The next day, on the second floor of the guild.

Sunlight streamed through stained glass windows onto the wooden floor, and the air was filled with the scent of old books and parchment.

The second floor was much quieter than the first floor, with only the occasional rustling sound of flipping through service forms.

Riyao stood at the top of the stairs, quickly adjusted his clothes, tucked the hem of his shirt into his pants, tidied his hair, took a deep breath, and put on a panicked expression.

Laxus, standing next to him, leaned against a pillar with his arms crossed, headphones hanging around his neck, watching Sunrise's performance with a speechless expression.

His eye twitched; he wondered what kind of trouble this idiot was up to now.

"Oh no! Sir! An S-level commission form on the second floor has gone missing!"

Riyao rushed downstairs in a panic, his footsteps pounding on the stairs. He even lost one of his flip-flops and ran barefoot into the lobby, his face looking like the sky had fallen.

Upon hearing this, Makarov, who was drinking hangover tea, spat out his tea, spraying it all over Macao's face.

"What?!"

Marcao silently wiped the tea off his face; he was already used to it.

Everyone in the guild was startled and stopped what they were doing.

"What? Someone actually took the order form without permission?"

"Which idiot did this? It's so hard to guess."

Laxus leaned leisurely against the second-floor railing, one leg crossed over the other, tapping his fingers on the handrail, looking down at the guild members below who were in complete chaos.

He curled a wicked smile at the corner of his mouth and spoke casually.

"It's a flying blue cat."

Lisana stood next to Makarov, holding a plate, and rolled her eyes.

"You might as well just give me your Harpy ID."

The guild members started discussing it animatedly.

"That's Natsu and Happy."

"Not only that, Lucy and Gray also didn't come today."

"Wait, Gray isn't here either? Isn't that guy the most law-abiding?"

"The scene of the rule-abiding Gray and the most rule-breaking Natsu disappearing together is too beautiful."

Laxus sat back on the sofa, arms crossed, a wicked smile on his face.

"This is a serious violation, old man. You'll expel them from the guild, won't you?"

His tone carried a hint of schadenfreude, yet also a touch of probing. His golden eyes were fixed on Makarov, eager to see how the old man would handle the situation.

Arrogant and tsundere.

Makarov ignored Laxus's provocation and turned to ask Sunfire.

Which task is missing?

Sunrise replied directly: "The one on Karna Island."

The guild members were startled again.

Alzak exclaimed in surprise and nearly fell off his chair.

"They're absolutely idiots! Absolutely! A place like Galna Island!"

Bisca's mouth dropped open, and she nearly dropped the cup in her hand.

"That's really too chaotic; that's not a place to joke around."

Levy pushed up her glasses, her voice carrying a hint of seriousness.

"The island is rumored to be inhabited by demons, and it is said that no one who has been there has ever returned alive."

Enraged, Makarov slammed his fist on the bar, making the glasses clink, and shouted, "Laxus! Go and bring them back!"

He subconsciously ignored Riyao, perhaps because he wanted to talk to his grandson more.

Laxus shrugged, looking completely indifferent.

"I have to go to work later, I don't have time. Besides, isn't there still the Sunrise?"

Erza has already invited Mirajane to go out on a commission together. Currently, the only S-rank guild members left are Sunrise and Laxus.

Makarov stroked his chin thoughtfully, his beard rubbing between his fingers.

"Riyao, go and bring them back."

Lisana raised her hand timidly, her voice soft.

"My brother-in-law just went after them, saying he wanted to see what was going on."

The guild members were speechless, exchanging bewildered glances with expressions that were quite interesting.

Makarov took a deep breath, pulled the crumpled medicine bottle from his pocket, poured out two Vitamin C tablets, and tossed them into Macao's mouth.

Macao chewed it subconsciously, then paused for a moment.

Why are you giving me this to eat?

Makarov patted his chest, his voice weary.

"I'm tired of this food lately, could you eat this for me? Lisanna, contact Mirajane and Erza, tell them to stop by on their way back, and make sure Sunburst doesn't go too far."

Lisana nodded, put down the plate, and ran to get the communication crystal ball.

……

At the pier, the sea breeze carried a salty, fishy smell, and seagulls circled and cried overhead.

Riyao changed his appearance, his hair turned dark brown, his facial features were slightly adjusted, and his temperament changed from lazy to that of an ordinary passerby.

He swaggered after Natsu and the others. As for Natsu's dog-like nose, Sunrise was prepared, having applied a special ointment to his body to shield his aura.

Natsu was carrying Gray, who appeared to have fainted. Gray's head was slumped on Natsu's shoulder, and drool was almost dripping onto Natsu's back.

However, upon closer inspection, Gray's lips were slightly upturned, clearly indicating that he was faking fainting.

It seems that Gray met them in the morning, learned about the S-class commission, and deliberately got knocked unconscious so he could sneak in with them.

When Sunrise saw Natsu and the others board the small boat, it followed, waving as it ran.

"Wait for me! I need to go to Karna Island too! I have a friend there, and I need to visit him! Please give me a ride, please!"

Natsu said casually, flashing a row of white teeth.

"Okay, let's go together!"

He was completely unsuspecting, and even patted the deck next to him, gesturing for Riyao to sit down.

Lucy looked worried, her hands twisting together.

"Hey, isn't this way too hasty?! Just letting people of unknown origin board the ship like that?"

Happy flapped his wings and flew over, patted Lucy on the shoulder, and teased her.

"Aye, Lucy is such a coward, hehehe."

Lucy glared at Happy and reached out to grab its tail.

"Shut up, you stinky cat!"

The small boat started and wobbled away from the dock.

Natsu sat at the bow of the boat, the sea breeze blowing on his face, and his face gradually turned pale, as if a seasickness switch had been pressed.

He lay sprawled on the side of the boat, looking like a stranded salted fish, muttering weakly.

"How about... we swim over there..."

Happy flew beside them, looking disgusted.

"Natsu is an idiot, he gets seasick even on a boat."

Riyao leaned against the ship's railing, pulled out a handful of sunflower seeds from somewhere, and started cracking them open, spitting the shells precisely into the sea.

He deliberately stretched out his bare feet and placed them next to Gray's head.

Gray closed his eyes and quietly moved his head, trying to get away from those smelly feet.

Riyao's lips curled slightly as he quietly moved his feet to follow.

Gray moved again.

Sunrise follows up again.

Gray moved again.

Sunrise followed.

Lucy watched this scene, her lips twitching.

"What are you two doing?"

Gray finally couldn't keep up the act any longer, and sat up abruptly, pushing Riyao's legs away with a look of disgust.

"Could you please move your foot away!"

Riyao smiled and withdrew his foot, continuing to eat sunflower seeds.

"Oh, you're awake?"

Natsu lay on the side of the boat, weakly raising his head.

"Grey... weren't you unconscious...?"

Gray: "..."
