Chapter 1090 The True God of Middle-earth!!!
"Who else could it be but you?" Roland was inwardly flustered, thinking, "What if some old man suddenly appeared in front of any time traveler and said, 'You don't belong to this world!' Wouldn't that time traveler panic?"

"You are..." Roland suppressed his shock and forced himself to speak calmly.

“...That’s true, it’s normal that you don’t recognize me! But I’ve seen your ancestor, and you have the same bloodline flowing through your veins. By the way, tell the little one in your arms not to hide it!” The old man smiled.

"Are you Tom Bombadil?" Roland calmed down and quickly locked onto his target. The only big fish he could attract from his position, besides the Ringwraiths, were the Elves and Tom Bombadil.

“Yes, it’s me! You can call me by any other name, but it doesn’t matter, it’s just a title!” Tom Bombadil smiled.

"Roland! Run! Run! This is a real god! Not a demigod! We're in big trouble!" Suddenly, Doss's voice rang in Roland's mind, and Roland's previously confident smile froze on his face in an instant.

“Little guy, come out and have a chat. Looks like you recognize me!” Tom Bombadil turned around and sat down on a rock without a care in the world. Then he waved to Roland’s chest, clearly calling for Doss.

"The God of the Forest?" Doss crawled out of Roland's arms and slowly spoke as he looked at Tom Bombadil.

"Thump!" Ravian's sword fell to the ground with a dull thud.

“Your Majesty…” A ferocious glint flashed in Omsk’s eyes, and he exchanged a glance with Mogus. Both of them had a terrifying look of death in their eyes!

"Sacrifice!" Omske and Mogus took a step forward simultaneously, their battle aura about to ignite instantly.

"Alas... humanity's enemies are always ignorance and arrogance!" Tom Bombadil looked at the two sixth-tier heroes charging forward, and with a casual wave of his hand, the impending sacrifice was abruptly stopped, and the erupting battle flames were suppressed back into his body.

“Sacrifice…I’ve seen too much of this! Human ingenuity has created this amazing skill, and even gods can’t stop the process of sacrifice! You’re very lucky; I stopped it before it even started!” Tom Bombadil looked at the two of them and shook his head with relief.

"Child, tell your men not to do this. I just wanted to talk to you, nothing more. If I really wanted to take action, you would have died countless times already! Don't offer such laughable sacrifices. When the difference in strength is too great, so-called sacrifices are just sacrifices!" Tom Bombadil instructed Omske and his companion.

"Put your weapons away! A true god doesn't need these to deal with us! Our scrap metal won't stop us!" Roland agreed with Tom Bombadil's statement.

"Why have you come to see me?" Roland sat down on the ground without any ceremony and then began to ask questions.

"???" Roland's question made Tom Bombadil roll his eyes. He casually pointed to the two dragon knights frolicking in the sky, his meaning couldn't be clearer!
"I was once the forest god of the Fangon Forest! The old forest was part of the Fangon Forest a long time ago. These forests are the source of my power and the law of my power. Your dragon knight is banging on my door, can't I come out and take a look?" Tom Bombadil rolled his eyes so hard they almost reached the sky.

"I thought it was Wild Dragon acting crazy, but it turned out to be you!" he said, looking at Roland with a sigh. "Me? You know me?" Roland was taken aback, then laughed at himself. This old man had opened his box right away, how could he not recognize him?

"Of course, I originally thought it was the appearance of an old friend, but upon closer inspection, I found it was the son of an old friend!" Tom Bombadil said with a sigh.

"You don't belong to this world!" he continued, making Roland's heart skip a beat. Had this place been moved to Earth? Could he possibly go home?

“You are a remnant of the previous world! The twilight of the Lagrange Empire!” Tom Bombadil said, looking at Roland with affection.

"???" Roland breathed a sigh of relief. So they didn't make it to Earth after all! Wait a minute? What did you say? The twilight of the Lagrange Empire? Holy crap! You've seen the Empire before?
Having spent so much time digging up graves in Middle-earth, and piecing together information from other figures in the kingdom, Roland was basically certain that this Middle-earth was a world destroyed and restarted. The Lagrange Empire in his system was a remnant of the previous world. The empire, mindful of Ragnarok, had long ago begun planning the so-called Fireseed Project, and the things in his system were somehow extracted from it! The previous world was undoubtedly extinct, but the fact that Tom Bambadir could say such a thing meant…

"You are a god from the previous world?" Roland's eyes lit up.

"Yes, back then, the Fargon Forest covered the western part of the continent and stretched as far as the eye could see..." Tom Bombadil recalled.

"Although it may be presumptuous, I still want to ask... how did you survive? In the memories of the dragons... Ragnarok!" Doss asked.

"Compared to me, I'm more curious about how you survived? I personally witnessed the War of the Gods. Humans, gods, dragons, elves, dwarves, and other intelligent races fought to the death. There's no way any royal dragon could have survived! Let alone made a contract with a human..." Tom Bombadil stared at Roland and Doss as if he'd been given a death sentence. This duo was pushing the limits of his understanding! The Golden Holy Dragon and Emperor Lagrange... If your ancestors had done this back then, there wouldn't have been any need for the War of the Gods.

"I don't know, Roland saved me. He was the first person I saw after I hatched!" Doss shook his head.

"Huh? I dug him out of the dragon tomb!" Roland concealed the details of the system using its life force to revive the dragon egg, and just kept babbling.

"That's strange... But you'd better hide well, kid. Your Lagrange Empire survived, but the dragons have fled quite a bit! Dragon Island is still floating in the sea! If those ancient dragons find out you've contracted a golden dragon... ouch!" Tom Bombadil's old face showed a pained expression. Roland is probably going to die a horrible death!

"Good heavens! By the Dragon God! You are truly brave! The Life Origin Contract! Are you really from the Lagrange family? Do you know what you're doing? Are you insane? You're even more insane than your ancestors!" After carefully examining Roland, Tom Bombadil suddenly stared at Doss and then burst into profanity.

The so-called "Life Origin Contract" was merely Tom Bombadil's euphemistic name for a slave contract, but it terrified him. If Roland died... Doss wouldn't have long to live either! Perhaps the powerful dragon soul of the Golden Holy Dragon could prolong his life for a while, but the final outcome would still be a shattered soul and death!

"Go away! I've never seen you before! Don't drag me down with you if you're going to die!" Tom Bombadil already regretted coming to see this old friend's son! After all, signing an equal contract with the Golden Holy Dragon would at most result in being whipped away by the ancient dragons and dragon kings, but signing this slave contract... plus this is the last Golden Holy Dragon in Middle-earth... and the knight is a Lagrange with a lifespan of three hundred years... the buffs are maxed out! Tom Bombadil had no doubt that the dragons could chop even a Lagrange earthworm vertically!
