alien had a nonsensical thought.

Just as the Mefilas alien was contemplating whether he should properly say goodbye, the door creaked open. A slender, square-shaped figure hesitated before walking in.

The Mefilas alien didn't even have time to get a good look at the newcomer before he flashed forward.

"Welcome to Monster Tavern! What would you like to order, sir?"

This is a guest we finally managed to get; we can't let him go!

The square-faced customer seemed startled and immediately took a step back with his right foot, as if trying to run away. But after glancing around the shop, he stopped in his tracks.

Is there...is there any water?

The slender guest's voice was unusually hoarse and dry, as if he hadn't spoken to anyone for many years.

More importantly, his eyes, bright and shining, were filled with fear and longing.

"I...I have no money. Could you give me a glass of water? Just a glass of water will do! I'm willing to pay any price!"

He spoke haltingly, but his pleading was extremely strong, as if he feared being rejected by the Mefilas aliens.

The Mefilas aliens finally had the energy to carefully observe the guests in front of them.

He vaguely remembered the dry, cracked body that resembled a lump of mud, and the head embedded within it.

"Hmm, Jamila?"

A name suddenly came to mind from the depths of my memory.

The monster called Jamila stared in surprise at the alien from Mefilas: "You recognize me?"

“No, I’ve only heard about it.” The Mefilas alien shook his head.

He looked up at the sky at a 45-degree angle and sighed softly: "It's all just the past."

Jamila just looked at him in confusion, completely unable to understand what the Mefilas aliens were saying.

The Mefilas alien, who had been reminiscing about the past, twitched at the corner of his mouth. He had forgotten that Jamila was a mutated monster from Earth and didn't understand the universal language. Apart from Jamila being a transliteration, he couldn't understand what he was saying at all.

Left with no other choice, the Mefilas aliens had to repeat themselves telepathically.

Jamila was startled when she heard a voice suddenly ring in her mind.

But he quickly came to terms with it. The universe is vast and full of wonders. He himself had become like this, and now he had encountered aliens. What was there to be surprised about?

Where am I?

Jamila asked cautiously.

"Monster Bar, as the name suggests, is a bar for monsters and aliens." The Mefilas alien walked back to the bar.

"When you came in, you should have seen a door that suddenly appeared, right? That's the door to the Monster Tavern. Anyone with strong desires will be caught by the tavern's door and brought here."

Jamila suddenly realized, but then became dejected.

He was originally an astronaut on Earth. During the Cold War, his homeland, in its desperate attempt to gain an advantage in the space race, conducted manned flight tests. However, the rocket malfunctioned. Jamila perished in space.

Jamila's homeland, fearing international criticism, not only failed to offer him assistance but also concealed the truth of the accident and even erased Jamila's existence.

But Jamila did not die; instead, she ended up on a planet without water or air.

On that desolate planet, Jamila survived with great difficulty, and her body mutated due to the effects of the environment.

For humans, water is a more vital source of life than food. The suffering Jamila endured on such a planet for an unknown period of time is unimaginable.

Aside from his longing for his home planet and his resentment towards his country, what he craved most was to drink a sip of clean, sweet water again. He thought he would never have this chance in his life, but unexpectedly, he found himself in this magical monster tavern. However, putting aside whether Earth's currency was accepted in the universe, he had come to the universe to conduct experiments and hadn't brought any currency with him.

After figuring all this out, Jamila became even more depressed, and her once upright back hunched over.

Nothing is more painful than seeing hope and then losing it.

“I have no money…” Jamila said bitterly.

"Please, I just need a glass of water! I'm willing to pay any price!"

The alien from Mefilas raised an eyebrow.

"Pay the price? Just for a cup of water, is it worth it?" He looked at Jamila with amusement. "If it were any other alien in this situation, they would most likely choose to just rob it."

Jamila paused for a moment: "Can we still steal it?"

But he immediately shook his head. His morals and principles wouldn't allow him to do such a thing.

"hehe!"

The alien from Mefilas took a glass from under the bar and poured himself a beer.

"It's on me!"

Regardless, this was his first customer after he renovated the bar. Even if he didn't have money, he couldn't just kick her out like that. Besides, Jamila's refined manners had also won him over.

Jamila was overjoyed.

"Thank you!"

He stared at the still-foaming beer in his glass and swallowed non-existent saliva.

Just as she was about to step forward, the door behind her, which had been closing automatically, opened again, and a small person slammed into Jamila's back with a loud "thump!"

Jamila didn't move an inch, but the clumsy guy plopped down on the ground and rolled backward several times. If the doors of the Monster's Tavern hadn't closed automatically, he might have rolled right out.

Jamila and the Mefilas aliens turned around in unison to look at the reckless fellow.

"it hurts!"

The clumsy fellow rubbed his forehead and got up from the ground.

"What's so hard..." the clumsy guy muttered, looking up, then froze on the spot.

"Monster, ya-ba-yo!"

The little boy, with six cat whiskers on his face, a green goggles on his head, and messy yellow hair standing on end like a hedgehog, stared in shock at Jamila in front of him, even his usual quirks came out in fright.

Jamila was also surprised; the little one in front of her looked exactly like a human child. Could it be that this magical monster tavern was actually located on Earth? If so, wouldn't she be able to return to Earth from here?

Just as Jamila was dreaming about the future, the blond-haired boy who was only waist-high to him curiously reached out his hand to him.

"It's actually true!"

The blond-haired boy's eyes lit up with excitement as he touched Jamila's body.

"I know, this must be a transformation jutsu! Are you a ninja from the village?"

He raised his head and looked at Jamila confidently.

Jamila blinked. What was this kid babbling about? It sounded a bit like Japanese, but it also seemed to be mixed with words from other languages. Could he be mixed-race?

After a closer look, Jamila noticed that the human cub in front of her was dirty and looked somewhat malnourished, which made her feel pity.

Could this child be an abandoned orphan? Otherwise, how could he be in such a sorry state?

Jamila, who had lived alone on a dry planet for many years and whose heart had hardened, softened her heart.

When he saw the blond-haired boy in front of him, he was reminded of his family. His daughter must be about this age now!

“What a poor child!” Jamila whispered.

The blond-haired boy was initially annoyed at not getting a reply. But when he looked up and saw the pity in Jamila's eyes, he was stunned.

From as far back as he could remember, wherever he went, he was met with disdain and alienation. Apart from his third-generation grandfather and a few others, very few people treated him with kindness. But now, this strange, monstrous ninja uncle not only didn't look down on him, but even looked at him with such gentle eyes, making this long-lonely, blond-haired boy feel completely lost.

Meanwhile, the alien from Mefilas slapped himself across the face.

"What the hell is this?!"

Seeing the blond-haired boy now, long-forgotten memories surged up from the depths of my mind once again with overwhelming force.

"Isn't this the Ultraman universe? How come Naruto has wandered in here?!" the Alien Mefilas cried out in his heart.

Could it be Bruton?
