Alien invasion? Luckily, I'm Superman.

Chapter 58 Haha, this is my escape route!

"Ha, so your plan is just to run away?" Hela sat on Fenrir's back, arms crossed, watching Su Mo's fleeing figure, her voice full of contempt. "Are all Asgardian warriors so timid these days? Where is a warrior's honor? Face me!"

Su Mo didn't even turn her head, and while speeding up, she retorted, "Big sister, you're an old woman tens of thousands of years old, how can you be so shameless as to fight against a junior? Besides, I'm not from Asgard, don't expect me to be a fool who can't move when I hear about the glory of Asgard."

Hela choked for a moment, her face contorted with anger, and she let out a furious roar. Su Mo ignored her, his mind racing as he plotted how to trick Hela and get to her palace.

Don't be fooled by Hela's current uninhibited, savage demeanor; it's because she's been imprisoned here for tens of thousands of years and is nearly driven mad. Furthermore, she doesn't believe Su Mo can escape her grasp, hence her leisurely teasing. If Hela knew Odin had sent her a message through the ravens, revealing the escape route, she guaranteed he'd immediately adopt a serious expression, and then he wouldn't be able to escape.

As Su Mo flew rapidly, he dodged the black spikes and dark green energy waves shooting from behind. Hela's attacks were as dense as a torrential rain. Su Mo dodged left and right, and when he couldn't dodge, he used the fake Infinity Gauntlet in his right hand to block them.

But Fenrir's speed, enhanced by Hela's divine power, was faster than Su Mo's, and the distance between them was gradually closing.

Hela quickly reached Su Mo. Fenrir leaped up, its gaping maw, reeking of a foul stench, lunging at Su Mo, its sharp teeth gleaming white in the darkness. Su Mo turned, gathering power in his right fist, and delivered a powerful punch to Fenrir's nose, sending it flying with a whimper.

But Hela, perched on Fenrir's back, seized the opportunity and leaped up, laughing. Her right hand clenched in mid-air, and a sword as black as night appeared out of thin air, its blade shimmering with dark, starlight-like patterns. She gripped the sword with both hands and slashed down fiercely, the sharp blade slicing across Su Mo's chest.

A bloody gash stretched diagonally from Su Mo's left shoulder to his right rib, the skin torn open, and black death energy, like a living thing, burrowed into the wound. Su Mo's face paled. But the next second, Pudding's energy surged up. White Vishanti light shone from Su Mo's body, flowing along his blood vessels, gradually dispelling and purifying the black death energy. The black aura at the edge of the wound dissipated, and the blood turned red again.

"Heh, I didn't expect you to be a sorcerer." Hela continued her slashing attack, her sword tracing deadly arcs through the air, a cold laugh escaping her lips. "But you're in Helheim, unable to communicate with the Vishanti. White magic is dwindling with use; how many more times can you dispel it?"

Su Mo didn't answer. He raised his hand and grabbed Hela's Night Sky Sword with his right hand, which was wearing the fake Infinity Gauntlet. The blade and gauntlet collided, producing a sharp screech of metal scraping against metal, and golden sparks flew everywhere. At the same time, his left fist swung out, and Pudding also stabbed out several sharp tentacles from his shoulder, aiming at Hela from different angles.

But Hela's long hair suddenly whipped up, the jet-black strands wrapping around Su Mo's left fist, rendering him immobile. Her other hand conjured a dagger, and with a casual flick, Pudding's tentacles were cleanly severed, black liquid splattering from the cut. Pudding cried out in pain, a sharp, intense throbbing pain shooting through its consciousness, causing its enhancement of Su Mo's power to falter.

Su Mo, who was already barely holding his own against Hela, slowed down after losing Pudding's support. Hela seized the opportunity and kicked Su Mo in the chest, slamming him hard into the ground.

"Boom boom boom—"

Su Mo crashed into the ground like a meteorite, piercing through hundreds of meters of rock and leaving a smoking tunnel in the ground. Dust billowed up, and rubble and dirt rained down from the opening, landing on Su Mo's face. He coughed up a mouthful of blood and was buried under the rubble.

Damn it, even though Hela is still being suppressed by Odin and only has quasi-Celestial level combat power, I still can't beat her. Su Mo gritted his teeth, pulled his body out of the soil, bent his legs slightly, and suddenly rushed to the ground.

Hela hovered above the cave entrance, looking down, waiting for Su Mo to climb out. Su Mo burst from the dust and smoke, and taking Hela by surprise, punched her in the lower back. Pudding simultaneously activated Vishanti's Swiftness; a flash of white magic light enveloped Su Mo, doubling his speed, and his fist slammed solidly into Hela's side. Hela staggered forward, a look of pain appearing on her face for the first time.

The white light around Su Mo disappeared immediately. Pudding's white magic was also depleted.

Hela steadied herself and slowly turned around. The playful expression on her face vanished, replaced by a cold seriousness. She was fed up with being tricked by this little bug time and time again.

Looking at Hela's expressionless face, Su Mo's heart skipped a beat. Oh no, she should have let Hela continue her act, this time with the intention of teasing her.

Just then, Fenrir, which Su Mo had knocked away, ran back and stood beside Hela, crouching low, its fangs bared, looking majestic. Hela mounted Fenrir and patted its neck. Fenrir growled, pawed at the ground, and charged at Su Mo.

Su Mo tried to dodge Fenrir's black claws by dodging to the side, but this time Fenrir had learned its lesson. Instead of swinging its claws, it suddenly swung its head, its gaping maw precisely biting Su Mo's right fist. Sharp fangs pierced through the gaps in the glove, embedding themselves deeply into Su Mo's flesh. Seeing Su Mo bitten, Hela sheathed her longsword, gathered her strength in her right fist, and slammed it hard into Su Mo's abdomen.

Su Mo's body arched like a shrimp, and he flew backward at an extremely high speed, far exceeding the flight speed of himself and Hela, like a baseball that had been hit.

But Hela didn't show any joy on her face, because as Su Mo was sent flying, he laughed loudly and said, "Hahahaha, didn't expect that, did you, Hela? This is my escape route!"

It turned out that Su Mo had known all along that Fenrir would learn from his mistake, and this time he deliberately didn't dodge. Hela, who had just been hit in the lower back by Su Mo, would definitely choose to retaliate with her fists. Of course, what if she failed? She could just run away; Fenrir was weaker than her, and breaking free wouldn't be difficult. Besides, Hela still needed to find a way out from him, so she wouldn't really kill him.

After saying that, Su Mo quickly turned around in mid-air and accelerated at full speed, rushing towards the direction of Hela's Palace.

Hela's palace is not far away. Originally, Su Mo was traveling in a roundabout way towards the coordinates given by Odin when he was being chased, but now he has been punched in the right direction.

Soon, Su Mo saw Hela's palace. Black, with pointed roofs and a Gothic style, massive bone decorations hung on the walls like some kind of distorted work of art. Su Mo scanned it with his X-ray vision. Inside the palace, eternal fire raged, surrounded by densely packed legions of the undead. Hela probably would never be so bored as to set up any defenses in a palace in the underworld that no one would ever enter, so Su Mo easily saw through everything.

Su Mo charged straight ahead, raising his right fist, which was adorned with a fake Infinity Gauntlet. Pudding had coated his body with a protective black layer.

Unable to return to the palace in time, Hela summoned a large number of Death Valkyries in front of it. Skeleton warriors riding winged horses swarmed out of the ground, densely blocking Su Mo's path.

Although Su Mo pitied these valiant Asgardian warriors enslaved by Hela, he wouldn't show mercy if they blocked his path. He rammed into the Valkyries, the shockwave sending the front-line Valkyries sprawling, their skeletal bodies pulverized into dust. Su Mo continued his rampage, smashing through layers of undead armies and crashing through the solid walls of Hela's palace, until he reached the Eternal Flame.

Beside the flames, a spatial rift flickered faintly. It was Hela's attempt to bypass Odin's seal and connect to the outside world. She couldn't get out, but Su Mo could.

Su Mo quickly crawled inside. Before leaving, he had Pudding extend a tentacle and apply a layer of white magic seal to the edge of the crack, slightly reinforcing the seal that Hela had torn apart. Although it wasn't very useful, it was good to annoy the other party.

Upon entering the spatial rift, Su Mo felt as if he had been put into a washing machine, the world spinning around him. He didn't know how long he had been tumbling around before he was "spit out" by a tremendous force, landing in a chaotic cosmic membrane.

"Where am I?" Su Mo felt dizzy and shook his head to clear his mind. He took a deep breath, tilted his head back, and shouted, "Heimdall!"

The light of the Rainbow Bridge descended from the void, enveloping him and teleporting him to Asgard. Heimdall stood before the sword throne, and seeing Su Mo unharmed, a visibly relieved expression appeared on his face.

Su Mo's tone was less than friendly as he asked the other party to send him back to Earth again. Heimdall knew he was in the wrong; if he hadn't mishandled the Bifrost, Su Mo wouldn't have fallen into Helheim. He remained silent, letting Su Mo say a few more words, then focused all his attention and restarted the Bifrost.

This time, Su Mo was finally safely returned to Earth. Before leaving, Su Mo confirmed his guess with Heimdall: Odin had entered Odin's Sleep again.

When Su Mo arrived on Earth, it was a day later than expected. Asgard's resource spaceship had already arrived and was hovering over New York, its golden hull gleaming in the sunlight. On the ground, Earth's army was already on high alert. Tanks, armored vehicles, missile launchers, and the dark muzzles of cannons were all pointed at the sky.

The two sides remained locked in a stalemate, neither making a move. Humanity, sensing their inferior strength, dared not attack unless explicitly threatened; Asgard, knowing the resources were intended for Earth by Thor's friend Su Mo, also hesitated to act out of respect for Thor.

This was the scene that Su Mo saw when he emerged from the light of the rainbow bridge. He was a little overwhelmed, sighed, and flew to the middle of the standoff, spreading his arms wide.

"Alright, everyone, let me explain."
