Become a Homelander and a Marvel superstar
Chapter 373 opens the next act.
Darren Krause didn't give Azu much time to think.
After regaining its footing, the enraged beast charged again like a wasp.
Azu decisively pressed the button on his index finger, stepping into the microscopic world in a completely new way.
Two tiny figures engaged in a deadly chase through the gaps in the lab bench and among the tangled cables.
"Quick, over here!"
Taking advantage of a lull in their exchange of fire, Old Pym rushed to Hope's side, grabbed his daughter's shoulder, and helped her up from the cold floor.
"Hope, hang in there, come with me!" Old Pym led Hope to a nearby locker.
Hope gritted her teeth; the burns on her right ankle made every step she took excruciating.
Old Pym quickly took a first-aid kit from the locker, took out a strong burn gel, applied it evenly to the wound, and then bandaged it with sterile gauze.
"He won't last much longer, Father!" Hope's voice was filled with undisguised worry, his eyes fixed on the distant spot where lasers and sparks flashed. "He hasn't been trained in micro-combat; we have to help him!"
"That suit is working perfectly." Old Pym lowered his head, continuing to secure the edges of the gauze. "He's smarter than we thought. We can only trust him now; he can handle it."
On the micro battlefield, Darren's attacks became increasingly frantic.
"All you do is run away, you lackey of the Starr Group!" Darren unleashed a barrage of firepower in mid-air.
Azu rolled around and landed on the edge of a huge glass vessel.
He glanced back at the device behind him, the quantum centrifuge Hank Pym used to refine unstable compounds, filled with extremely unstable high-energy particles.
"This is it." Azu smiled coldly.
He stopped and deliberately revealed a flaw.
"Die!" Darren roared, and all four mechanical arms lit up with blue light at the same time, unleashing a full-power laser beam.
Ah Zu used his legs to propel himself forward and leaped forward.
The laser beam precisely struck the storage tube containing the high-energy particles.
"BOOM!!!"
A deafening explosion resounded inside the warehouse.
A huge, orange-red fireball shot into the air, and a violent shockwave swept across the entire space.
At the epicenter of the explosion, the massive blast wave directly shattered the brick wall on the side of the warehouse.
In their miniature form, Azu and Darren were swept up by the terrifying shockwave and sent flying through the shattered wall.
Outside the warehouse, the night wind was biting.
The two fell heavily onto the muddy ground overgrown with weeds.
"Cough cough...cough..."
Darren de-miniaturized and crawled out of the rubble, looking disheveled and panting heavily.
"Come out! Don't hide like a rat!" Darren looked around, his eyes searching for Azu's figure in the dust.
Ten meters away, the red battle suit rapidly magnified. Azu stood steadily in the moonlight, patting the dust off his shoulders.
His movements were as composed as if he were attending a high-class banquet, showing no signs of the disarray he had just experienced from the explosion.
"You think you can beat me with some clever tricks?!" Darren's voice came through the mask, carrying a chilling killing intent.
Azu turned his head slightly and glanced at the warehouse wall behind him that had been blasted open with a large hole.
The distance was far enough, and the angle was perfect. From their current position, Pym and his daughter couldn't see what was happening outside.
"The game is over, Daniel." Darren slowly approached, his mechanical tentacles baring their claws behind him.
"It's definitely over."
Azu removed his mask and gave him a somewhat creepy smile.
Darren was stunned for a moment, sensing that the other person's aura had undergone a dramatic change in an instant.
Before he could react, Ah Zu's figure suddenly vanished from the spot.
next second.
A huge hand, like an iron clamp, gripped his neck tightly.
Darren didn't even see how the other person crossed the distance of more than ten meters before he was forcibly lifted into the air.
"Let...let me go!"
Darren managed to squeeze out a few words, while the four mechanical tentacles on his back stabbed wildly toward Azu's face and chest.
A blue laser struck Azu's face at point-blank range.
However, the expected scene of carnage did not materialize.
The man in front of him ignored his frenzied attack; the laser beam struck the man's face but didn't even burn a single hair.
"You... what kind of monster are you..." Darren's breathing became increasingly difficult, and his voice began to hoarse.
When faced with Darren's question, Azu smiled slightly, his pretense fading away to reveal the face that truly belonged to his homeland.
By the pale moonlight, Darren could see the face in front of him clearly.
Her golden hair was combed back, her deep blue eyes were icy, and she wore that signature smile.
Darren's brain felt as if it had been struck by a heavy hammer, and all his thoughts came to a standstill at that moment.
"You...you you!!"
Darren trembled violently, a fear that came from the depths of his soul.
There is no one in this world who doesn't recognize this face.
The strongest man on Earth!
People of the motherland!
"You know nothing about true power."
Azu smiled slightly, not giving Darren a chance to beg for mercy, and gently twisted the right hand that was gripping his neck.
"Click."
Darren's body suddenly convulsed, his eyes rolled back, and his limbs fell limply to his sides.
This ambitious man, who attempted to control the microscopic world, ended his sinful life before he could even leave a final utterance.
Azu coldly carried Darren's corpse, his body rising from the ground and disappearing into the night sky.
……
A few minutes later, Azu landed on the rooftop helipad of the Vought San Francisco office building.
Miss Skynet had been waiting for a long time.
Behind her stood two factory-installed T-1050ti Terminators.
"Sir, your order is ready." Tianwang stepped forward, his gaze calmly sweeping over the corpse that Azu was carrying.
Azu threw Darren's body on the floor like trash, then took off his Ant-Man suit and tossed it aside.
"Take off these clothes and put them on them." Azu pointed to Darren on the ground, then to the Ant-Man suit.
Skynet immediately directed two Terminators to step forward and don the Ant-Man suit and the Wasp suit, respectively.
The two Terminators, now clad in their suits, began to pulsate with liquid metal from their outer layers.
In just a few seconds, they transformed into the likenesses of Daniel Wu and Darren Kraus, respectively.
From facial expressions to the lines around the eyes, there was not a single flaw.
Azu saw this and nodded in satisfaction.
"Have all the scripts been entered?" Azu looked at the SkyNet.
"It's already written, sir. They will perfectly capture the emotional thresholds and action details you need," Miss Skynet replied respectfully.
"Very good, I'll take them to the set now and start the next scene."
