The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

From the moment the news broke, reporters from major media outlets, with their extensive connections, began using their networks to check with airlines to see if Lin Bufan had purchased a ticket to return to China.

For reporters without connections, there's only one clumsy method: waiting at the airport.

They believed that if Lin Bufan knew this news, he would definitely return from Hollywood as soon as possible.

It would be even better if they didn't come back.

Liu Yifei has not responded yet, which clearly confirms that her pregnancy and childbirth are true.

If Lin Bufan really doesn't show up, it will give the reporters a lot of room to maneuver.

At that time, Lin Bufan will be labeled as irresponsible, and Liu Yifei's situation will be even more difficult than it is now.

"We have news. Lin Bufan has already set off to return to China..."

Back in Los Angeles, Lin Bufan had just boarded the plane back to China when news of his return spread through the domestic media.

"It's confirmed. As soon as the news broke in China, Lin Bufan took a plane back to China. It's absolutely impossible that he and Liu Yifei don't have a child."

"My fairy sister..."

In an instant, netizens' positive perception of Liu Yifei shattered.

Their beloved fairy-like beauty has actually had someone else's child.

The most hurt right now is Qilu TV, which just bought the rights to premiere "The Return of the Condor Heroes". The original plan was to broadcast it during prime time on March 14.

We've been promoting it diligently all this time.

But who would have thought that Liu Yifei would reveal this news at this time?

"Sisi, Director Lin cares about you. Look, he came back immediately after hearing the news." Inside the villa, Shu Chang sat next to Liu Yifei, looking at her best friend with some envy.

My best friend is really lucky. Not only is she beautiful, but she also met such an outstanding man as Lin Bufan.

As for Lin Bufan having other women outside, Shu Chang didn't care at all; she'd seen plenty of things in the entertainment industry.

For a director as talented as Lin Bufan, the most dangerous situation would be if he didn't have women around.

"Of course!"

Liu Yifei looked at the news online with a slightly smug expression.

Online, people are saying that Liu Yifei is scheming and that she easily manipulated Lin Bufan, the newly crowned Hollywood Best Director, using a child as a tool, and they are using all sorts of foul language.

But she didn't care. When she decided to have Lin Bufan's child, Lin Bufan was just a student at the Beijing Film Academy who hadn't graduated from the directing department.

……

On the other side, Lin Bufan started adjusting to the time difference after boarding the plane.

When the time was almost up, the plane had landed at Beijing Capital International Airport.

"Boss, should I go and distract those reporters?"

Bai Bing looked at Lin Bufan.

"No need!"

Lin Bufan waved his hand slightly, then walked out of the airport normally with his assistant Bai Bing and driver Liu Meng.

"Quick, Director Lin is out..."

Inside the airport, someone shouted something, and Lin Bufan was immediately surrounded by a large group of reporters as soon as he came out of the exit.

"Director Lin, there are rumors online saying that you and Liu Yifei have a child. Is that true?"

"Director Lin..."

Compared to the Oscar for Best Director, this is clearly the biggest news in the eyes of reporters.

"Quiet!"

Lin Bufan frowned slightly as he watched the reporters chattering around him.

A sharp shout instantly silenced the group of reporters.

"This is a public place, let's go outside and talk. I promise everyone that I will answer some of your questions before I leave."

As Lin Bufan said this, the airport quickly dispatched security personnel.

At the airport, a small conference room was prepared for Lin Bufan to hold a simple press conference.

"Alright, everyone, please ask any questions you have."

On stage, Bai Bing briefly acted as the host, choosing a reporter from Sohu.com.

"Hello Director Lin, I'm a reporter from Sohu.com."

After standing up, the reporter from Sohu.com first greeted him, saying, "First of all, congratulations Director Lin on winning the Oscar for Best Director, bringing you international renown..."

Even in later generations, if a director were to win the Oscar for Best Director, that would be something to be proud of.

Moreover, it's 06 now, and for people of this generation, everything from abroad is appealing, especially from the United States.

It is no exaggeration to say that Lin Bufan's actions were entirely a way to bring glory to the country.

If it weren't for the sudden exposure of Liu Yifei's affair, Lin Bufan's popularity in China would have been unparalleled at that time.

"Recently, a message has surfaced online claiming that you, Director Lin, have a son with Liu Yifei. Is this true?"

After the Sohu.com reporter finished asking his question, all the reporters present looked at him expectantly.

Everyone has been waiting for this news for a whole day, and the hype has not only not subsided, but has exploded with Lin Bufan's return to China.

If this were in later generations, the word "explosive" would definitely be added.

"First of all, thank you to the reporter from Sohu.com for the congratulations, thank you!"

Lin Bufan looked at the other person calmly: "Secondly, I want to tell everyone that the rumors circulating online that Liu Yifei and I have a child are completely unfounded..."

As soon as Lin Bufan finished speaking, the reporters present were in an uproar.

Regarding this matter, the reporters present were almost certain that it was true. Liu Yifei had not yet issued a statement or made any statement, and even her schedule had been dug up. Everything matched perfectly, except for Lin Bufan's confirmation.

They thought that Lin Bufan would admit to the matter since he returned to China in such a hurry, but they didn't expect him to deny it in public.

However, if we think about it again, if they were Lin Bufan, given his current status, not acknowledging him would be the most correct and advantageous thing for him.

"Director Lin, regarding this matter..."

One of the reporters couldn't resist and stepped forward to ask a question.

"Wait a minute, I haven't finished speaking yet."

Lin Bufan interrupted the other person and looked at everyone, saying, "The news about one child is false, because Liu Yifei gave birth to twins for me, a boy and a girl."

"Ah~!"

The reporters present had just accepted Lin Bufan's previous answer, but now he's saying that Liu Yifei gave birth to twins for him, a boy and a girl.

"Alright, I've answered the questions you wanted to know."

As Lin Bufan spoke, he left directly from the backstage of the conference room.

Just as Lin Bufan was leaving, the reporters present quickly relayed the news back, striving to be the first to publish it.

In fact, these media outlets had already prepared their news drafts, and even prepared two copies: one for Lin Bufan admitting to having children, and the other for denying it.

Once the interview is over, the media company will receive the news and can release the prepared news first.
