A legend circulates in Tokyo that if you leave a note with an "X" on the front of the message board at the Cat's Eye Cafe across from the Metropolitan Police Department headquarters, you can contact the legendary "X". For a sufficient fee, you can commission "X" to do anything for you, including but not limited to killing your enemies, dealing with stalkers, assisting in the theft of artwork, protecting a certain professional gambler surnamed Gao during a gambling game, forming a team to participate in the "KOF" tournament, and so on.
