"Hello Dr. Kenpeng, business is so good outside, why did you close? That's a huge loss of money!"

Vito kicked open the door of the illegal clinic and pressed a gun against the head of the part-time doctor who was cleaning an operating table.

Dr. Jianpeng was clearly very surprised by Vito's arrival.

"You shouldn't, you shouldn't be..."

"Shouldn't I have been brought here by the cleaners? You son of a bitch! Don't you have any medical ethics? I came here for a haircut, I paid for it, and you sent the cleaners to kill me? And another thing, five euros for looking in your damn mirror!"

Dr. Jianpeng tidied up his shabby clinic, a rare occurrence, in anticipation of Vito's arrival. However, things were not quite as he had imagined; Vito was supposed to come in lying down.

"Calm down, calm down, I don't know what you're talking about. I'll refund your money for looking in the mirror, I'll refund it!"

Vito dragged Dr. Jianpeng to the computer, slammed his head on the table, and demanded, "Transfer your money to me, and then find those scavenging dogs who go around stealing people's excrement. I want to see which dog wants to eat my flesh!"

Seeing that his scheme had been completely exposed, Dr. Kanefumi had no choice but to resort to threats: "You'd better let me go now. Let me tell you, those who came looking for you were just a few small fry. We have many of us, and some of them are equipped with military-grade cybernetic bodies. Your bullets can't even penetrate them. We also know some big shots in Arasaka. Don't go looking for trouble!"

Vito shot Dr. Ponte's calf.

"What kind of big shots do you think you, a piece of filthy trash who never even takes a shower, know? I'll give you one more chance, or the next bullet will be right in your head!"

Dr. Jianpeng was out of options, so he had no choice but to transfer all his money to Vito.

"Damn it, only 1741? You're fucking kidding me!"

Dr. Kenpo now regrets not having a pain modulator, he could only say through the pain.

"I just received a new shipment, and I'm broke right now. Besides, look at this shabby place of mine, it's full of counterfeit goods. How could I possibly have any money?"

Vito grabbed the doctor's head, shoved the gun barrel against his face, and said, "What about the scavengers? Give those bastards their places!"

Dr. Jianpeng smelled gunpowder smoke. He was afraid the next bullet would hit him in the head, but he was even more afraid that the Cleaners would find out that he had betrayed them and then he would be hollowed out alive.

Vito was somewhat surprised to see that Dr. Jianpeng remained silent. Were the people of Night City so stubborn?

Vito shot Dr. Kenpo in the thigh again, then continued to press, "Tell me, or die. I can slowly wear you down until you bleed to death!"

The first time Dr. Kenpong felt such resentment towards himself was in Night City. Damn it, NCPD, this madman's gunshots were so loud, didn't any concerned citizens call the police?

Oh, right, calling the police costs money, damn the new NCPD rule!

"We communicated via email. Their boss is called Dorf, and he has many men under him. If you leave now, I can pretend nothing happened!"

Vito released Dr. Ponte, and just as he breathed a sigh of relief, a bullet ripped open his skull.

Vito now needs to figure out how to get rid of these scavengers.

Suddenly, Vito's prosthetic eye caught sight of a medical kit. The kit was ordinary, containing only some essential medicines, but it looked different to Vito. He saw the word "disassemble" on it.

Vito picked up a bottle of Powerful Healing and tried to disassemble it. His hands flew across the page, and a few seconds later he obtained a Tier 1 item component.

"Holy crap, that's awesome!"

Vito then shifted his focus to the computer. The computer, which was originally encrypted, was completely unprotected to Vito. He connected to the computer and used his technical skills to crack it, and soon obtained all the information.

Dov is the head of a scavenger gang, which has about thirty members. Dov does have a partnership with the company, but he is not an Arasaka partner. He only helps some companies dig up prosthetic bodies from the unemployed and secretly kidnaps some people to do his job as scavengers.

There are at least several thousand of these gangs in Night City. Dr. Penn was lying too; even Doff doesn't have military-grade cybernetic bodies. At most, a few of them have subcutaneous armor and mantis knives.

Vito sent an email to Doff under the guise of Dr. Ponte.

"Hey, your men messed up. That guy's back at my shop now, with one of your henchmen's leaders, yelling at me to gouge out his prosthetic eye and take it. I'm keeping him calm. Send more men over; I suspect this guy's a lunatic!"

Upon receiving the email, Doff sent messages to several of his men, instructing them to go to the clinic in the tent. He himself was going to another clinic, having heard that a trauma company employee who had been in a car accident had come there, and that his prosthetic body was a company product.

Soon, the six cleaners arrived at the makeshift clinic. When they saw the clinic door being kicked open, they all became alert, drew their guns, and slowly crept into the clinic.

They slowly made their way to the office and saw Dr. Kenpong's body. One of them went forward to check on Dr. Kenpong, while the others scanned the surroundings for anything unusual.

Bang bang bang bang bang bang bang!

Suddenly, a submachine gun opened fire on the cleaners from the clinic entrance. Two cleaners were caught off guard and fell to the ground, quickly losing their breath.

"That kid has us cornered inside!"

Just as a scavenger finished shouting, Vito rushed in from outside and shot him dead. After running out of bullets with his submachine gun, Vito didn't change the magazine but quickly switched to another gun and continued firing.

In just a few breaths, only the cleaner who had been watching the corpses was still alive. He was not seriously injured because of the cover provided by the desk.

The cleaner continued to use the desk as cover, then quickly started hacking Vito with his program, knowing he might get hit by a grenade if he got trapped in the room.

While the scavenger was trying to smear Vito, Vito dropped two submachine guns, took out a standard pistol, and slid into the office. There he saw the scavenger with bloodshot eyes, as if he were releasing a puppet.

Vito fired two shots into the Scavenger's shoulder and then sneered, "I'm made of flesh and blood, what are you trying to smear me for? My prosthetic eye? My face is all natural!"

The cleaner was immediately rendered unable to fight, and could only beg for mercy: "Don't shoot, please let me go!"

"Tell me if Doff has arrived yet?"

"Dolph didn't come; he went to another clinic. Please, please let me go!"

"Tell me the location, and how many people went with them."

boom!

Having received the information, Vito ended the scavenger's sinful life with a single shot.

He gathered the weapons from the group, put them in a box, and then drove the cleaner's van to the gun shop.

"Hey, I'm back again. This time I'll make you money. Got any tough stuff to recommend?"

Vito took the weapon and went to the gun shop where he had sold the gun yesterday. As soon as he entered, he started yelling at the owner.
