"Correct, next question." Ms. Ollie nodded.

"Their horns glow, and after absorbing enough dew at midnight, the tips emit a pale blue fluorescence to attract nocturnal mates."

"Correct, next question."

What's so special about the call of the jungle tree frog?

"They can predict the weather. If they call out seven times in a row and then suddenly fall silent, it will definitely rain heavily the next day."

Aiden's voice unconsciously rose.

"Very good, next question." Ms. Ollie's lips finally curved into a smile, though it was faint, Aiden still noticed it.

After being asked dozens of questions, Aiden, despite having a built-in encyclopedia of the continent, was sweating profusely as he answered.

Some questions are much more tricky than you might imagine.

However, Ms. Ollie's expression was much gentler than before, clearly indicating that she was very satisfied. Her fingers no longer tapped the table, but instead gently stroked the Four Seasons Jade.

This creature is not found in the encyclopedia of the continental world.

"This is clearly a test from Ms. Ollie, and I can't be careless." He took a deep breath.

"Ms. Ollie, I don't know what a Silver Moon Elf is," Aiden confessed honestly.

"Well, Silvermoon Elves are rare creatures in the lower-dimensional plane—the Moon Elf Plane. They are protected by the wizarding world, so you naturally wouldn't know. However, I'm surprised that you have such a good grasp of the current biological situation on the continent."

As Ms. Ollie spoke, she stood up from her chair.

Aiden adopted a humble demeanor, looking down at the tips of his shoes, but inwardly he was overjoyed.

His lips couldn't help but curl upwards, but he quickly suppressed it.

"This is the last question, testing your practical skills."

"Cut off the ears of this prairie hare; they need to be the same weight."

As Ms. Ollie spoke, she flicked her wrist, and a wild rabbit was tossed onto the table, its four paws kicking wildly.

She handed Aiden a small knife, indicating that he could begin.

"Forehead."

Aiden glanced at the gray hare, frowned, and became conflicted.

This is a genuine grassland hare. Its ears are much larger than those of ordinary rabbits, standing up like two small gray flags. Through the translucent ear canal, you can see dense red filaments inside, like a spider web.

My gaze swept over its belly; there was a barely perceptible bulge, rising and falling with its breath…

"Is there a problem? This is a very simple test. As long as you pass, I will officially hire you," Ms. Ollie asked, seeing Aiden standing there.

"Ms. Ollie, I don't understand. This prairie hare is pregnant. Its ears are full of capillaries. I can guarantee I'll pass the test."

The air seemed to freeze, and even the chirping of insects outside could be heard clearly.

A few seconds later, Ms. Ollie suddenly laughed, her lips twitching upwards: "Capillaries? A very apt term. We in the natural school call them tiny blood vessels."

"Congratulations, Aiden, you are officially employed by me. Only by maintaining humanity and having compassion for the weak can one avoid getting lost in the endless labyrinth of knowledge and ultimately become the master of everything. This is the tenet of our Natural School."

Her eyes held a hint of approval, no longer as sharp as before.

"The Natural School?" Aiden was full of questions. His face was full of confusion.

"Mr. Ford previously said that wizards are cold and ruthless machines, and what I saw and heard after entering the basin confirms this statement."

Aiden often felt like an outsider and was not yet used to many of the things happening in the Forbidden Forest.

As if knowing what Aiden was thinking, Ms. Ollie pointed to the wooden chair opposite her and said, "Please sit down, child."

"The Natural School differs from the Arcane School, the Soul School, and the Bloodline School; it is an ancient branch of the wizarding world. Although weak, it possesses unique characteristics and controls the most dimensional keys."

"It can be said that the natural school is the wizarding world's way out," Ms. Ollie explained.

"However, there's no use telling you all this. This is a one-year contract and confidentiality agreement, with a monthly reward of 10 magic stones." Ms. Ollie handed over two parchment scrolls, which stipulated the reward and job responsibilities.

"Thank you, Ms. Ollie. I will definitely do my job well," Aiden said with great joy. His eyes lit up instantly, and his hands even trembled slightly as he took the parchment scroll.

Over the course of a year, he could accumulate 120 magic stones, which would make him incredibly rich. His breathing became a little rapid.

"It's all about equal exchange. You drip your blood in, and it's done." Ms. Ollie pointed to the blank space at the end of the parchment scroll.

Aiden confirmed there was no problem, then bit his finger and dripped blood down, with each of them keeping a portion.

A drop of bright red blood hit the parchment with a very slight "smack," and was instantly absorbed by the paper, leaving a dark red mark.

"Very good. Next, I will explain your job responsibilities in detail. There are 54 creatures in this experimental area. Your job is to take good care of them, not just in terms of hygiene, diet, and reproduction." Ms. Ollie stood up, opened the door to the side, and a wave of heat mixed with the smell of hay and wild animals rushed out.

Aiden also encountered many creatures rarely seen outside.

A black goat with three eyes was ruminating by the fence. When it saw people coming, it exhaled two puffs of white breath from its nostrils.

In the iron cage next to them, several rats, each the size of a cat, were fighting over a piece of glowing root, tearing at each other and making squeaking noises.

There was also a bird with rainbow-like feathers, preening its wings with its beak. Each feather tip seemed to have a faint electric current pulsating, making a soft crackling sound.

Aiden stared in disbelief, instinctively taking a half-step back, his heel hitting the threshold.

"Be careful, this Zapdos's feathers are electrified, don't touch them," Ms. Ollie warned, turning back to give a word of caution.

Several hours later, it was completely dark.

"That's all. I'm currently working on a crucial project, so I need you to take care of them." Ms. Ollie sat back down in her chair. "However, I'm afraid it will take up your energy for memorizing the meditation method."

"No, no, these are all my choices," Aiden said, waving his hand.

After spending some time with her, Aiden realized that Ms. Ollie wasn't as intimidating as she seemed; on the contrary, she was quite kind and like a senior colleague to Mr. Ford. His tense shoulders slowly relaxed.

"Ms. Ollie, can I tame them? Just some simple training?" Aiden asked.
