Warhammer: Starting with Industrial Revolution

In the 41st millennium of the Empire, an industrial hub planet on the border of the Empire, plagued by chaotic governance, frequent wars, and famines, is on the verge of collapse. Two consecutive periods of unpaid tithes are drawing the wrath of the Imperial government. Fortunately, the savior Rhonin arrives! Having some knowledge of the Warhammer universe, he transmigrates to this world and initiates a revolution. He transforms the medieval-style industrial methods into modern assembly lines. He abolishes slavery, fosters a national spirit, and encourages struggle and rewards bravery. Utilizing modern knowledge, he leads his people in a pathological future, guiding them towards a slow and steady development! It all begins with a small, dilapidated territory.
