Europa Universalis 1867: Start by inheriting an armory

Traveling back to London in 1867, Richard begins by inheriting a nearly bankrupt arms factory. Others think he's just a young upstart, but Richard smiles: his knowledge of European history is like having a precognitive ability. While others are still using muzzle-loading rifles, he's already selling breech-loading ammunition to the military; while others are observing the Franco-Prussian War, he's already selling arms to both sides of Europe. Bismarck said, "He is the most formidable opponent at the negotiating table." Nobel said, "Without his funding, I would never have succeeded." Napoleon III said, "If I need fast guns and cannons, I can only go to him." Richard points to the Americas on the map, "Next, we'll go to the New World."
