Some trainers are adept at using tactics, understanding strengths and weaknesses and how to wear down opponents. Since that Pokémon wasn't heavily trained, its level is low, and it hasn't learned any high-power moves. It has a Dark-type move, Pursuit, with 100% accuracy but only 40 power. If used when the opponent switches Pokémon, the power of that move doubles.

According to the Pokédex description, Umbreon's ring-shaped markings glow naturally after dark to intimidate those who approach. It has a nice design; no wonder some people like that Pokémon. There are Umbreon-themed nightlights with those markings that can emit light.
