American comic book: Transmigrated into Dior and adopted by the Wayne family

If you hate someone, send them to Gotham, because it's hell. If you love someone, send them to Gotham, because it's heaven. It's hell for normal people, and heaven for criminals. It's a city slowly going mad. But what if my name is Dio Brando? Dio, now a villainous savior, looked at the Gothic architecture around him and smiled contentedly. "If you ask me, Gotham is absolutely fantastic." "I love it here."
