“The probability is not low.” Wu Heng nodded. “Crowley is very good at guiding the situation in a direction that is favorable to him, while making his opponents feel that they have gained an advantage.”

“But the problem is,” he paused, his voice resolute, “that was just a compromise, not a victory. It was a temporary stalemate at the expense of Sam’s free will and future. What I want is not a stalemate, but an end.”

His gaze shifted to the suspended ring model, within which the grayish-white balancing force circulated more rapidly.

“I can only seal Lucifer away temporarily. He will come out again sooner or later. I will imprison him completely and throw him, along with his apocalyptic script, into the corner where he belongs. Moreover,” he emphasized, his sharp gaze sweeping over the two of them, “not only Lucifer, but also Michael, and all the supernatural forces that believe that the fate of mankind can be manipulated at will.”

This ambitious, almost arrogant goal left Dean and Sam stunned once again.

But Wu Heng didn't give them time to process the shock. His next move almost made their brains shut down.

Wu Heng quickly brought up another encrypted communication interface on the console and entered an extremely complex set of coordinate codes that seemed to be directly composed of light. These were sacred channel codes used only by the highest-ranking angels.

He dragged the message he had just sent to Lucifer, which contained the conversation with Crowley, back into the sender field, recipient ID: Castio.

Castio's reply came quickly: "Lohr, do you really want me to pass this message on to Raphael?"

Wu Heng confirmed that Castio paused for a moment, then chose to believe him, saying he would relay the message to Raphael, and then hung up. He was also very busy, busy sending angels to eliminate the demons in the human world.

"What are you doing?!" Sam shouted, completely bewildered. "You just gave this to Lucifer, and now you're giving it to Raphael. Doesn't that mean Michael will find out too?"

"Are you afraid they don't know what we're planning? And what will Michael think and do if he knows Lucifer has already received it?"

Dean panicked: "Isn't this self-destruction? Lucifer knows about the plan, and Michael knows about it too. What if they team up and come after us first?!"

Wu Heng released the send button, turned his head, and looked at the two brothers with a gaze that seemed to be scrutinizing them, or perhaps guiding their thinking.

“Dean, Sam,” his voice was steady, carrying a clear power that pierced through the chaos, “what are we doing now?”

“War,” Dean answered instinctively.

"Yes, war is not about hunting demons or clearing out monsters; it is a war that determines the survival of human civilization."

Wu Heng's gaze swept over their faces, which were covered in blood and dust: "You have been hunting demons for many years, risking your lives and gaining rich experience, but do you understand the opponent in this war?"

"I'm not asking about their abilities or what weapons they're afraid of; those are superficial. What I'm asking is, do you really understand Lucifer and Raphael, these two 'people'?"

Do you understand their character, their desires, their behavioral logic, their pride and weaknesses?

Dean and Sam exchanged a glance, both seeing confusion in each other's eyes.

Lucifer?
Powerful, ancient, desires Sam's body, hates God, and unleashes the Apocalypse. What else?
Raphael?
God's most obedient child, the commander of Heaven, stubborn and steadfast—and then what? They knew very little about these two beings who determined the fate of the world. Wu Heng didn't ask any more questions.

“Now they know.” He spoke as if he had accomplished a trivial task. “Lucifer knows that Crowley ‘betrayed’ him and tried to cooperate with us against him, and that we might be preparing some kind of operation against him. Michael knows all of this, and he knows that Lucifer is already aware of it.”

He closed the interface and brought up a brand new archive.

The archive is titled: "Lucifer Before and After His Fall: Behavioral Patterns and Psychological Profiles".

It doesn't contain lengthy texts, but rather countless brief records of events, dialogue fragments, behavioral analyses, and even scans of ancient murals and documents.

Each piece of information was like a fragment, but Wu Heng quickly connected and displayed them.

“Look here,” he pointed to a record, “On the eve of Lucifer’s rebellion, God summoned all the angels and gave Michael command. The record shows that at least three archangels had similar abilities and qualifications to Michael, but Lucifer’s reaction was the most intense.”

“He was not against specific candidates, but against the fact that he was ‘arranged’ and ‘placed under someone’. His pride stemmed from the fact that he was the first and most brilliant creation, and he believed that he should be special and should have the right to choose for himself.”

Another record: "During his fall, he had the opportunity to directly impact the core of Heaven and cause even greater destruction, but he chose to 'announce' his departure and discontent along the way, as if putting on a grand, tragic performance."

"He needs an audience, he needs to be 'seen' in his pain and despair."

Another point: "After becoming king of Hell, he spent hundreds of years establishing a hierarchical system of demons, and formulating complex rules and punishments. This was not only for the sake of efficient rule, but also to prove to Heaven and God that he could establish order, even an order more efficient than Heaven's. He was imitating and challenging it."

Wu Heng's voice was flat and straightforward, yet it was like a cold scalpel, peeling away layer by layer the core of the being called 'Lucifer'.

"He is proud and arrogant, placing his own will and the meaning of his existence in a very high position. He hates being manipulated, schemed against, or used as a pawn. At the same time, he has a strong desire to perform and prove himself."

“So,” Wu Heng concluded, looking at Dean and Sam, “when he learns that there is a trap, a trap set by his former ‘partner’ and a group of humans he considers insects, intended to harm him, what do you think Lucifer, given his character, will do?”

Dean's pupils contracted slightly; he seemed to have grasped a clue: "He...he won't back down just because he knows it's a trap; on the contrary..."

"On the contrary, it might provoke anger, and at the same time, it might arouse an impulse to 'expose and crush this ridiculous trap with my own hands,'" Sam continued.

The Luciferian imprint within him seemed to give him a more personal connection to this analysis.

“He will come, he will definitely come back! He will want to see it with his own eyes, to destroy it with his own hands, and he will do it in the most dramatic way he can to demonstrate his power.”

“Correct.” Wu Heng nodded approvingly, then changed the subject, “What about Michael?”

He retrieved the files on Michael, which were relatively few, but the characteristics were equally distinct. (End of Chapter)
