Organ rental company in another world

27. Then let's fight!

"Hehehe! As expected of Miss Scalander, she's quite beautiful! Just looking at her makes one's heart flutter..."

"What are you doing?! I order you to stop this shameless behavior immediately! Otherwise, I'll have the old man chop off your head!"

"Go ahead and chop them off! To experience the life of a duke's daughter even once in my life, it's worth every head I could chop off!"

Karentin, with a lewd expression, bared his teeth and claws, about to pounce on Austin.

Austin smiled and suddenly drew a wooden sword from the side, slashing it at Karentin's face.

Karentin, worthy of being a mithril-level adventurer, reacted quickly, tilting his head to dodge, the wooden sword whistling past his ear.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Karentin also drew his wooden sword from his waist and attacked Austin.

The clanging of wooden swords clashing was incessant, sending wood chips flying everywhere. The two exchanged blows for only a few rounds before their wooden swords were both broken.

Karentin was sent flying by Austin's powerful kick, crashing into a pillar and wincing in pain: "Ouch! My back!"

"Are you alright, Karentin?"

Austin threw down her broken sword, went over, and helped Karentin up.

"It's alright, it's alright. I used to get beaten much harder when I was an adventurer."

"That's great, let's continue playing. This time you'll play the adventurer who's plotting against me in the wild."

Hearing that she was about to get another beating, Karentin immediately clutched her back and lay down on the ground: "No, no! My back still hurts terribly, please rest, Miss!"

Austin sighed helplessly and sat on the steps, lost in thought.

After returning from the underground city of the Decaying River, Austin was first scolded by Duke William, and then confined to this villa for a month.

Karentin was recruited into Duke William's guard for his meritorious service in protecting Austin, and is now responsible for looking after Austin at the villa.

"I'm so bored, Karentin. I want to go to the dungeon and kill monsters," Austin suddenly requested.

"Don't even think about it. The moment you leave, the Duke will behead me. I don't want to lose this job."

"What's so good about this job? I'm going to die of boredom staying indoors all day."

Karentin scoffed: "You're a young lady who's never experienced the days of going hungry. You go to the dungeon for entertainment, but we adventurers are here to make a living."

I remember being trapped in the Stonebone Forest of the Howling Dungeon. We'd run out of rations, and there were no monsters around. In the end, we had no choice but to cut off a dead man's leg to fill our stomachs.

While Karentin was still reminiscing about the bitter past, Austin was captivated by his story.

"Karentin, continue with your adventure stories!"

"Um, what do you want to hear?"

Austin thought for a moment and replied, "Tell me about the most powerful monster you've ever encountered."

"That must be the raging flame bear from the sixth level of the Rotten River Dungeon. That monster is nearly twenty feet tall when it stands up. It doesn't have any magic crystals on its body, but its body can generate extremely high temperatures, and it can breathe fire..."

Austin's two fiery red eyes were filled with longing: "I really want to fight it..."

On the sixth level of the Rotten River Underground City, in the Swamp of Stillness, Norn sat resting in the muddy swamp, with two raging flame bears standing beside him.

Norn picked them up on the road; one had reddish-brown hair and the other had yellowish hair, so Norn named them Xiong Da and Xiong Er.

Among the withered trees in the swamp, a monster resembling a pig, influenced by the demon god's decree, slowly walked towards Norn.

This is a unique monster of the Stop-Walking Swamp, the Mud Eater.

It obtains nutrition by swallowing swamp mud and stores the swamp mud in two pouches under its chin. When it encounters danger, it compresses the pouches and sprays the mud out of its nostrils to attack its enemies.

The mud-eating beast lives in the mud year-round and its body emits an extremely foul, rotten smell, but its meat is surprisingly good. When roasted over a fire, it becomes a mouthwatering delicacy.

Norn grabbed the mud-eating beast, pinched its head with two fingers of his right hand, and gently twisted it. Without much pain, the mud-eating beast died instantly.

Barnabas II has a great body, except that it gets hungry very easily and needs to eat all the time.

The mud-eating beast's body was torn into pieces by Norn, and Big Bear immediately lay on the ground. His smooth, hairless belly quickly heated up to a high temperature, and the air above him trembled wildly due to thermal distortion.

Shila-

A piece of mud-eating beast meat was placed on Xiong Da's belly, and immediately a symphony of oil and high temperature erupted, filling the surroundings with a rich, caramelized aroma.

Norn, who weighed over 800 pounds, devoured the mud-eating beast in just a few bites, licking the remaining grease off his fingers, still wanting more.

He wandered around the Zhixing Marsh a few more times, and when he left, he was followed by dozens of mud-eating beasts.

They were both Norn's men and his food reserves.

Norn emptied the "Rotten River Dungeon Strategy Guide" from his backpack. Although Norn had bought the largest edition on the market, it was only slightly larger than a finger in Barnabas II's hands.

Opening the map on the sixth floor, you'll find as many as six entrances to the seventh floor.

The most popular and safest option is the Byrne Way.

Legendary adventurer Byrne Ermen once single-handedly slaughtered the evil dragon guarding the area, and in the process nearly wiped out the monsters in the surrounding area, thus opening up a road with few monsters, which became known as Byrne's Path.

However, that is not the closest entrance. There is a cave in the southwest that leads directly to the seventh floor, which is only half the distance from the Path of Bain.

The price of this speed is that there is a large swarm of fire ants there. These monsters, which are less than half a person tall, are endless, and no one wants to provoke them.

But this became an advantage in the face of the Demon God's decree, which was perfect for expanding Norn's army.

When Norn and his men arrived at the Red Fire Ant nest, the dark red ant swarm surged forth like a sea.

"Stop!"

Norn gave the order in his mind, and the boiling ant swarm immediately quieted down. But it didn't last long before the ants attacked again, continuing to rush towards Norn.

A red fire ant that was charging ahead swooped down, only to be smashed to pieces by Xiong Er's slap.

Ok?

What's going on?

Why isn't it working anymore?

After much thought, Norn came up with a possible explanation:

These fire ants were originally puppets of the queen ant; the moment their demonic decree took control, it was immediately overridden by the queen ant's will.

Oh well, these ants don't taste good anyway.

If they don't obey, then hit them!

Suddenly, a series of explosions rang out behind Norn. The mud-eating beasts pumped their mud sacs together, and clumps of mud shattered the ant colony like high-speed shotgun shells.

Xiong Da puffed out his chest, and a blazing yellow light appeared between his pectoral muscles. A large mass of explosive flames gathered in his mouth.

boom!!!

A fiery dragon shot out, and as Xiong Da's head swayed, the ant colony was instantly burned to almost nothing, and the air was filled with the stench of burnt corpses.
