Marvel: Wonka's Chocolate Factory

Chapter 51 The Freshly Baked Charlotte Brothers

Frank thoughtfully closed the banquet hall doors again and then walked back to Willy Wonka's side.

"The Tottoland Corporation will remain under the control of the Charlotte family; this is a principle I established after founding the Tottoland Corporation."

"Over the decades, I have witnessed the transformation of us from close-knit groups to fierce rivalries. This is something I do not wish to see; as a collective, we should not waste our energy on power struggles."

"I want to rebuild the Charlotte family, to create a family that transcends blood ties and shares common interests, as a community for all of us."

Willy Wonka did not want to build his power by constantly procreating, like Charlotte Linlin.

Besides, it would be too late to have a child at this point, and decades would be spent waiting for the child to grow up, with a great deal of uncertainty. Willy Wonka rejected this option.

Therefore, Willy Wonka chose the Whitebeard-style approach, directly incorporating those close to him into his core power, using kinship as a bond and interests as a facade to form a more solid interest group.

"We will all be given the Charlotte family name, and I will be the head of the Charlotte family."

After Willy Wonka finished speaking, the banquet hall was abuzz with discussion, especially among the most powerful Gallagher family, many of whom turned their attention to Frank.

The second-generation members of each family had no objections; their relationship with Willy Wonka remained close, as they were Willy Wonka's descendants.

For them, changing their names was just a matter of personal preference; it actually brought them closer to Uncle Willy Wonka.

Those who have objections are all from the third generation; they have neither been taken care of by Willy Wonka nor have any concept of Willy Wonka's power.

Frank snorted. It seemed his little brats had gotten too bold and their wings had hardened. He'd have to find a time to teach them a lesson.

"I changed my name to Charlotte J. Frank a long time ago."

Frank unhesitatingly supported Willy Wonka, something that had been discussed and decided long ago. As the most prestigious person present besides Willy Wonka, Frank's leadership would eliminate much of the noise.

Establishing the Charlotte family is Willy Wonka's primary objective today, and he is determined to achieve it. However, if things go wrong, it could affect unity.

On a day that should be joyous, bloodshed is considered unlucky. Frank's leading support can effectively avoid this problem.

The leaders of each family wholeheartedly supported their Uncle Willy Wonka's decision.

The eldest brother suddenly rallied and wanted to take everyone out for a feast. What's wrong with making a few requests? Only the younger generation, unaware of Willy Wonka's power, would have such inappropriate thoughts.

The leader made his demands in a gentle tone, seemingly offering room for maneuver, but that was merely a show of courtesy. If you don't appreciate it, things will get much less gracious later.

No one in the Gallagher family dared to disobey Frank. This was not some respected but physically disabled ancestor, but a hot-tempered old man named Deng who could cut down all the Gallaghers with a knife.

Willy Wonka ignored the minor disturbance in the banquet hall. He had the power and prestige, so Willy Wonka's demands would ultimately be fulfilled.

After the troublemakers from each family were suppressed by their respective leaders, there was no more noise in the banquet hall.

"From today onwards, we are one family, without distinction between us."

"The previous conflict arose because there wasn't enough cake to go around. Now, I will lead everyone to make the cake bigger."

"The first phase of the operation is tentatively scheduled for one month from now. I will lead the strongest members of my family to the universe to pave the way for the main force that follows!"

Heading to space!

Willy Wonka's words captured everyone's attention, successfully expanding his business into the universe, making the immediate profits insignificant.

Constantine's thinking was quite far-sighted. Once the Tottoland Group gained a foothold in the universe, then America? It would just be a small regime on a small planet.

There were quite a few clever people, and everyone figured out the key point. The banquet that followed proceeded in a strange atmosphere and ended quickly.

Everyone needs time to process the impact of the banquet.

……

After the banquet, Willy Wonka went to the chocolate factory, not forgetting that his "big baby" was currently there.

The sky was just beginning to lighten, turning a pale white, and Banner, who had been crawling around in the chocolate factory for hours, was finally overcome with emotion, tears welling in his eyes!

Bruce Banner was terrified; he had a large welt on his arm from the bees' stings and had barely escaped their attack. The welt was large and itchy, and Banner kept scratching it.

This was contrary to Banner's understanding; a bee capable of stinging him and causing such a bump could easily kill him. The bee, the size of an egg tart, still sends shivers down Banner's spine when he thinks about it.

What good luck! I've escaped death again.

Banner plucked a handful of grass from the ground, stuffed it into his mouth, chewed it, and swallowed it. He had never seen chocolate grow on the ground before; it tasted quite good, but it was a bit too sweet after eating too much.

After replenishing his energy, Banner wandered around the chocolate factory. Fortunately, there were no wild animals in the factory, otherwise, given Banner's physical condition, he would have been nothing more than a wild animal's breakfast.

Oh, a mutant who can shapeshift? Then they certainly aren't afraid of wild beasts!

Banner wandered over to a river of milk, scooped up a handful of milk with both hands, and began to drink it down.

The sweet milk tasted good, but the milk residue left Banner's hands sticky, and it took him a while to finally get them clean.

"Where exactly is this place? Could it be Totland's secret base?"

The surrounding environment was filled with things like candy, milk, and honey, and Banner immediately thought of the Candy King's company.

Banner was somewhat frustrated, but he wasn't desperate. He had food and drink, and at least his life wasn't in danger.

He hadn't forgotten the monster inside his body, nor the army's relentless pursuit. Compared to all that, this eerie place was practically a paradise.

Banner lay by the Milk River, his body aching from days of exhaustion, and he was about to drift off to sleep.

With a whoosh, a wet tentacle suddenly landed on Banner, startling him so much that he jumped up.

A two-meter-long octopus crawled out of the Milk River. It was pure white and had a pair of big, cute, cartoon-style eyes.

Banner was so frightened that he kept backing away and then fell to the ground.

"Sir, please do not pollute the Milk River. Mr. Willy Wonka will be angry if you touch it."

The octopus suddenly spoke in a human voice, solemnly warning Banner. Banner remained silent, feeling it was a huge joke played by God.

The transformation into a monster can be explained by accidental mutation during experimentation, but what about an octopus that can speak?

Banner couldn't understand it at all; it was as if a huge conspiracy was surrounding him.

Willy Wonka, hidden in the shadows, watched Banner's performance with a sly smile. These were the Charlotte family members he had chosen: Charlotte Banner and Charlotte Hulk.

He was trying to figure out how to lure them into the newly established Charlotte family.
