Of course, there are also UN personnel involved in this project, and Molly is one of them.

During this time, Molly accompanied her mother, Adeline, helping with the coordination between the Qiming Charity Foundation and UN charitable organizations. When she learned that the UN needed personnel to join the project team after the cooperation agreement was signed, she felt she was a perfect fit.

So, through her mother's connections and her own qualifications, Molly easily joined the United Nations charity and naturally became part of the "Free Lunch for Children" program.

Since this project was to be promoted and implemented in China, and as a UN staff member, she naturally had to go along. This gave her a very suitable reason to settle down in Xiuzhou.

With the help of Adeline, a UN official, the Qiming Charity Foundation's "Free Children's Lunch Program" officially and successfully reached a cooperation agreement with the United Nations.

Everything here is conducted strictly according to official procedures; there's no need for wining and dining, and certainly no transfer of benefits. After signing the contract and completing the necessary formalities, Chen Feng and his group left the United Nations building.

It was still early, but it was just the right time for afternoon tea. Chen Feng invited everyone to have afternoon tea at a nearby restaurant.

Frank didn't return to Los Angeles immediately; instead, he went for afternoon tea with them. As a lawyer, he was quite articulate, and Adeline was even more so. They chatted and laughed, talking about work and anecdotes, and time flew by.

The afternoon tea didn't end until around 5 PM. Frank, being a lawyer, was quite busy, and he also had to help Chen Feng finalize some matters regarding the charitable foundation in San Francisco after he returned. So, after afternoon tea, he went straight to the airport.

Chen Feng doesn't need to rush, but he still has to leave for San Francisco tomorrow. This is because the actual office address of the "Qiming Charitable Foundation" is in San Francisco.

As the founder of the foundation, he needs to convene a general meeting. Zhou Qianru, Tang Xinyi, and Jenny will all attend.

Tang Xinyi only left China for San Francisco today due to visa issues and won't arrive until tomorrow. Zhou Qianru only needs to go from Houston to San Francisco, and Jenny herself is already in San Francisco.

One reason the Qiming Charitable Foundation is headquartered in San Francisco is to make it convenient for Jenny to commute to work. Another reason is that Chen Feng has a good impression of San Francisco; there are quite a few Chinese people there.

After leaving the restaurant, Chen Feng and Molly parted ways with Adeline. Although Adeline was Molly's mother, Molly was now quite grown up, and Adeline couldn't supervise her every moment. Besides, she had a good impression of Chen Feng, knew about her daughter's surrogacy arrangement, and was very supportive. Therefore, she felt very reassured seeing her daughter with Chen Feng.

The two did not continue shopping outside, but went straight back to the hotel.

As soon as Molly entered the room, she pulled Chen Feng to the bathroom again. By the time they came out of the bathroom, it was already 7:30 pm. The two ordered room service and some food to be delivered directly to their room, where they ate while watching TV.

Molly seemed quite talkative at this moment. Perhaps because they had been separated for a while, she seemed to have endless things to say after this reunion. Her thoughts wandered freely, and she said whatever came to mind. She talked about her childhood, her family, and some interesting things she had encountered while traveling around the world. Chen Feng mainly listened, occasionally responding.

Even so, Molly seemed very happy and kept talking.

The next morning, Chen Feng's biological clock was calibrated. He woke up naturally around seven o'clock and went to the hotel gym to work out. This was considered quite early at the hotel, and he was the only one there at first.

After exercising for about ten minutes, a Latina beauty wearing tight yoga clothes walked in. She was youthful, beautiful, and had a hot figure; she looked to be in her early twenties.

As soon as she saw Chen Feng, she greeted him very cheerfully and proactively: "Hi, good morning."

Chen Feng also politely nodded and greeted her, "Good morning."

Chen Feng was lifting dumbbells when he saw this person coming over, so he put down the dumbbells and planned to go to the treadmill to run.

As a result, the Latina beauty followed him over, smiling familiarly and saying, "I've been living here for almost three days, and this is the first time I've met someone who's here to exercise this early like me. My name is Luna, nice to meet you."

This beautiful woman named Luna seemed to have a rather outgoing and cheerful personality. She didn't intend to formally shake hands with Chen Feng or introduce themselves; she simply stated her name naturally.

Although Chen Feng didn't intend to get to know her any further, he still said out of politeness, "Me too, my name is John."

“OK, John.” Luna smiled at him. “I’m going to start exercising.”

After saying that, she walked over to another treadmill and started setting it up.

Chen Feng had no intention of going over to talk to her any further. He immediately set up the treadmill and started running.

After running five kilometers, Chen Feng got off the treadmill. He hadn't set his pace fast, and it took him about twenty minutes to finish. Even so, this was considered top-tier among amateur runners, but from a professional perspective, it was merely a beginner's level.

So when he got off the treadmill, Luna, who had already finished her run and was doing dumbbell exercises on the side, said to him with some admiration, "You ran really well. You ran for so long and you weren't even out of breath. It seems your physical fitness is really good. Are you a professional athlete?"

Chen Feng shook his head: "I'm not a professional athlete, I just enjoy running in my spare time."

Luna nodded approvingly and said, "You ran really well."

At this point, there were still only the two of them in the gym.

Chen Feng had no intention of flirting with the Latina beauty. Feeling that his morning exercise was about over, he decided to leave.

Then a tall, strong white man walked in through the door. He was very muscular, with large, bulging muscles, and looked like he had been professionally trained. He appeared to be in his thirties.

As soon as he came in, he flashed eight big white teeth at Luna and greeted her with a smile: "Hi, Luna, you're here even earlier than yesterday."

Luna simply smiled politely at him without responding, and instead said to Chen Feng, "Wait a minute, John, let's go together."

Chen Feng paused for a moment before nodding slightly and then leading the way toward the gym entrance.

The burly white man was taken aback by Luna's sudden departure and hurriedly called out, "Luna, are you leaving now?"

"Yes, I've already finished training." After saying that, she ignored him and followed closely behind Chen Feng as they walked out the door together.

After walking a distance away from the gym, Luna said to Chen Feng, "Thank you for helping me. That guy was really annoying; he's been harassing me for the past two days, and I've had enough."

Chen Feng simply replied politely, "You're welcome."

He didn't ask her about the conflict between her and the big white man, nor did he suggest she call the police, and he certainly wasn't foolish enough to offer to help her resolve the problem.

Seeing that Chen Feng seemed somewhat indifferent, Luna became even more interested and asked, "Are you here for tourism or business?"

Chen Feng thought to himself, "Why are you asking such detailed questions?" After thinking for a moment, he still answered, "I think so."

"Oh, so what do you do for a living?"

Chen Feng, of course, wouldn't answer honestly, and instead asked, "So what do you do for a living?"

Luna smiled and answered readily, "I'm a model. I'm here for a fashion show and an advertisement shoot, so I'll probably be here for a week. I've been here for three days already. Did you just arrive?"

Chen Feng wasn't surprised when she said she was a model. Her figure was indeed outstanding and perfectly proportioned, fitting the characteristics of a model.

Since she answered his question, Chen Feng replied, "Yes, I just arrived yesterday."

"I guess you must be from China, right?"

Chen Feng asked, slightly surprised, "How did you figure that out?"

These foreigners see Asians, especially East Asians, as being basically all the same, making it difficult to distinguish them.

Luna smiled and said, "I have traveled to China many times, and I have also traveled to several other Asian countries. But relatively speaking, I still like China the most, so I have been there the most. Therefore, I can still distinguish you Asians clearly. A man as handsome as you, with a special oriental charm, especially your eyebrows, eyes and nose which are very three-dimensional and masculine, I feel like you are from China."

“Thank you for the compliment. You’re very beautiful too. Are you from the USA or some Latin American country?” Luna said, “I’m from Venezuela. But I’ve been living in the USA for over ten years now, mostly in Los Angeles. I came to New York on a business trip. Oh, and you still haven’t told me what you do for a living.”

Chen Feng said honestly, "I don't have any specific job; I guess you could say I'm working for myself."

Luna was initially puzzled, then said with a hint of realization, "Oh, so you're the boss?"

"I guess so," Chen Feng nodded.

Luna blinked and laughed, "So you're a wealthy capitalist?"

Chen Feng smiled, neither admitting nor denying.

The two had arrived at the elevator, and Chen Feng pressed the button for the elevator going up.

Luna asked, "Do you want to go up?"

Chen Feng nodded.

Luna then asked, "Will you come to the gym again next time? Around when? I'd like to go with you."

Chen Feng shook his head: "Sorry, I have to take a plane to San Francisco at noon."

"Oh, that's a shame," Luna said, somewhat disappointed. "I was hoping we could work out together for a couple of days. Would it be convenient to exchange contact information?"

Chen Feng shook his head and refused: "I already have a girlfriend, and I don't want her to misunderstand."

"Oh, sorry." Luna smiled somewhat awkwardly.

She did have strong feelings for Chen Feng, otherwise she wouldn't have been so proactive and enthusiastic in wanting to get to know him. She just hadn't expected Chen Feng to reject her so decisively. As for whether Chen Feng had a girlfriend, that wasn't really something she cared about.

With a "ding," the elevator arrived, the doors opened, Chen Feng stepped inside, and then turned to look at Luna.

Luna understood what he meant and shook her head, saying, "My room is downstairs. You can go up first. Goodbye, it was nice to meet you."

Chen Feng nodded and said nothing more. The elevator doors closed quickly, separating the two of them.

Chen Feng wasn't particularly interested in this Latina beauty. Mainly, he was still trying to cut back on his relationships. Besides, he already had enough women around.

Molly was around, along with Brina from Los Angeles and Jenny from San Francisco. So even if he wanted to play along, Chen Feng couldn't be interested after considering their models' identities. The chaos in the modeling world was well-known, especially within the Meilijia modeling circle.

Soon, Chen Feng had completely forgotten about Luna, the Latina beauty.

Luna, on the other hand, wasn't so quick to let go of her fleeting encounter with Chen Feng and their subsequent hasty parting.

The main reason was probably a somewhat melodramatic case of love at first sight. You could say that the moment she saw Chen Feng at the gym, her heart started racing. She never knew she could be so interested in an Asian man.

Unfortunately, it seems this Asian man named John wasn't very interested in her. This is likely because he already has a girlfriend. This chance encounter was a pleasant surprise for her, but mostly a disappointment.

Back in the hotel room, Molly was still asleep. Chen Feng went to the bathroom to take a shower first.

Molly finally woke up after he came out of the bathroom.

After she finished washing up, the two of them went downstairs together to the hotel restaurant for breakfast.

Somewhat unexpectedly, I ran into Luna here again.

"Hi, John, we meet again." Luna seemed very happy and took the initiative to come over and greet him.

Chen Feng nodded politely, but his attitude was somewhat indifferent.

Molly looked at Luna with some curiosity.

Luna saw her too, and greeted Molly confidently, "Hello, my name is Luna. Are you John's girlfriend?"

Molly nodded without hesitation: "Yes, my name is Molly. How did you two meet? I don't think I knew you before."

Luna smiled slightly, looked at Chen Feng, and explained, "We met at the gym this morning."

Molly gave an "Oh," smiled, and withdrew her scrutinizing gaze. Based on her understanding of Chen Feng, he probably wasn't interested in this woman, so no matter how beautiful she was, it wouldn't matter.

"Okay, let's go eat first."

Chen Feng had no intention of chatting with Luna any longer. He simply nodded politely to her and then pulled Molly over to get some food.

Breakfast was a buffet, and since they were staying in executive suites, breakfast was complimentary.

The meal was quite plentiful. The two took their plates, picked out some of their favorite dishes, and then found a place to sit down.

Molly smiled and said to Chen Feng, "That Luna was a real beauty, weren't you interested in her?"

Chen Feng countered, "What do you think?"

Molly smiled and said, "Looks like you're not interested. But I'm curious, don't you find Latina beauties attractive?"

Chen Feng said honestly, "I already have enough women, and I don't want to add another one for no reason. Besides, she's from Venezuela and she's a model."

Molly laughed and said, "It seems you have some misunderstandings about models. Don't you know that beautiful female models like her are very popular in the world of the wealthy? Many rich men marry female models."

"They are them, and I am me. Anyway, I'm not that interested in female models."

Molly smiled, confirming that Chen Feng was indeed not interested in Luna, and felt relieved. Ultimately, although she didn't really care how many women Chen Feng had around him, the fewer women around him, the better.

After the two ate for a while, Luna suddenly walked over to them with her tray and said apologetically, "Excuse me, may I sit here?"

Molly glanced at Chen Feng, and seeing that he did not refuse, she politely nodded and said, "Of course."

Luna smiled and sat down in the empty seat next to the two of them.

Luna said to Chen Feng, "That Hank is here. I was afraid he would bother me again, so I came to sit here with you."

As she spoke, Luna subtly pointed to a burly white man a dozen meters away.

Then they saw a burly white man named Hank carrying a tray, walking straight toward them.

"Hi, you three, may I sit here?"

Hank, this big guy, spoke as if asking a question, but before the three could answer, he sat down in the only remaining empty seat. (End of Chapter)
