Marvel: Wonka's Chocolate Factory
Chapter 93 Congratulations, you've beaten the little one, and now the old one has come along.
"Even if you could handle the mess you created?" Willy Wonka said with exasperation, pointing at Carol and Hulk on the screen. "You even brought the Skrulls in."
"Don't rush to deny it. All of you here bear responsibility for Nick Fury becoming director. Since you didn't stop S.H.I.E.L.D.'s actions, you have to take responsibility."
Willy Wonka's words made the president and generals lower their heads. Even though he had only been in office for a few days, the president thought there was some truth to what Willy Wonka said.
The government authorized S.H.I.E.L.D. to operate within the United States, so it must bear the consequences.
"I'll handle what you can't, but I can't do things without a legitimate reason, can I?" Willy Wonka's smile seemed quite sarcastic to the others. "I'm not actually staging a coup; I'm just cleaning up your messes."
Tony nearly spat out his Coke; he couldn't believe Willy Wonka would say something like that. Tony's eyes widened, wanting to see Willy Wonka's shameless face.
No matter what, a coup is a coup. After Willy Wonka said that, the heads of government and heads of state present should thank him for cleaning up the mess.
"And then there's Tony. From weapons to energy, he's long been a pillar of America. Yet he's never achieved the corresponding status. Is that reasonable?"
"Mr. President, just as you said in your previous speech, a good life is something you have to strive for; only through hard work can you achieve a better life."
"Me, the people at Totland, and Tony are just trying to make a better life."
"The United States, as a beacon of freedom and democracy, has the most perfect system. So the fact that I can do these things within the existing system means that it is permitted."
Willy Wonka had his own set of logic, which he kept repeating to presidents and generals. After listening to him for a while, the president even began to think that there was some truth to what Willy Wonka said.
The great American system has ample capacity for self-repair and correction, so it must be that the current system is unable to cope with complex and ever-changing situations. Willy Wonka's coup was a process of the system's self-repair!
The president suddenly understood: What coup? This is reform! It's just a reform that's a little more drastic in its process!
Wiping the cold sweat from his forehead, the president felt much calmer, and everything became clear after he had figured it out.
The fault is not mine!
In particular, when the president saw the earth-shattering battle between Carol and Hulk on the screen, he compared it in his mind to the military.
He easily concluded that on this kind of battlefield, even the most advanced fighter jets and tanks were nothing more than scrap metal. Just like the Helicarrier that Willy Wonka had destroyed with a single sword strike, they could only serve as foils in battles between the strong.
"Mr. Willy Wonka, perhaps America really should make some changes. Your actions may have been a bit extreme, but they are certainly pushing the country in a better direction."
Some generals echoed this sentiment, saying that while the military is usually the toughest, it doesn't mean that the core leaders of these armies are brainless.
Willy Wonka is also an American, and with such great power, it's not shameful for him to accept authority.
Willy Wonka smiled slightly; his goal had been achieved.
……
The battle between Hulk and Carol is nearing its end, even though Hulk has eaten the Tremor-Tremor Fruit and possesses strength far exceeding what he had before.
However, the inexperienced young man was still no match for Carol. Carol, with speed and strength no less than the Hulk's and fighting skills far surpassing the Hulk's, ultimately prevailed and defeated the Hulk.
"I just told you, don't stop me anymore, it's your fault for not listening to advice."
Looking down at Hulk, who was pinned to the ground by her, Carole could clearly sense Hulk's resentment.
But what does this have to do with her?
After the battle, Carol realized that she probably didn't have the ability to kill the Hulk, so she prepared to banish him.
A light shone from her hands, as if she had borrowed light from the sun. This energy transformed into ropes that wrapped around Hulk, layer upon layer.
She intends to bind Hulk and throw him into space, banishing him forever to the cosmos. The consequences of such a monster running rampant on Earth would be unimaginable.
Earth's weak military is simply incapable of effectively stopping the Hulk.
Hulk had no strength left to resist. He was wrapped up like a dumpling by layers of energy ropes. He looked up at Carol with eyes full of hatred.
This was the woman Hulk remembered. This was the worst beating Hulk had ever suffered since birth, and even with all his strength, he couldn't defeat her.
Suddenly, Hulk shrank like a child and whispered, "Dad, Hulk lost."
Carol suddenly sensed danger, and she immediately gathered the energy in her hand into a shockwave, which she shot behind her.
At the same time, quickly move to the side to create distance from the danger behind you.
A tree branch shot out, easily scattering Carol's photon beam, then slammed into the ground just past Carol's neck, leaving a deep trench in the ground.
Willy Wonka has made his move. Just as he promised Hulk, Hulk only needs to treat it as a sparring match that requires him to go all out, and Willy Wonka will take care of the rest.
Carol narrowly escaped the attack, but she felt no relief. This attack was no simple matter; the furrows dug into the ground by the branches no longer belonged to the real universe.
Carol's eyes widened. This didn't look like the damage from a battle at all; these ravines were clearly marks left after a meal.
The branch will be eaten by the substance it comes into contact with.
After reaching this conclusion, Carol was filled with lingering fear and classified this enemy as the most dangerous.
Carol was certain that this was absolutely the most powerful opponent she had ever encountered.
"Carol, it's been a long time. You should look to the universe, instead of limiting your vision to this tiny Earth."
Willy Wonka, wearing a pirate hat, emerged from a spatial rift in the sky. He casually strolled towards Hulk, a smile playing on his lips, toying with a pen in his hand.
"Willy Wonka!"
Carol was shocked. Willy Wonka was only about the same level as herself, so when did he become so powerful!
Willy Wonka came to Hulk's side, removed the restraints from the big guy, and then handed the aggrieved Hulk a large piece of chocolate.
"Eat something to replenish your energy. Hulk, you did a perfect job, Dad is so proud of you."
After saying that, Willy Wonka's smile vanished, and his eyes were devoid of any warmth.
"Carol, where do you intend to exile my son?"
