"Then what is Stuart doing in the Forbidden Forest instead of visiting the freshmen sorting hall in the Great Hall?"
Although dissatisfied with Blanche's attitude, Stuart still answered her question.
“I have a friend in the Forbidden Forest. He’s a big dog. I missed him a lot during the holiday, so I came to see him. Look, those are his footprints.”
"fraud!!!"
A sudden, desperate scream echoed through the empty forest. Blanche's smile vanished, her eyes becoming empty and dull. Stared at by those vacant eyes, Stuart seemed to see a lovely girl standing in the sunset, her right hand gripping a bloodstained machete, her left hand gently stroking her long hair blowing in the evening breeze, giving him a bloody yet alluring smile.
Seeing the woman with the cleaver, who looked like a Valkyrie in the sunset, Stuart finally understood what that familiar feeling was—it was clearly the prelude to her descent into darkness.
Grabbing her hair, Blanche writhed wildly, screaming incoherently.
"Liar, it's all a lie! All this talk about studying potions? If I really were studying potions, how could I not smell of potions? The big dog's friend? There are no footprints where he came from, no footprints where he left. Where did this dog come from? It's clearly yours! People clearly consider you, Stuart, a friend. I clearly like Stuart so much, but Stuart keeps lying to me. Why, why, why is this happening?!"
Before Stuart could react, Blanche suddenly looked up, stretched her wand towards the top of a large tree, and continued shouting.
"Let me see who Stuart brought with him. Quick, show yourself! Ha, I knew you were here, uh..."
Looking at Blanche, who had collapsed to the ground, and West, who had raised his right paw behind her, Stuart rubbed his temples in frustration.
"Well, it seems that not everyone can give themselves an all-attribute buff after turning evil."
Clearly, West faithfully followed Stuart's orders and knocked Blanche unconscious after she "discovered herself"—yes, a standard right-handed slap.

Chapter Twenty-Four: This Man Is Mentally Insane
Looking at Blanche collapsed in the snow, Stuart felt a headache coming on again. If Blanche were a student from another house, Stuart could have easily given her a complete annihilation, altered her memories, and then gone back to watch the Sorting Ceremony.
But she happens to come from Ravenclaw, a house where everyone loves to memorize a bunch of useful and useless knowledge. The minor inconsistencies that arise after memory alterations might be overlooked by most people, but a Ravenclaw with such a wealth of knowledge—from the principles of casting curses to how to quickly clean up dirt and hard-to-reach places with magic—would definitely notice something amiss, leading her to suspect she's been cursed, and then try to break the spell using a bunch of strange and unusual methods.
Since the "Oblivion" method was unusable, Stuart had to find another way. As for killing Blanche, Stuart hadn't even considered that method. If a student died, Dumbledore would definitely investigate personally, and Stuart wasn't confident he wouldn't be discovered by that old fox. Even if Dumbledore didn't find out, Hogwarts would be forced to close because they couldn't catch the murderer, just like Voldemort killed Myrtle back in his student days. And as far as Stuart knew, neither Durmstrang nor Beauxbatons had as many books as Hogwarts; being forced to transfer there would undoubtedly have a negative impact on Stuart's future studies.
"Is negotiation the only option?"
Stuart pressed hard against his temples, muttering to himself in exasperation. After gesturing for West to hurry into the Forbidden Forest, Stuart drew his wand, pointed it at Blanche, and whispered...
"Recover quickly."
Stuart had assumed Blanche would still be in her corrupted state upon waking, and was even prepared to fight her first, then explain everything during the fight. However, upon waking, Blanche neither yelled nor attacked. Instead, she smiled broadly, her eyes fixed on Stuart with a strange look. If Stuart had the habit of looking in the mirror during experiments, he would have recognized that look—the look he gave a precious experimental subject: greed, fanaticism, and possessiveness.
Blanche ran her little finger across her lips and gave Stuart a seductive smile.
"Although I already knew you were a very interesting person, I didn't expect you to give me such an even bigger surprise today. There's no record of that thing. Did you find it, or did you create it yourself?"
"Senior, you're joking. Didn't you just faint from being too emotional? Did you see something strange in your dream?"
Pushing up his glasses, Stuart's eyes behind them turned icy, sending chills down one's spine. Although he had anticipated that Blanche might see West, Stuart still clung to the hope that "West is so fast, maybe she didn't see him," trying to bluff his way out.
Of course, West can't be blamed for things turning out this way. After all, West is a dog, not a cat. It's already quite impressive that he can jump up a tree. Asking him to skillfully dodge spells on the branches is asking too much of a dog.
Blanche licked her lips, staring at Stuart with a mixture of allure and greed, her tone pleasing.
"Junior, you have no sincerity in negotiating at all. Even at a time like this, you're still trying to bluff your way out. Before she fainted, she clearly saw the head of a dog and an ant, and the tail of a snake, right? Of course, if you really didn't see what you just saw, that's okay too. I think the headmaster will be very happy to discover a new magical creature in the Forbidden Forest, don't you think, junior?"
Stuart's eyes grew even colder, but a perfect smile graced his face, a smile so perfect it seemed entirely genuine, as if its owner was truly pleased.
"It seems you've seen something interesting, senior. But I imagine that thing wouldn't want its life disturbed. If it finds out you're planning to tell the headmaster, you'd better watch out for its revenge. After all, Dumbledore isn't omnipotent, is he?"
Blanche's smile remained, but the pleasure in her tone grew even stronger.
"Oh dear, what you said is so scary, junior! It makes me too scared to see the principal. But I'm really, really curious about why there are such big ant heads. Oh, right, I'm also curious about something else. What are the effects of the potion recipes you researched last semester? Can you tell me? I remember the recipes contained the liver of a Lodami lizard, if I remember correctly, it's a rare ingredient that can amplify things."
Although Blanche's smile and movements became even more alluring, the icy coldness in Stuart's eyes hardened even further. While dead people were indeed difficult to deal with, if this senior continued to pester him, he wouldn't mind killing her and finding a scapegoat.
"I'm sorry, senior, I don't know the answer to your question either. Why don't you tell me if there's anything you'd like to do? Maybe I can help."
"Hey, junior, you don't even know the answer? Disappointing. But if we're talking about things you want to do, there really is one."
As she spoke, Blanche put away her seductive smile and said seriously.
"I want to participate in your experiment."
"What is this crazy woman saying?" Stuart roared inwardly, but a smile of apology and confusion appeared on his face.
"Excuse me, I don't understand what you're saying, senior. What do you mean by 'participate in my experiment'? Do you want to become a test subject?"
"It seems that you have some comprehension problems, but it's okay. I'll explain it to you properly. After all, I like you so much."
I've been fascinated by magical creatures since I was little, and I've always wanted to learn more about them. But those idiots at the Ministry of Magic just keep shouting "Protect magical creatures! Protect magical creatures!" Because of the laws they passed, studying magical creatures became a prohibited activity. And because of their manipulation of public opinion, people have lost all interest in magical creatures, believing that studying those fascinating animals is a form of self-degradation. This left me with no one to talk to. As a result, I've been spending all my time flipping through the magical creature information I've already memorized.
Just when I thought I could only keep flipping through materials, waiting for myself to grow old and forget my love for magical creatures, a junior classmate appeared. He went to the library or the book room every day, reading those books about magical creatures that no one read except when writing papers, and he read them with utmost seriousness.
I wanted to understand him, to know every aspect of him, but that junior always had a cold face or a fake smile, making me feel helpless. But there's always a solution, isn't there? One day I found the answer in a book: lovers can always understand each other. It turns out I'm a genius; even something as simple as falling for someone—I only needed to stare at him for a month to achieve it.
Sadly, just when I finally fell for him, the holidays arrived, and I had to reluctantly part ways with him. And so, I spent the rest of the holidays in agony, waiting and waiting for the start of the new semester to see him again and get to know him better.
But to my surprise, something even more exciting happened after school started. I saw a chimera with my own eyes! I always thought he was just researching magical creatures, but it turns out he had already experimented on them. Do you know how excited I was when I saw that chimera? Please, let me participate in your research! I desperately want to study those magical creatures.
Stuart listened with a frown for a long time, but came to a rather useless conclusion.
This person is mentally unstable.

"So, could you perhaps involve them in your research?"
When Blanche asked the question again, Stuart, with the mindset of appeasing a mental patient, agreed. Then, he adjusted his glasses and asked a question unrelated to the previous topic.
Aren't you cold?
Whether intentionally or not, Blanche was talking to Stuart and showed no intention of getting up. She simply propped herself up and lay half-reclined on the snow.
"Hey, hey, hey! It's so cold, so cold, so cold! Why didn't you warn me sooner, junior?"
Hearing Stuart's question, Blanche realized her current state and quickly got up, brushing the snowflakes off her. After finally clearing the snow off, Blanche's expression turned serious again. Just as she was about to say something, a series of sneezes erupted.
"Ha, ha, achoo! Achoo! Achoo!!"
[Looks like he not only has mental issues, but also lacks intelligence. He might as well trick himself into working in the lab as a guinea pig during the holidays.]
Having reached this conclusion, Stuart ignored the thick-skinned guy who was still sneezing, casually destroyed West's footprints on the ground, and turned to walk towards the castle.
"Hey, Stuart, wait for me, Hatcho, wait for me, Hatcho. I'm your senior, Hatcho, your senior, and you're ignoring me."
"Wishing you a pleasant opening ceremony at the school clinic, senior."
Although this body doesn't yet possess the bloodline of a prophet, Stuart believes his words will still come true. He personally escorted—no, took—Blanche to the school infirmary, and witnessed firsthand her pale face after being forced to drink a cup of thick, dark liquid by Madam Pomfrey.
And when Mrs. Pomfrey told Blanche that she was cured and could continue enjoying the dinner party, he personally pleaded with Mrs. Pomfrey on Blanche's behalf, securing her a chance to rest in the school infirmary for the night. Of course, neither Stuart nor Mrs. Pomfrey paid any attention to the minor matter of Blanche opening her mouth but not being able to make a sound during this process.
After decisively using a binding spell to settle Blanche on the bed, Stuart ignored her pleading eyes, waved his sleeve, and walked out of the school infirmary without leaving a trace.
The next morning, as Stuart was leisurely having breakfast at the long table, a bloodshot-eyed Blanche burst into the hall.
"Junior, did you sleep well last night? Was the bed in your dorm comfortable? Was the breakfast good?"
Blanche slammed her hand on the Ravenclaw table, glaring at Stuart who was still calmly eating his breakfast, her face contorted with rage.
"Junior, don't you feel any remorse? Don't you feel any remorse for using a binding spell to fix the senior who likes you in an awkward position and then leaving her on the bed? Do you know that because of that awkward position, I couldn't sleep all night! And don't think I didn't hear you. You specifically told Madam Pomfrey when you left, saying, 'The senior is already very tired. I hope that when you check on her today, you only need to make sure someone is in bed and not disturb her.' If it weren't for your words, Madam Pomfrey would have noticed that my position was wrong and helped me break the spell."
Slowly swallowing the food in his mouth, Stuart calmly looked at Blanche's contorted face and gently spoke.
"Actually... I did it on purpose."
In that instant, Blanche felt like a fool for actually expecting this guy to say something like, "Actually, I'm doing this for your own good." As if all her strength had drained away, Blanche slumped dejectedly into her chair, grabbed the breakfast in front of Stuart, and started eating.
Raising an eyebrow, Stuart didn't grab another serving from the side, but instead kept his eyes fixed on Blanche, watching her wolf down her food in a fit of frustration. Feeling awkward under Stuart's gaze, Blanche stopped what she was doing, wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, glared at Stuart, and said with displeasure...
"What, what are you doing? Can't I have some of your breakfast? This is compensation, compensation! Compensation for what you did to me last night."
A playful smile played on his lips, but Stuart remained motionless, still watching Blanche.
"I don't care about breakfast. But what you just said has ruined the gentle persona you've cultivated for yourself. People in the hall are talking about what you just said."
Blanche blushed almost imperceptibly, waving her cutlery with a disdainful expression.
"That gentle older sister persona was just an act all along. It's all gone now, so there's nothing to regret. As for what I just said, that was me declaring my ownership. I've already said I like you, so if any other girl gets close to you, it's a declaration of war against me. Even if they get killed, they won't have any complaints, right?"
Stuart raised an eyebrow slightly, giving me a surprised look.
"My apologies, I'm so sorry I always thought you were an idiot. I didn't expect you to think of something like this, your cunning is truly touching. But unfortunately, I already have a girlfriend, her name is Lolo. By the way, she's prettier than you, has a better figure than you, and is stronger than you. Most importantly, she's more useful to me than you are."
[Most importantly, I like her, truly.] After silently adding this sentence in his heart, Stuart smiled and prepared to see the effect of his words.
When Blanche first heard Stuart say that he already had a girlfriend, her pupils dilated instantly, and she looked like she was about to go berserk. However, when she heard the line, "He's more useful to me than you are," her eyes returned to normal, and her slightly distorted expression calmed down again.
"I will become the most useful person to you. I will let you know that only I am suitable for you, because... we are the same kind of people!"
After saying that, Blanche fell silent and silently stuffed food into her mouth.
Seeing Blanche's reaction, Stuart confirmed his suspicions. This senior was indeed very similar to himself before meeting Lolo—uncomprehending about feelings and judging others' importance in his heart by their perceived value. Her talk of liking someone was clearly just because he held a high position in her heart. If true feelings of liking had existed, shouldn't he have said earlier, "Feelings cannot be measured by value"?
Ignoring the stares of everyone else in the lobby, Stuart leaned affectionately against Blanche and spoke in a voice only the two of them could hear.
"So, now you're my assistant. Get to work before you become my guinea pig."
Blanche squinted slightly, licked her lips gently, and replied with a charming laugh.
"You're really heartless, junior. But that makes you even cuter to me."

Chapter Twenty-Six: Stick Head
In ancient Akkadian mythology, there exists a ferocious and powerful predator, possessing immense strength and incredible speed. While in some regions it is seen as a symbol of evil, in most, it appears in a positive light. However, this mythical beast, celebrated for its positive image,...
Damn it.
That's right, this ruler of the skies, on the ground, had sex with a horse and even had a child. And that unfortunate child, who ran slower than his mother and flew lower than his father, was a hippogriff.
