Summary
Veteran Su Zheng traveled back to the Anti-Japanese War period and became a soldier in the New 1st Regiment. He and Li Yunlong broke through the Sakata Regiment head-on.
After the battle of Cangyunling, in order to avoid being dismissed, Li Yunlong made a military order to the commander: to develop the New 1st Regiment into a reinforced regiment within three months.
The entire group was broken up into smaller units to develop independently.
Su Zheng recruited soldiers and horses, including Zhou Weiguo, Long Wenjian, Chang Fa and other talented people in the world, and replaced their equipment several times.
Three months later, the whole group gathered.
Battalion Commander Zhang Dabiao: My battalion has more than a thousand people and an Italian cannon.
Second Battalion Commander Shen Quan: There are only more than 800 people in my battalion, but we have quite a few heavy and light machine guns.
Third Battalion Commander Wang Huaibao: My battalion is no match for you, with only a thousand or so people.
Just as everyone was greeting each other, an American-equipped technician appeared in front of them.
Tank battalion, armored vehicle battalion, cavalry regiment, artillery regiment, special forces... the equipment shocked Li Yunlong.
Su Zheng: My development is average, just an American-equipped technician.
Zhao Gang: Lao Li, you are going to be a division commander.
Li Yunlong: What was flying in the sky that day? Don’t tell me it was your fighter plane?
