Chapter 848 Zod Arrives
The arrival of the Ancient One was an experiment for Yan Xu, because his true self was not alone, and even controlled more than one great world. It would be a great pity to give up all of these.

Once the triangular network is formed, Yan Xu will forge his golden throne at the intersection of the three forks, creating his own multiverse and ultimately transcending everything.

Yan Xu wasn't entirely sure if the plan would succeed, but at least he had a goal.

The arrival of the Ancient One marked the first successful step in the grand plan. However, since she was already here, Yan Xu wouldn't let her sit idle. He'd teach her a disciple, at least Zatanna was much better than that former doctor who had turned the Sorcerer Supreme into a homeless man.

Moreover, this was also a good thing for the Ancient One, as it allowed her to explore the mysteries of another multiverse, so she gladly accepted the task.

While the world was in turmoil, Gotham City was not significantly affected, except that more believers went to Cat Paradise.

They don't know how powerful aliens are, but the Cat God is definitely more powerful than them.
