“This method is quite effective for dealing with unreasonable brats.” Diana nodded in agreement as she looked at the two little ones who had quieted down.

“From now on, don’t overestimate your speed.” Diana patted Pietro on the shoulder. The boy had started vomiting up his stomach contents and was completely different from his previous spirited self. “So you don’t get shot.”

Although Pietro was vomiting, he still heard Diana's words clearly. He couldn't believe he would be shot to death; how stupid could he be to be killed by a bullet?

But he had absolutely no chance to refute Diana and could only lie on the ground and continue vomiting.

Diana didn't care, and simply looked in Hickwell's direction: "Now it's all over."

Chapter 75 Notifies Tony to come pick them up.

The ending was completely unexpected, exceeding not only Bartolovich's imagination but also far beyond Szczek's.

In their imagination, even if they were outmatched, this situation wouldn't occur. This wasn't a case of being outmatched; they were simply directing their men into a meat grinder.

And Diana was the blade in this giant meat grinder.

By the time Fisk came to his senses, Diana had already cleared out the surrounding area.

Limbs and severed hands were scattered all over the ground; all of Bartolovich's private soldiers had been turned into pieces of flesh on this ground.

The shield in Fisk's hand slowly transformed into particles of divine power and disappeared from his grasp. Fisk could only stretch his limbs and let out a long sigh. After all, even someone with Wilson Fisk's peak physical abilities couldn't withstand such prolonged barrage of gunfire.

“Although I really want to say that I can do it, looking around, I still think it’s better for you to handle it,” Fisk said to Diana, slightly out of breath. After all, the gruesome and bloody scene around them was not something he could easily create.

"Hmm?" Diana didn't think there was anything wrong with what she did; she could only say that she was momentarily immersed in that feeling of pleasure.

As for the two leaders, they were now being held down in front of Diana.

"I'm very curious, what gave you the audacity to ambush us?" Diana was genuinely curious as to why these people had such courage.

Does that mean the battle in Washington didn't deter them?

Although she was full of questions, she did not want to use the Lasso of Truth to complete the interrogation, after all, sometimes voluntary and forced are two different feelings.

Stigler was completely at peace with the situation. He could only conclude that Hydra in America was deliberately giving him the wrong intelligence. They possessed the world's best personnel, the most advanced technology, and the most up-to-date intelligence network, yet they had given him clearly outdated information.

Or perhaps ever since Diana exposed Hydra, someone has been interfering with their intelligence agencies.

"Hahaha." Cistreckel had been chuckling softly, but by the end he had burst into loud laughter.

Fisk frowned. He couldn't understand this inexplicable madness. The other gang leaders he had driven to the brink would eventually end up like this. It was as if all their failures were simply due to bad luck.

“I can only say that I was too naive. Someone gave me false information, and I didn’t even bother to verify it.” Sistrek laughed and shook his head. “I destroyed the entire base in Sokovia.”

“Now,” Sitoriel looked at Diana, then at Fisk, and finally at the twins.

“Take good care of them,” Severikel said to Diana, then bit into the arsenic compound he hadn’t planned to use.

Diana didn't want to stop him from committing suicide. She always understood that sometimes it was just because people had different positions, not because they had any deep-seated hatred for each other.

The twins were perhaps the last vestige of Cistreck's conscience.

Diana calmly walked to the terminal building and looked at the crew members inside, who were trembling like quails. She could only smile gently to comfort them.

He then took a phone from a flight attendant who was trembling with fear.

"Thank you," Diana said to the flight attendant, then dialed Tony Stark's number.

“I don’t remember…” Tony was about to say something witty when Diana interrupted him.

"It's me, Diana."

"Oh, I already know about your situation. Is there anything the great Mr. Stark can help you with?" Tony, as expected, hadn't changed his witty remarks.

“I think we need you to come and take care of the two children.” Diana looked at Pietro, who was vomiting violently, and Wanda, who had collapsed on the ground.

“I’m not some stay-at-home dad, and I haven’t left any illegitimate children in Sokovia. I don’t think I need to go to a small, remote country to take responsibility for two kids.” Tony was quite certain that he had never been to Sokovia, or even much of the two places surrounding Sokovia.

“No, they were your victims of weapons.” Diana answered Tony’s question calmly.

There was a sudden silence on the other end of the phone, and Diana patiently waited for Tony's reply.

"I'll be there soon." When Tony finally said those words, it was as if a huge weight had been lifted off his shoulders, followed by the busy tone of the phone hanging up.

“You didn’t tell him that they are two rebellious teenagers.” It was clear that Fisk had noticed that Diana hadn’t told Tony about the actual situation regarding the twins.

“Although I am his friend, I think sometimes it’s not so bad to see your friends suffer a little.” Diana was clearly the kind of friend who enjoyed watching her friends get the short end of the stick.

Fisk didn't think those two kids were just going to cause trouble for Tony Stark. If Tony Stark wasn't prepared, he was likely to suffer for a while.

“Fisk, I think you should be focusing on that guy from the High Table right now,” Diana said, pointing to the motionless Bartorovich. “Isn’t this your first ticket to the High Table?”

Fisk nodded and walked toward Bartolovich.

Diana had long predicted the eventual fate of these two.

The victors bask in the sun's glory under the sky, while the vanquished are buried deep in the foul-smelling mud.

It is clear that Wilson Fisk is the winner now.

Diana walked over to where the twins had fallen: "Looks like you've recovered a bit."

By this time, Pietro had vomited up almost everything in his stomach, which slightly relieved his condition, but his body, which had been struck by lightning, was still unable to move effectively.

That is to say, his physical fitness is much stronger than his sister's, otherwise the two of them would be paralyzed and convulsing on the ground at the same time.

"What do you want to do?" Pietro's voice was hoarse from vomiting, but he still stubbornly asked Diana.

“You can’t stop me from doing whatever I want, can you?” Diana’s voice was slow but firm.

Pietro was speechless at Diana's words. Indeed, they couldn't stop this woman from doing whatever she wanted; they could only watch helplessly as it happened.

Diana placed her hand on Wanda's abdomen.

"What are you trying to do!" Pietro had no idea what Diana wanted to do, but even in this state, he couldn't let his sister get hurt.

Pietro crawled toward Diana like a baby.

Diana didn't take the white-haired boy seriously at all, but still said, "Don't worry, if I wanted to kill you, you wouldn't be alive now."

As Diana spoke, the hand that was resting on Wanda's abdomen began to crackle with silvery-white arcs of electricity. Wanda, who had been unconscious, gradually regained consciousness.

The little girl had just woken up when she saw Diana and instinctively gathered magic in her palm. The next moment, Diana gently took Wanda's hand, and the magic that had been forming in her palm vanished without a trace.

Diana stroked Wanda's forehead: "So, sometimes blind revenge is not advisable."

Pietro stopped moving and looked at Wanda, who had regained consciousness, and felt relieved. He then realized that he was completely weak and immediately collapsed to the ground.

Wanda had been tense when she saw her brother suddenly collapse to the ground, wondering if he was gone forever. But seeing the dust stirred up by Pietro's breath, she felt relieved.

"Why didn't you kill us?" Wanda looked at Diana, puzzled. This woman clearly had plenty of opportunities to kill her and her brother, but...

"I want you to know the truth and accept the facts," Diana said with a smile.

Wanda, however, clearly felt a deep sense of fatigue after relaxing, as if lead weights were pulling down her eyelids.

The little girl in his arms slowly fell asleep.

Diana understood very well that sometimes being beaten was also mentally exhausting.

"She looks so beautiful when she's asleep." I have to say, Wanda's sleeping face is indeed quite beautiful.

Chapter 76 Tony Stark Gets Beaten Up

Wanda was awakened by the blinding sunlight. The morning sun is both a demon that disturbs one's peaceful dreams and an angel that reminds one that a brand new day has begun.

A beautiful woman with dark hair sat in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, but her attire was completely different from when Wanda first met her. A black women's suit made her look like a Wall Street elite, a stark contrast to her Greek armor-clad appearance yesterday.

"Where am I?" Although Diana said yesterday that she would let them know the truth, Wanda still kept a bit of her guard up. After all, this woman was the dangerous one who had subdued her and Pietro and given them a beating yesterday.

“There’s no need to be nervous.” Diana maintained a gentle smile and didn’t react to Wanda’s wariness. No one would be overly wary of a child, even if the thing in the little one’s hand developed into an almost abnormal ability.

"Where's Pietro?" Wanda's next question was about where her brother was. There was a hint of panic in her green eyes, and this was the first time Diana had ever seen panic in the little girl's eyes.

Diana said to Wanda in a gentle tone, "He lives next door, there won't be any problems. I can't possibly have you two living together, even if you're twins, it's not really appropriate. Isn't it?"

"I want to see him." It was clear that the little witch was not completely at ease yet.

Without seeing her brother in person, the little witch simply couldn't believe he was still alive or hadn't been subjected to any further experiments.

“No problem.” Diana agreed to the little witch’s request, which was really nothing more than to see her brother.

Diana took out her phone and made a call. The call was answered quickly: "Tony, you can bring that little guy to meet his sister now."

There was no response on the other end of the phone; they simply hung up.

"You'll see each other soon." Diana sat there looking at the little brown-haired witch, her smile clearly full of affection, as if she were looking at a child.

Wanda simply nodded and didn't say anything more. However, Diana's gaze and smile gave Wanda a long-lost sense of warmth.

However, sometimes, the reappearance of a long-lost feeling can be too intense and overwhelming.

Just as Wanda was starting to feel overwhelmed by Diana's loving gaze, a knock on the door shattered the eerie silence of the room.

"dong dong dong"

Diana got up, smoothed out the wrinkles in her clothes, and said as she walked toward the door, "I guess it's your surprisingly mature brother who's here."

Wanda didn't find anything wrong with Diana complaining about how old her brother looked; in fact, she couldn't help but laugh. She didn't know why, even though they were born on the same day, her brother always seemed so much dumber than her.

It was only twelve minutes.

"Looks like you haven't had it too good, Tony," Diana said with a smile, looking at Tony Stark, who was clearly beaten up, standing at the door.

Tony didn't mind Diana's teasing. Although he hadn't started the war in Sokovia, it was his weapons that had taken away the two children's family, so it was understandable that he got beaten up.

Even if I don't want to get beaten up, I have to be able to catch that kid.

"Heh~" Tony just chuckled coldly. His facial muscles couldn't make any big expressions right now. Although he hadn't been beaten into a pig's head, it still hurt a lot.

"Your control of force is quite good," Diana said approvingly to the white-haired boy behind Tony. But no matter how you looked at him, he couldn't compare to the little witch in the room.

Pietro gave Tony a cold look before transforming into a streak of light and rushing into the room.

But the hatred for Tony was gone from the child's eyes; instead, it seemed as if he had reconciled with Tony.

"Click." Diana took out her phone and snapped a picture of Tony's current predicament, then sent it to Pepper.

“Got it. I’m sure she’ll love this photo.” Diana said to Tony with a smile after the photo was successfully sent.

"You didn't sell my photos to some tabloid reporter, did you?" Tony didn't have time to stop Diana's actions and could only watch as Diana quickly completed everything.

All he can do now is hope that his friend doesn't have the contact information of any tabloid reporters, otherwise Tony Stark's reputation will be ruined by this photo forever.
