Game of Thrones: Dragons have three heads, not three-headed dragons.

After Oris and Margaret finished celebrating, they went with Poch to check out the dragon egg he had mentioned. After entering Poch's small room, Poch took out an oval stone from under the bed. The stone had no dragon scales on its surface and was obviously smaller than the dragon egg. Upon closer inspection, there was a crack on the top of the stone.

Oris picked up the stone and examined it carefully for a while. Combining this with his knowledge of blood magic, he realized that this was not a dragon egg at all, but a petrified griffin egg that had existed since the Dawn Era. Oris put down the stone and said to Pochi, "Pochi, this is not a dragon egg, it's a petrified griffin egg. Where did you find it?"

Without hesitation, Pochi said, "It was on the rocky beach by the sea. I was trying to pick up stones that I had skipped across the water when I noticed something flashing in the sunlight. I looked around and found this thing. I thought it was a dragon egg."

Hearing Poch's answer, Oris understood. Based on his blood magic memories, griffins, these fantastical creatures, were created by the Green Prophet among the Children of the Forest as weapons of war against the Cold God, and had become extinct during the Age of Heroes. This petrified griffin egg must have been interrupted during its incubation process, petrified over a long period, and then washed ashore at Oris Manor by the sea.

Just in case, Oris still asked Pochi to take him to see it. After arriving at the beach Pochi had mentioned, Oris carefully examined the stones on the beach. Apart from some oddly shaped rocks, there was nothing else special. Oris gladly accepted Pochi's gift. Although the petrified griffin egg could no longer be hatched, the life energy inside it remained, and blood magic could be used to modify the strange dragon egg.

Oris immediately took the griffin egg back to his room, used a dagger to make a small incision in his finger, and placed the griffin egg and the strange dragon egg in separate basins of water. He then used the magic in his blood to imbue the strange dragon egg with some of the griffin's characteristics.

As Oris continued to cast spells every day, the griffin egg in the basin gradually cracked and broke. Finally, two months later, the griffin egg completely shattered. When Oris took out the strange dragon egg to examine it, he could vaguely feel the blood connection between himself and the strange dragon egg.

When Oris's spirit invaded the strange dragon egg, he was able to see the image of the life inside. The strange dragon's forelimbs and wings had disappeared, becoming firm and powerful, slightly shorter than its hind limbs. The muscles on its back were also firmer. Apart from the shape of its head, it looked more like a white, hairless wolf.

Two months of casting blood magic had taken a toll on Oris's health, but he never gave up his warrior training. Six months after Oris recovered, he saw through the Phantom's eyes that his father's three-masted ship had reappeared in the port of Pentos. Oris turned to young Darren behind him and said, "It seems Father and the others are coming back." Darren clapped excitedly at his brother's words.

A year has passed, and Darren has grown into a chubby little dumpling. According to Margaret, Darren was the illegitimate son of Innis and an innkeeper in the Stormlands. He was brought back by his father after birth. Compared to Oris at the same age, Darren appears to be much stronger.

Two days after the sailboat docked, Oris saw his father again. After all, it had been eight or nine months since they last saw each other, and Inis and his son seemed quite distant. Oris also saw Inis's thoughts and maintained a question-and-answer relationship with Inis, but without being overly intimate, leaving more time for Inis and Darren to be alone.

On the fifth day after his father's return, Inis suddenly summoned Oris to his room. Before Oris could speak, Inis said directly, "Oris, you're six years old now. It's time I can tell you." Oris simply stared blankly without responding.
