When asked about the difficulty of defending LeBron James, the last "Kings terminator" nicknamed "The End," Levi paused for a moment before slowly saying, "The difficulty is... he's very strong."
"anything else?"
"Also... his movements are hard to predict."
"Any more?"
"Too much."
"There are too many difficulties, aren't there?"
"Too many footsteps."
This is a postmodern "epic" of a basketball nobody. There are no heroes, no love, no loyalty, only a sliver of courage wrapped around a fragile dream, struggling forward in a world of money, power, and sex.
The classic heroic narrative of the NBA has come to an end. All greatness is coming to a close, and I am here to tell you that it's all over and there's no need to keep striving forward.
