Chapter 2468 (3)

Chapter 2366 (3)

Two of the moves are Dragon-type, and these moves receive a power boost. The move Dragon Claw has a power of 80, attacking the opponent with sharp, massive claws. The move Dragon Pulse has a power of 90, unleashing a massive shockwave from its mouth to attack the opponent. Both of these moves can be learned automatically once the Pokémon reaches a certain level.

Those four skills all have a 100% accuracy rate, which is quite practical. However, due to the relatively low level and the inability to change forms to increase strength, that Pokémon is often defeated and becomes a mere bystander in the mid-to-late game. Its level is not as high as the opponent's, and it lacks the superior strength that comes from training. This is mainly because it has had few battles.

In the early stages of that game, you encounter a tornado in front of a cave. It's one of the legendary Pokémon that can change the weather, but you can't catch it.

After entering the cave, there was Team Rocket's leader Giovanni inside the tunnel. He was the leader of the villains from the original Pokémon era, and he used a level 90 Pokémon. Although it wasn't a rare Pokémon, it was still several levels higher than the level of the Pokémon. Even if I used all the healing items in my bag back then, I still couldn't beat him. I was able to beat him later when I came back, but I haven't gone back to fight him yet.

The Water-type Pokémon I used was Squirtle, which I caught in a puddle cave and later evolved into Wartortle.

Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Charmander are the three starter Pokémon you can choose from in the original Pokémon games, making them your first companions. Pikachu was also very popular in that generation. If a trainer chooses Bulbasaur, their rival will likely choose Charmander, as there is a type advantage/disadvantage.
