More motorcycles rushed in.

One, two, five, ten… The boys twisted the throttle of their motorcycles with all their might, letting the engines roar wildly like a herd of red-eyed bulls. They surged in from the freight lane, their wheels running over their fallen companions without mercy.

Some had picked up their guns again, while others were brandishing metal baseball bats and machetes. The hall was instantly filled with biker gang members, at least twice the number of before.

Chapter 530 Ming Fei Displays Divine Power (Part 2)

Caesar raised his head.

He drew two short-barreled shotguns from his waist, one in each hand. These old-fashioned shotguns could only hold two bullets at a time. Although they were very powerful, the bullets were unpredictable after the barrels were shortened, making them far less convenient than the MP7 and Beretta.

But Caesar was hesitant to use military weapons. For people like him and Chu Zihang, wielding military weapons was tantamount to wielding the scythe of death. And these reckless boys were simply blindly rushing towards the blade.

"Don't fight these lunatics! Let's retreat the way we came!" Caesar roared, firing both guns simultaneously.

"Boom!"

The front tires of both motorcycles exploded with a bang, sending the riders tumbling and crashing into each other. The vehicles behind couldn't brake in time and collided one after another, throwing riders off balance. But more motorcycles circled around from both sides.

Before the gunfire erupted in the lobby, the situation in the corridor was not optimistic either.

Asou Makoto huddled in the deepest corner of the corridor, her hands covering her head and ears, her body trembling uncontrollably. Her hands and feet were ice-cold, her lips were purple, and her heart was pounding violently and irregularly; her old problem with arrhythmia had flared up again.

She's always been an incredibly timid girl, despite her tall stature. Whenever it thunders or rains, she'd curl up in bed, clutching a large plush toy, too scared to close her eyes all night. Before starting work at the toy store, she almost never went out late at night because she always felt like she was being followed by footsteps on the quiet streets.

On her first day working at this internet cafe, she did something embarrassing. While shining shoes, a customer casually touched her arm twice. She thought the customer was going to do something indecent, and she was so scared that she couldn't even scream. She suffered a heart attack and fainted.

The customer, however, was a medical school graduate. She asked the manager to bring a first-aid kit, gave her nitroglycerin capsules, and gently massaged her heart. It took about fifteen minutes to revive her.

He was truly brave only when Caesar and his companions were around, brave beyond his own comprehension.

She did indeed like Caesar. Firstly, of course, was his tall, handsome, and polite appearance, but another reason that captivated her was his pride. A pride that transcended the common people, a pride of an emperor, a pride that declared, "I am justice." Beside Caesar, she truly felt she could stand tall, no longer needing to fear anyone.

When Caesar was around, she wasn't afraid of these fierce and brutal boys at all. But now, she felt like these boys were demons surrounding her and her companions. These demons were tearing at another waitress's clothes, as if they wanted to devour her. Once they finished with that girl, they would come and bully her.

She was so scared she almost cried. She regretted separating from Caesar and the others; if only Caesar were here, he would have knocked all those boys down with his powerful straight punches. Every girl dreams of a prince charming, and Asou Makoto was no exception.

She grew up with her grandmother in a poor family and suffered a lot of bullying. At school, she always walked with her head down, too afraid to complain to the teachers even when harassed by older students. While others lived in a vibrant, colorful world, hers was always gloomy. The prince charming she longed for was like the blazing sun—because only the sun could dispel all gloom.

Just then, gunfire erupted.

The sound of hurried footsteps quickly approached the corridor, followed by a powerful straight punch. The biker who was clinging to the girl's leg was sent flying through the air, crashing into the opposite wall before sliding softly to the ground.

Caesar, who had just left, answered her call and returned like a whirlwind!

Chu Zihang followed closely behind, striking the boys on the back of the neck with the hilt of his knife. The movement was clean and swift, knocking them unconscious with a single blow.

Frustrated by the lack of a suitable weapon, Lu Mingfei, in desperation, took off his other high heel and rushed forward to smash it against a boy's head. The slender heel struck the skull with a dull thud, and the brat screamed and crouched down, clutching his head.

If they weren't worried about making noise, the three of them could easily handle a few bikers. In less than ten seconds, only the Caesar group and the girls huddled in the corner remained standing in the corridor.

"Caesar!" she cried out excitedly, her voice trembling with a mix of tears and relieved joy. She had silently repeated the name to herself countless times, and uttering it aloud was effortless.

Chu Zihang was initially taken aback, as this was a term of address used by close friends and family. Lu Mingfei called Caesar "Boss," a title that in Japan was usually reserved for Chu Zihang. He recognized him. But before he could think further, Chu Zihang's pupils suddenly contracted.

The roar of engines descended from the sky.

No, it didn't "fall from the sky," but from the hole that had been smashed open at the end of the corridor. A dark shadow loomed over Chu Zihang and Zhen's heads; it was an off-road motorcycle, the rider wielding a metal baseball bat, using the momentum of its downward charge to bring it crashing down!

So excited to see Caesar, he completely failed to notice that these people were not the heroes who had returned to uphold justice at the beck and call of the beautiful girl. They had been herded into this corridor like ducks by the main force of the biker gang!

The blinding headlights followed them, and the biker in the lead lifted the front of his motorcycle, the front wheel spinning as it pushed towards Zhen. Chu Zihang tried to pull her away, but the distance was too great.

Caesar grabbed an old CRT monitor from the side of the corridor, weighing at least ten kilograms. He raised it with both hands, spun it halfway around like throwing a discus, and smashed it down on the boy's face.

"boom!"

The monitor screen shattered, scattering glass and plastic shards everywhere. The boy and his motorcycle crashed backward, his face covered in blood, his condition unknown. The motorcycle lay askew to one side, its rear wheel still spinning helplessly.

Caesar stomped on the still-roaring motorcycle to prevent it from hurting the girl behind it. Chu Zihang flipped over and leaped up, holding a short-barreled shotgun in each hand, and fired a burst of shots at the tatami floor of the corridor ahead.

"Bang bang bang bang!"

Four gunshots rang out, and the deer shells shattered the tatami mats, revealing the wooden floor beneath. The second motorcycle that followed plunged headlong into the makeshift trap, its front wheel wedged between the broken tatami mats and wooden planks. The rider was thrown forward and was struck on the neck by Chu Zihang with a chop to the neck, instantly losing consciousness.

Two motorcycles, one stepped on and the other plunged into the ditch, formed a small barrier, temporarily blocking the motorcycle convoy behind from rushing forward.

But the crisis was far from over. More motorcycles were rushing in. Lu Mingfei quickly told the girls to evacuate, while Caesar and Chu Zihang provided suppressive fire.

"Retreat!" Lu Mingfei shouted as he closed the safety door at the end of the corridor. The door was heavy and looked like it could hold out for a while.

The girls all left the corridor. Caesar threw away the last short-barreled shotgun in his hand, drew his Beretta from his waist, and fired three shots at the gas tank of the motorcycle at his feet.

"Bang bang bang!"

Gasoline splashed out and came into contact with the scalding hot exhaust pipe.

"boom!"

A towering inferno instantly engulfed half the corridor. Caesar and Chu Zihang sprinted towards the end of the corridor at the last moment, the heatwave chasing their backs, almost scorching their hair.

Caesar had just rushed out of the corridor when the pursuing biker gang arrived. Fueled by adrenaline, these boys were fearless, even maneuvering their motorcycles to leap directly over the flames. The first motorcycle successfully crossed the wall of fire; the rider's face was covered in soot, but his eyes shone with a fanatical madness.

Chu Zihang closed the door. The heavy security door slammed into the face of the biker gang member, making a dull thud that made your teeth ache. The off-road motorcycle was stuck in the door crack, its wheels still spinning.

Caesar pulled it out with one hand, and Chu Zihang took the opportunity to close the other half of the door as well. Caesar tightened the lock, and Chu Zihang and Lu Mingfei respectively inserted the top and bottom bolts.

The three people leaned against the door, breathing heavily.

Chapter 531 Lu Mingfei: What are you standing there for? Run!

The safety door is vibrating.

"Thump, thump, thump!" A motorcycle slammed against a door in the hallway. There was even a "bang, bang" sound of knocking. These guys must be out of their minds; who would answer the door at a time like this?

Without a second thought, Caesar stabbed the door with his sword.

Dick's blade pierced four inches, cutting through the three-inch thickness of the door, leaving an inch of the tip protruding behind it. When the blade was withdrawn, a small patch of crimson blood remained on the tip, indicating that some fool's hand had been stabbed.

A piercing scream came from outside the door.

But the danger was far from over. Engines roared from all sides as countless bikers rampaged through the internet cafe. They were essentially surrounded by a hundred "cavalrymen." A hundred might not sound like much, but being there in person, they realized there was no escape.

Caesar crouched down and began loading buckshot into the remaining short-barreled shotgun, one bullet at a time.

"No one wants to surrender, right? I think everyone here is a hero," he asked without looking up.

“A true hero doesn’t surrender,” Lu Mingfei said, panting. “But there are also those who are not heroes. We have had the saying since ancient times, ‘Those who understand the times are heroes.’”

He relapsed into his habit of spouting nonsense when things came to a head. This is Lu Mingfei's defense mechanism: using jokes to mask his fear.

"If the other party intends to kill, we can use force in self-defense," Chu Zihang said coldly as he checked the remaining ammunition in the MP7 magazines.

Lu Mingfei knew what Chu Zihang, that murderous bastard, was thinking. All three of them were actually thinking the same thing: if forced to, they would have no choice but to kill.

The problem is that Junyan is, after all, a weapon of mass destruction. If used indiscriminately, it is difficult to guarantee that those who have been coerced by gangs and may not be outlaws will not be affected.

Not every one of these boys deserves to die.

"Aren't you going to the changing room?" Zhen whispered from the side. She had been quietly huddled in the corner until now, and only then did she speak, "The changing room isn't far away."

All three of them turned to look at her at the same time.

She was getting a little nervous under his gaze, but she still mustered up her courage and continued, "The reason we couldn't go that way earlier was because the biker gang had blocked this area, but they're all outside now. We can go this way."

Chu Zihang was taken aback for a moment: "Hello, Chu Zihang, we've met before."

Just like when Lu Mingfei first met Zhen, Chu Zihang didn't know how to greet her, so he extended his hand and shook hands with Zhen, just like Lu Mingfei. It felt like soldiers of the Allied Forces meeting for the first time in the trenches, awkward but solemn.

“Eva said the changing rooms are located at the end of the corridor,” Caesar said, frowning.

“You can definitely get to the changing rooms by going through the lobby over there, but you can also go this way,” Shin explained. “You couldn’t go this way before because the biker gang blocked it off. But they’re all outside now.”

Caesar's eyes lit up. He whistled loudly, the kind of whistle Italian shepherds use to call their hunting dogs, clear and resonant.

But before he could speak, the wall behind him, along with the safety door, collapsed!

It wasn't knocked open, it was dug open.

A massive, four-meter-tall bulldozer roared through the dust, hurtling towards them at 30-40 kilometers per hour. Its enormous excavator blades were raised high in the air, their iron teeth gleaming from the sand and gravel. This was no ordinary construction vehicle; it had been modified. Its body was painted with menacing graffiti, steel plates were welded around the cab, and the windshield was bulletproof.

Chu Zihang yanked Lu Mingfei out from under the iron teeth, his movements so fast they left only a blur. Caesar grabbed Zhen and threw her to safety with brute force, then, in a backward leap, removed the MP7 from his shoulder and opened fire on the cockpit.

"Da da da da da!"

Bullets struck the excavator's shovel, sending up a dense shower of sparks, but the cab was perfectly blocked by the high-raised shovel. Conventional bullets simply couldn't penetrate the thick steel plates of this massive machine.

Beretta trucks, MP7s, excavators… the biker gangs have unleashed increasingly dangerous equipment. This is no longer a simple gangland feud; it's a planned attack with a clear military objective.

"Run!" Caesar roared.

The four men charged forward without looking back, the bulldozer trailing behind like an enraged steel behemoth, billowing black smoke. One cubicle after another, layer upon layer of walls, sliding doors after sliding doors crumbled before the iron teeth, thick dust rolling down the corridor. A bright beam of light pierced through the black smoke, illuminating Caesar and his companions' retreating figures.

There was another safety gate ahead, and the roar of motorcycles could be heard outside. They were cornered. In this critical situation, Chu Zihang wouldn't have time to release Jun Yan; they would be impaled alive against the opposite wall by the bulldozer.

Caesar abruptly stopped in his tracks.

He turned to face the colossal machine billowing black smoke behind him. His blond hair danced wildly in the hot wind, and his eyes gleamed with a pale golden light in the dim light. He made his decision; at this point, there was no other option but to gamble. He planned to use the momentum gained from his bloodlust to climb to the top of the excavator shovel, jump into the cab, and take down the biker driving it.

This was a suicidal attack. The bulldozer was moving forward, the excavator blades were swinging, and jumping onto it was as difficult as climbing a speeding train with bare hands. Moreover, there was likely more than one person in the cab, and they might be armed.

Without hesitation, Caesar was about to leap when Lu Mingfei grabbed his arm.

"Wait! I'll do it!" Lu Mingfei shouted.

Time Zero was activated, and the world slowed down. The bulldozer moved forward at a snail's pace, its iron teeth inching closer. Lu Mingfei could see the ferocious expression on the biker's face inside the bulldozer's cab, and he could see his hand gripping the control lever trembling slightly.

Lu Mingfei released Caesar and rushed towards the side of the forklift. His speed, amplified by the zero-time effect, was astonishing; in a few steps, he reached the forklift's right rear wheel. There was an inspection cover there, secured with a simple pin.

Lu Mingfei pulled out the pin and lifted the cover. Inside were hydraulic lines, thick metal pipes tangled together, but one stood out conspicuously, with a red warning label on it.

Lu Mingfei had no weapon. He looked around, picked up a fallen brick, and smashed it hard against the red hydraulic hose.

Once, twice, three times.

"Crack!"

The hydraulic hose ruptured, and high-pressure oil sprayed out. Lu Mingfei quickly dodged, and the oil splashed onto the scorching engine casing, igniting flames.

Time resumes flow rate.

The bulldozer suddenly went out of control, the hydraulic system failed, the excavator lost power, and the heavy iron teeth crashed to the ground with a loud bang. The biker gang members in the cab frantically pounded on the control levers, but the bulldozer could no longer steer and could only slide forward by inertia, finally coming to a stop with a thud against the wall beside it.

Caesar and Chu Zihang were both stunned.
