Chapter 622-620: Crushing the Past

Chapter 622-620: Crushing the Past

They started moving, heading towards the other Muggle administrator.

More wizards joined the procession.

The march continued to grow, and some of the tents collapsed in the crowd. Incidentally, the marchers used their wands to set some roadside tents on fire.

Several tents caught fire. The screams grew louder.

"etc."

Just as Sirius was about to rush forward, Lupin stopped him and shook his head.

"Hey!"

Sirius muttered in confusion.

"We must capture them all."

Lupin calmed the restless Sirius with just one sentence.

The entire Quidditch World Cup camp changed. The singing stopped, and screams and the sounds of people running in panic filled the air.

Sheen watched as the wizards fled in a great hurry, and saw that the group of men in black robes had captured four more Muggles.

The leader appears to be named Roberts, and his name and the places he manages are marked on the map.

The other three appear to be his wife and children.

They floated up like balloons, and one of the marchers below used a magic wand to flip Mrs. Roberts upside down.

Mrs. Roberts' nightgown cascaded down, revealing a large pile of colorful underwear, and the crowd below screamed with delight.

She struggled to cover her body.

"That's disgusting."

Sirius Black stared with disdain and anger at the youngest Muggle child—who, sixty feet above the ground, began to spin like a top, his head limp and tilting to one side and the other.

"Can we make a move? Have all these bastards gathered?"

He asked in a hoarse voice.

"Wait, don't be impulsive."

Lupin said calmly.

He glanced at Sheen instinctively; the young wizard was expressionless but showed no intention of attacking immediately.

So they followed the men in black robes for a short while longer.

Until one day, "skeletons reappear!"

From the darkness emerged a huge, shimmering green object. It leaped to the treetops and soared into the air.

It was an enormous skull, composed of countless emerald green star-like things, with a large python emerging from its mouth like a tongue.

As they watched, the skull rose higher and higher, shining brightly in a cloud of green smoke, like a new constellation against the dark night sky.

Suddenly, screams erupted from the woods around them.

Sheen knew that the cries came from the sudden appearance of the Dark Mark.

It has now risen very high, illuminating the entire forest like a terrifying neon sign.

At the same time, a green light suddenly appeared from the tip of a black-robed man's wand.

He was going to kill these Muggles.

"Gentlemen, it's time."

Sheen said, his figure twisted and he disappeared from the spot.

"Avada Kedavra!"

The sound was accompanied by a frightening green light, but the light only hit a rock because the black-robed man's wand was knocked away.

"Who is it?!"

He was shocked and furious.

Instead of an answer, he was met with flames that engulfed everything.

"Fierce Fire".

A voice was speaking nearby.

"spread!"

The man in black robes was greatly alarmed.

They ignored the Muggles and let the Roberts family fall from the sky.

Strangely, some vines caught the group and silently dragged them into the dense forest.

"Kill them!"

The black-robed figure on the far left noticed this scene, but the spell struck the vines without causing any pain or discomfort.

As he screamed, a magic wand was already pressed against his throat.

Under the moonlight, there was a figure that wasn't particularly tall.

Those green eyes were incredibly bright.

He collapsed to the ground, unconscious.

That was the last thing he heard.

"Kill him!"

The assembled men in black robes roared.

The spells rained down like raindrops, but the green-eyed wizard merely glanced at them before his figure twisted and vanished from the spot.

then.

"Fierce Fire".

The raging flames roared toward the black-robed figures with unparalleled force.

Even Sirius Black and Lupin, who arrived at the battlefield, were not spared.

Lupin and Sirius watched in horror as the flames drew ever closer, engulfing them before they could even Apparate.

However, to their great surprise, they were completely unharmed.

"What kind of fierce fire is this?"

Sirius murmured.

"I don't know what 'don't get distracted' means."

Lupin's pupils contracted as he saw a man in black robes grab another Muggle.

"Crushed to pieces!"

Lupin waved his wand without hesitation.

The man in black robes neither dodged nor flinched. After letting out a cruel laugh, he twisted his body and vanished from the spot.

Lupin knew he was Apparating, and he quickly approached the Muggle, who happened to be Mr. Payne.

"Hurry up, sir."

He said, then watched Payne run into the woods, before gazing at the battlefield.

The battle on the other side was almost one-sided.

No man in black robes could be a match for Mr. Green.

Before long, three or four unconscious men in black robes were tied up on the ground.

Even though the remaining men in black robes scattered, they were all caught up with by Sheen.

However, the distance between them also increased.

The battle was so easy that Lupin and Sirius were in a daze.

"hehe----"

A hoarse, mocking laugh came from afar.

Lupin looked closely and saw that it was the black-robed man who had escaped, returning with a companion.

They took off their hoods so that Lupin could see their hideous faces.

Lupin's heart skipped a beat.

By now, the campfire in the camp had been consumed by fear. Screams, cries, and the distant crackling of burning tents mingled together, weaving a chilling echo under the night sky.

Dolokhov and Fenrir Grebke emerged one after the other from between the two burning tents.

One was cold and ruthless, the other had a crazed expression. Their goal was clear—not to create chaos, not to expel Muggles, but to kill.

Follow the Dark Lord's instructions to kill Muggles and everyone who tries to stop them.

"Remus Lupin".

Dolohoff raised his wand, his tone flippant, "And the Black boy too."

Sirius was already standing in front of Lupin.

"Antonin,"

He said in a low voice, "You escaped from Azkaban just to die again?"

Dolokhov did not answer. His wand suddenly flashed with a purple light, his own deadly spell, silent and swift, like a venomous snake stabbing straight at Sirius's chest.

Sirius narrowly dodged the purple flame, the incantation grazing his shoulder and tearing a charred gash in the tent behind him. The canvas at the edge of the tear was still burning, and the air was thick with the smell of burning.

The battle erupted in an instant.

Lupin's wand arced out, and three Stunning Charms shot towards Dolokhov in a triangular formation, forcing him back two steps.

But before Lupin could adjust his position, a strong, pungent smell of wild beasts wafted over from the side. Greyback didn't use his wand; he pounced straight at him.

The werewolf's massive form cast a grotesque shadow in the firelight, its claws lashing out at Lupin's throat with pure, unadulterated killing instinct.

Lupin rolled backwards, his claws tearing through Lupin's robe and chest skin, drawing blood from three gashes instantly.

He gritted his teeth, rolled over and knelt down, and with a backhand, he struck Greyback's shoulder with a petrification spell. The werewolf's right arm stiffened for a moment, but that was all.

Graybuck swung his arm, grinned, and revealed a mouthful of yellow teeth.

"Wait until I bite your throat off."

He said, panting, "Go find your furry little friend again."

The duel between Dolokhov and Sirius has reached a fever pitch.

The two spells collided repeatedly in the open space between the two, emitting a blinding white light.

Dolokhov cast spells at lightning speed, one killing curse and blasting curse after another with almost no gaps, green light raining down on Sirius.

Sirius dodged left and right, and a spell exploded on his armor, the impact forcing his boots to leave two deep grooves on the ground.

"You're so slow, Blake."

Dolokhov scoffed, "Azkaban has devoured your magic."

As soon as he finished speaking, he flicked his left hand, and an invisible cutting spell slashed from the right blind spot of Sirius.

Sirius Black didn't have time to raise his shield and could only turn sideways and take the hit with his left arm.

A deep, bone-revealing wound ran from his wrist to his elbow, blood trickling down his fingers onto the ground.

He grunted, but his wand didn't stop. With a backhand slash, he shattered the ground beneath Dolokhov's feet, sending rubble and sparks flying. Dolokhov stumbled, his expression growing even angrier.

But in that instant, the other side of the battlefield had already spiraled out of control.

Lupin was no match for Greyback. It wasn't a matter of dueling skills—Greyback's fighting style was not wizarding at all. He didn't chant spells or use any moves; he just bit, pounced, and crushed people with his weight and bones.

Lupin had been trying to control the distance and use spells to create some distance, but this wasn't a spacious dueling room; it was a chaotic camp. The werewolf had already closed the distance, and his escape route was repeatedly cut off by burning tents and collapsing wooden frames.

But he can't leave. If he leaves, what will happen to Sirius?

What's even more infuriating is that when the werewolf realizes he can't get close to him, he will try to attack Sirius.

Lupin panicked, and he was gradually forced into a corner. Graybury's claws finally grabbed his right hand.

The wand flew out.

Lupin was knocked to the ground by the werewolf almost simultaneously, and Graybury's weight pressed down on his chest like a boulder.

The stench of his breath was on his face, and his fingernails were digging into his shoulder.

Lupin held his jaw tightly with both hands, but the werewolf's strength was pressing down little by little, and that mouth full of yellow teeth was getting closer and closer to his throat.

Sirius saw it.

He rushed over.

Without even thinking, he abandoned the direct confrontation with Dolokhov and charged at Graybuck like a black lightning bolt.

He shoved the werewolf off Lupin with his shoulder, and the two rolled on the ground. Sirius punched Graybury in the face, then punched him again.

Graybury was stunned for a second by the sudden hand-to-hand combat, but quickly recovered and slashed Sirius's ribs with a claw, tearing open his leather jacket and leaving five deep bloody gashes that revealed his ribs.

Sirius roared, veins bulging on his forehead, and gripped Greyback's neck tightly with both hands.

The werewolf struggled beneath him, its nails digging into his wrists, blood trickling down his forearm.

He didn't notice that Dolokhov behind him had already stood up.

Lupin saw it. He was lying on the ground, his right hand useless, unable to reach the wand. He shouted desperately, "Sirius—!"

The purple flame struck Sirius's back.

The location is right in the center of the heart.

The spell wasn't a killing curse—Dolokhov clearly wanted to take it slow—but the impact of the purple flame was enough to send an adult flying.

Sirius's body was as if struck by a giant hammer, forcefully ripped off Graybuck and crashed to the ground, a trickle of blood escaping from the corner of his mouth, his chest barely rising and falling.

Lupin's mind went blank.

He reached for the wand with his left hand, and just as his fingertips touched the tip, Greyback stepped on his hand.

The bones made a faint cracking sound, but Lu Ping gritted his teeth and didn't cry out.

The werewolf looked down at him, and Dolokhov slowly walked over as well.

Two shadows blocked the firelight, shrouding him and Sirius in darkness.

"I told you, you've slowed down, Blake."

Dolokhov's voice came from above, as if summarizing, "Both of you."

Greyback licked his lips, his eyes gleaming in the darkness: "Shall I bite?"

Dolokhov raised his wand, and the purple light shone again.

This time, the target was Lupin's forehead.

"next time."

Dokhorov said.

Lupin turned his head and saw Sirius just two steps away.

His eyes were half-open, his chest was almost still, and his lips were trembling slightly, as if he were saying something, but no sound came out.

Lupin tried to reach for him, but his left hand wouldn't obey him.

Flames danced around them, and the sound of running footsteps could be heard in the distance.

He lay on the ground, looking at Sirius's pale face, which seemed to no longer belong to this world, and suddenly remembered the afternoon when they last parted ways at Hogwarts.

Back then, they were all still alive, and they all thought the future was still long.

"Get out of here!"

A trembling voice pierced the night sky.

Accompanying the phantom shift was a pair of green vertical pupils filled with extreme rage.

The werewolf was flipped over in an instant, and he was shocked to find that Lin Yu had stood up from three trees.

The tree-man flung him away and prepared to stomp on his body.

Dokhorov, upon seeing those green vertical pupils, found himself unable to control his body.

Who is he?

What is he doing?

He felt like he'd forgotten something—

The entire dense forest trembled as a violent blue aura swept across the camp.

Everything was swallowed up, including the stunned Dokhorov and the werewolf being squeezed and bound by a pair of tree-like beings.

The battle ended the instant it began.

This was just a crushing defeat.

Sheen was wrathed by the gods for the first time in a long time; he had almost never been wrathed by the gods before.

But now his rage can only be quelled by burning everything to ashes.

At that very second, a series of loud explosions suddenly rang out in the distance—it was Apparition.

The Sklynch men have arrived.

Seven or eight Aurora figures and medical staff also appeared on the edge of Shudi.
