The Arhat Rong'e was stunned, then felt a chill run down his spine: "How is this possible? A cultivator from beyond the heavens, he actually dared to kill him."

Venerable Vimalakirti quickly covered the mouth of Arhat Tolerant Evil, then pointed to the top of his head: "Have you forgotten? That person's name cannot be mentioned casually!"

Who are they? A bunch of Foundation Establishment cultivators! They're not even ants in front of those great beings who reside above the sun and moon. What can we do when gods fight?
"Of course it's not just us."

The Venerable Vimalakirti said in a deep voice, “According to the Bodhisattva’s teachings, we are all manifestations of the World-Honored One. As long as there are enough of us, the World-Honored One can descend to earth to eliminate demons!”

The Arhat who tolerated evil suddenly realized the truth.

Oh, it's the same old routine. I thought I was going to have to go up and fight a Golden Core True Monarch. My heart was pounding in my chest.

The two traveled for a while.

Before long, they entered the Great Thunder Temple, where they were greeted by a dense array of lotus platforms, each with a golden statue seated cross-legged.

"Return to your place."

The two stopped talking and sat down on their respective lotus platforms. At the same time, more Arhats arrived in droves.

Finally, as the Thunder Sound Bell in the Great Thunder Sound Temple stopped ringing, the huge temple gates slammed shut and sealed off. On the four nine-tiered lotus platforms at the very top, three figures finally appeared: the Lotus Hidden Treasure Bodhisattva, the Vase Water Moon Bodhisattva, and the Dragon and Snake Coiling Shadow Bodhisattva.

"Amitabha!"

In an instant, the Buddha's light shot straight into the sky, and thunderous sounds resounded throughout Jiangxi, instantly attracting all the monks and believers in Jiangxi to devoutly prostrate themselves in worship.

In the Buddha's light, one could see sweet rain falling from the sky, golden lotuses springing from the earth, and countless other wondrous phenomena appearing.

Whether it was Vimalakirti, Rong'e, or even the three Bodhisattvas in the Pure Land, all were bathed in the Buddha's light and felt an unprecedented peace. At this moment, the Bodhisattvas could clearly sense the thoughts, ideas, and intentions of the lower-ranking Arhats, and the Arhats could also sense the feelings of the even lower-ranking monks. In this way, layer upon layer, no one harbored any ulterior motives or secrets; everyone was open and honest, and everyone was equal.

The sacred light of Buddha connects us!

However, the next second, a sense of unease suddenly arose in the hearts of the group of Arhats, as if they had seen ink stains on a pure white sheet of paper.

"Huh? This is."

At this moment, all the Buddhist monks let out a soft exclamation, and then looked at the source of the ink stain, which was the Bodhisattva with a ferocious expression, coiled like a dragon and snake, located in the upper left corner.

The bodhisattva's expression was contorted as if he were struggling. The crimson Buddha mark between his eyebrows suddenly turned black, and a faint "hehehe" laugh could be heard. This laugh, which was originally limited to the bodhisattva with the dragon and snake shadow, instantly spread throughout the entire Buddhist community!

The first scream shattered the harmony of the crowd. It came from an Arhat on the outermost edge. His Buddha-light dimmed, and he fell off his lotus platform.

Within him, a new inner demon was born.

The inner demon donned his robe, chanted his Buddhist scriptures, and held his ritual implements, sitting openly on his lotus throne.

Immediately afterwards, the inner demons continued to erupt.

One after another, the Arhats fell from their lotus thrones.

The inner demons emanating from the Bodhisattva descend from a high position. Even though the Bodhisattva, who is merely an outsider, is not someone that a mere Foundation Establishment Arhat can resist, the dragon and snake-like shadows are not something that can be resisted by a mere Foundation Establishment Arhat.

However, faced with this scene, the Bodhisattvas Baolian and Shuiyue on the other side did not stop it at all. Instead, they smiled compassionately. This situation also spread rapidly through the connection of Buddha's light, and all the monks calmed down and also showed smiles.

"Amitabha!"

With everyone united in purpose, none of the Arhats fled, allowing their inner demons to devour them. The terrifying demonic energy intensified under the vast Buddha light.

This is not the end.

After devouring the Arhat, the inner demon immediately used the unity of all people to further penetrate downwards, beginning to devour Qi Refining disciples and even believers who had not cultivated.

The Buddha's light was thus gradually fed to demonic energy.

Feed the devil with your body!

In the end, only the Bodhisattva Baolian Fuzang and the Bodhisattva Baoping Shuiyue remained conscious, and before them, the boundless demonic energy was gradually collapsing.

A moment later, the demonic energy transformed into a black-robed youth standing inside the Great Thunderclap Temple. He was handsome, with long hair reaching his waist, and a curved smile on his lips. He was not evil, but rather exuded an unusual holiness, which made people feel a strong sense of goodwill and trust at first glance.

"That's good, that's good."

Only at this moment did the two Bodhisattvas slowly speak, chanting in unison: "Today we know that the Path of Profound Bliss and Nirvana is not false, and we understand the true meaning of the World-Honored One."

"When all merits are complete, all sentient beings will be liberated."

"Joy, sorrow, and grief; the three poisons and eight sufferings."

"When all Buddhas enter Nirvana, the true demons emerge."

"The Pure Land of Profound Bliss is solely due to tranquility and cessation."

The voices of the two Bodhisattvas echoed, but they could not resist the erosion of the inner demons. Before long, the original thunderous voices were reduced to lingering echoes.

The Pure Land is now in tranquility!
Only at this moment did the black-robed youth, formed from gathered demonic energy, finally speak. His voice, though not loud, carried a strange charm and spread out softly:

"Destiny is created by the mind; Buddha and demon are one."

"Upholding precepts and practicing cultivation is attachment; killing, stealing, adultery, and lying are all empty; wine, pleasure, sleep, and desire are the root of humanity; the demons reside freely in the Buddha's heart!"

"Alas! From this day forth, I am the Primordial Demon!"
