Chapter 107 The Restless Self

Night City is a strange place. Some people stay there their whole lives and remain the same, while others transform in a very short time.

Vincent became a regular at the Wild Wolves, and he is now the Wild Wolves' most sought-after lone wolf driver. Birds of a feather flock together.

Vincent and Jack became good friends. Once, Vincent mentioned that Vito had invited him to be the fifth in command, and Jack laughed out loud.

"V, Vito's up to his old tricks again. Our team only has four members, so you'd be the fifth in command, wouldn't you?"

"Damn, Jack, so that's what happened! But why haven't I seen Vito lately, and you guys haven't done anything either?"

Vincent picked up a slice of lemon and put it into the agave.

Jenkins paced back and forth in his office; the struggle had come suddenly and brutally.

"Abernathy's pressing hard! That crazy woman's like she's caught a whiff of blood!"

Valerie stood there, lost in thought.

Jenkins suddenly stopped in his tracks.

"There are some problems in Frankfurt too. Send someone you trust to Europe to deal with Abernathy—"

Down."

Valerie frowned.

"Should I handle it?"

Jenkins pulled out a chip and handed it to Valerie. After Valerie inserted it into her head, all of Susan Abernathy's information immediately appeared.

Including her husband and lover, Abernathy's relationships are not simple; her husband and lover both hold certain positions in other companies.

"So, you want me to kill her?"

Jenkins didn't say anything; he walked over and sat down on the sofa.
